Saturday visit for getting fresh bagels and variety of cream cheese selections brought me here today. Waiting line around 10:15 am was long took about 10 minutes to get to order. Seating area is for at least twelve people and very clean one unisex bathrooms.. Selection of behalf from at least twelve choices .. worth the wait . Parking is difficult but movement of customer leaving giving chance to park near store front ...

Great local spot for a quick breakfast! I decided to try The Bagel Factory one day on my way to work, knowing full well a place like Dunkin would have a ridiculously long line, and I'm glad I did. The service was quick with friendly and courteous staff. Even though I had to get out of my car to go inside, it was much faster than a morning drive-thru run, out in just a couple of minutes. As for the food itself, I ordered a lox bagel sandwich on a parmesan bagel fully loaded with lettuce, tomato, onions, and cream cheese. It looked and tasted delicious! One of the best bagels I've had in awhile, so I will definitely be coming back again!

We just moved from Long Island and we were hoping to find a good bagel spot in the area. We tried Bagel Factory and unfortunately were disappointed. The staff was friendly but they definitely seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people ordering. The everything bagels had a good taste, but were small and I would say maybe a little stale. My biggest complaint however was the minimal amount of cream cheese on my bagel itself. The whole surface of both sides of my bagel did not have enough cream cheese to cover it. Definitely disappointing about the cream cheese, especially for the price.

Ham, EGG (which is missing) American Cheese and jalapeño sandwich with garlic herb cream cheese (which I paid for but is barely existent.)

It's been OVER A YEAR and still nothing has been done. The "promises" to contact me have not been fulfilled. I have not been back. And I don't intend to. I have friends who have had great experiences here; but the fact that the owner reached out and offered to "fix the problem" and never did-- is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

The bagels here are probably the best in Binghamton. The everything are totally covered in everything. They have a whole wheat everything. Their salt aren't over salted but you can taste the salt. They have a jalapeños bagel that one of my kids like. The bagels are chewy the way they should be. I can come here and feel like I had a bagel as good as any in Brooklyn/New York City. I recommend Bagel Factory if you want a bagel in Binghamton and so it gets 5 stars.

The older woman at the counter needs an attitude adjustment. Great bagels, great service, spare us the snarly and snarky tude.

The bomb on a toasted everything bagel is amazing, a egg, ham and cheese on a toasted everything bagel is a great breakfast sandwich!

As luck would have it, it was Binghamton Restaurant Week and we attempted a walk in - first available was three+ hours later - but the hostess mentioned we could get the RW menu at the bar and two seats were calling. Lots of choices on the menu but friend and I ended up having the same meal! Cup of Cauliflower, potato and leek soup to start was yummy - very comforting, not too thick, good flavor - I could have stopped here! But fortunately did not! Main was spectacular! Salmon with everything bagel spices served over pearl couscous in a risotto style was inspired (honestly, I will try this at home)! I hope this is a menu regular because I will crave this for many more meals! Add a black Manhattan and this meal is a treat! (Took the dessert course to go - blueberry cronuts were better than chocolate but both likely suffered a wee bit from loss of ambiance and slight steaming that occurred on drive - good for sure but did not compare to the rest of the meal). Shout out to Tommy F for exceptional service - attentive but not intrusive. Ambiance is lovely (the lighting dimmed as we sat - hysterical) but we also scored the most comfortable seats in the house (I hate a high top stool with no back and no padding on the seat - those stools look nice but should go away). Also love the hook under the bar.

I think it was Lauren, she was nice enough but did not go above and beyond for her customers. She did not want to move us to a more comfortable table, despite our requesting multiple times and the place was literally empty. Finally she was able to make it happen but it was already unpleasant. She was good with bringing us hot waters with lemon as requested, but there was zero proactiveness to refill the hot water or any of the iced water. It was like us going out and trying to please the waitstaff. She did make a good suggestion for the lavender gimlet cocktail. Overall disappointing.

I didn't realize at the time until she reminded me but we actually had a gift certificate from this restaurant hanging out in our refrigerator from like 5 years earlier. So after ordering our breakfast I asked the waitress if it was even a possibility to still use it and she said sure no problem. So anyway, our breakfast was wonderful, the waitress was really nice even if she hadn't given me permission to use an old gift certificate, and the place looked pretty clean. I checked when I got back to the house and it had actually been 8 years for that gift certificate but we went back for lunch and caught the same waitress, and yeah no problem they let us use it Lunch was just as good as breakfast was. They do have a secret sauce there I asked what was in it because I saw it on the menu expecting her to tell me what it was and she said that she wasn't allowed to so it really is a secret. I did get to try some however and it's rather tasty in fact I suggest it to her that perhaps the owners could put it in bottles and sell it maybe just there at the restaurant anyway. I mean I would have bought a little bottle. But yeah, we both had a chicken sandwich and some sweet potato fries, and everything was rather tasty. Next time we are in the area we will definitely go back

This choice was…read morebasically accomplished by using Google and seeing the massive list of places in the area and choosing one we haven't been to yet. Oh my gosh I'm glad we did this one.. Isn't much to look at when you walk in but it's basically a diner so what do you really expect? . Menu isn't huge but what they do they do very well. First thing I noticed when the breakfast came to the table was that the potatoes were fried in butter. A lot of places we have gone to use a little oil on the flat top, nope this place uses butter. And not that cheap imitation butter either they use some real butter. Those potatoes were incredible. We both had the steak and eggs, we both ordered the steak or air which for a breakfast steak is about a 25 second window before it's overcooked, and these guys nailed it. Everything else we had was really good including the French toast. A lot of places have it rather soggy, this wasn't crispy but it was well, let's just say less soggy. We asked him about other things we like for example the sausage biscuits and gravy which they only do on Saturday so we have to go back now. I also want to try their breakfast sandwiches because I was talking to them about these, and for those that are in this area that remember a place on I think Broad Avenue called Pasquale's.. well Pasquale's used to have the best breakfast sandwiches, and the Clinton diner here is telling me that they make theirs a little bit bigger. Definitely has my interest peaked. So anyway yes, I definitely recommend this place. The prices were not too bad really, all of the food we have here I think was about $30. For two steaks, and basically a third order of French toast, I'd say not too bad.
