Came in a second time to finally get it fixed. FINALLY got it fixed, the color looked OFF but I thought, its ok, I spent about $130 on this screen I can put up with that. Literally, 2 months later the screen they put on got unstuck, here im thinking, ok things happen. I brought it back to them and the rep had the audacity to tell me that it was "out of warranty". Guess they give you 30 days, but a situation where the glue is not properly applied should be outside of this period. The rep then said he would try to fix the one I had on there, I thought "ok wonderful, maybe its just reconnecting it and gluing it appropriately". He tries to look at it and then BREAKS my face ID port. Wait not done... he then says he has to ORDER the part so I have to now COME BACK to get fixed what he broke. WOW This is ridiculous that a place can provide such bad customer service. There are many other places to go, I refuse to ever go back here again. Dont always go for the cheapest service. One of these women had a horrible attitude from the moment I walked in. I was shocked that while I waited, they not only had petty arguments with one another, but were nasty about other customers while I was sitting there. Someone apparently called about benefits, and when one of them asked about it, the other woman said things like "I'm not going to check them for her" and "I don't care if she gets her contacts/glasses." I don't know what I expected from people who clearly care so little about their jobs and hate one another. They hadn't checked my contact exam benefits even though I called the day before and they said it's $10-clearly, she didn't even check. I asked her on the phone are you sure, for contact lenses? And she said yes. So I had to wait for them to check in the office. Basically, neither of them had any idea what my benefits were or how to explain them. They kept asking each other for clarification and telling me conflicting things. It boiled down to "if you get the exam and buy contacts, you have coverage. If you get the exam and don't buy anything, you have to pay for the exam." But wait! They said I couldn't buy anything that day because I'd have to get a trial pair and wait a week to buy contacts. What???? So essentially, I had to buy something so I wouldn't have to pay for my exam, but they wouldn't let me buy contacts that day. I never got my exam and left. Avoid at all costs.
