Me and my girlfriend went and the line was to the door which isn't abnormal on a Sunday. There usually is a morning rush and a lunch rush but it doesn't take too long to get it and out maybe 15 minutes from walking in to leaving. We ordered 2 bagels and a hash brown and order of potatoes wedges. They were delicious now I've heard that these aren't like a New York bagel but maybe I don't know what a New York bagel tastes like because it tastes pretty good to me! I personally like a little extra cream cheese but I know some people aren't a huge fan of that part. They also have booth tables and high top tables it is small but you're also not on top of others and the workers are very nice and it's easy to have a conversation with them and become a regular.

The drive thru can get overloaded with cars that are forced to spill out onto the street and the parking is mad limited, but if you find that perfect niche of time when no cars are there mid-morning on a Sunday, definitely pop in. The shop is small and feels dive-y (in a good way!) but has multiple booths and tables for eating in. I don't recommend the smoothies/slushies and sometimes they forget to actually slice my bagels in half. BUT when searching for a locally owned bagel shop in central New York, this place is fab. Definitely recommend.

While I can't comment a great deal on the various special food items and crafts they have in the store here other than it all intrigued me, I can tell you that the ice cream is fantastic. They carry Gifford's Ice Cream here which is hard to find but worth every penny. I've been here twice now and sadly forgot to review it the first time a few weeks ago. What really makes their ice cream great is their home made waffle cones. Few places do it but those that do are a real treat! It is just short of a Pizzelle and tastes fantastic. They have plain and chocolate dipped ones. I'm a purist so like the plain. Please go out of your way to visit here as it is worth the trip.

It immediately reminded me of my teenage days at the mall, standing in line for a fresh-baked Cinnabon. The Oreo was an unexpected treat, with a surprisingly delicious blend of cinnamon and chocolate. But the real star of the box was the turtle rolls. Absolutely delicious.
