Victoria is an amazing server. We had a group of 24 and she accommodated so well even when we had to split the checks (which they don't normally do for large parties 8+). She was amazing. Victoria is the only reason I would come back. They should pay her more. read more

I was at SUNY Binghamton to drop my daughter off . Prior to my return home, we decided to grab lunch. Overall, this IHOP is poorly run. The hosts kept guests waiting for an hour or longer, even though there were ten empty clean tables available. My waitress was new, overwhelmed, and had no answers to simple questions, but she was very nice. We ordered a cowboy burger, a crepe combo with eggs bacon and hash brown, and a bacon temptation omelette. The food had no seasoning, and took 30 minutes to get to our table. When I say it was all dry, I mean it. It was hard to swallow due to how dry, and overcooked the food was in addition to flavorless. The burger tasted as if it had just come out of the freezer. The bacon temptation omelette had no cheddar cheese instead had a variation of a white and strings of yellow cheese, and the eggs for both breakfasts were runny. The hash browns were underdone and the crepes weren't fully cooked. Ultimately, we stayed, paid, and left because we were too embarrassed to get up and leave after receiving our food. However, we were tempted to leave the food there barely touched. I will NOT return. UPDATE : Two of the three of us who ate at the Binghamton IHOP have been ill all day after we ate the meal there. I believe the eggs were the culprit. read more

IHOP in Vestal, New York is absolutely phenomenal, and I could talk about it forever. If there's one place that knows how to make breakfast feel special, comforting, and unforgettable, it's the IHOP in Vestal. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere hits you with warmth -- not just from the smell of pancakes and syrup but from the friendliness and kindness of the staff. They greet you like they're genuinely happy you're there, and that simple feeling makes the whole experience better right away. The service is outstanding. Every server I've had has been patient, fast, polite, and always smiling. They're attentive without being pushy, and they check on you just enough to make sure everything is perfect. They refill drinks quickly, they handle orders without mistakes, and they make you feel like your experience matters. You can tell the workers here take pride in what they do. Now let's talk about the food, because that's where IHOP really shines. The pancakes? Perfect. Fluffy, warm, soft, and full of flavor whether you get classic buttermilk, chocolate chip, strawberry, New York cheesecake, or any of their specialty stacks. The omelettes? Massive, loaded, delicious, and always cooked exactly right. The French toast? Sweet, crispy on the edges, buttery inside. The crepes? Light, amazing, and full of flavor. The hash browns? Golden and crispy. The bacon? Cooked exactly how you want it. Every plate looks good, smells amazing, and tastes even better. And the portion sizes? They never disappoint. You get your money's worth every single time. What makes this IHOP stand out even more is how consistent it is. No matter when you go -- morning, afternoon, late at night -- the quality stays high. The food is always hot, fresh, and made with care. The staff always treats you with respect. The restaurant stays clean, organized, and comfortable. It feels reliable in the best way. Whether you're going for breakfast, brunch, late-night snacks, or even lunch or dinner, IHOP in Vestal delivers. It's the kind of place where families feel welcome, friends can chill and talk, and anyone can enjoy a good meal at a good price. It's comforting, familiar, and always satisfying. If I could give it more than five stars, I absolutely would. If I could write a billion-word love letter to this IHOP, I probably still wouldn't be able to express how much I enjoy it. IHOP in Vestal, NY is amazing -- incredible food, incredible service, incredible atmosphere. Easily one of the best breakfast spots around. read more

Great service and good food, always friendly and efficient will def return. My family in last year for our brothers funeral we all met there like 10 of us and everyone enjoyed everything. read more

Avoid! Extremely slow staff. Ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was like water. Sent it back, and was told they were making a "fresh batch". Ordered the chicken florentine crepes and there was no flavor at all. Barely any hollandaise sauce on top. The "new" biscuit and gravy came out and they had split the biscuit and grilled it. Seriously? The gravy tasted mostly like pepper. Sadly not worth the $22 price tag. read more

Originally, I would've written a really bad review because we were waiting a very long time for our food. I got really frustrated when I saw other people come in and leave we even gotten our food. I complain to Heather the manager and she made everything perfect! I saw her standing in the kitchen, waiting for the food for us to make sure that everything was perfect. We got hot pancakes. Well done meat just the way we like it, and we were finally able to eat and enjoy. I highly recommend asking for Heather if you have any problem with this establishment at all. It's clear to see why she's the manager. read more

The sign says 24 hours Thursday-Saturday , but they close at midnight and reopen at 6am. They are liars. I just wanted my IHOP

Worst IHop experience ever! Host had no commoin sense to acknowledge and seat people with physical disabilities at appropriate seating area. Waiter service is almost nonexistant. Coffee was lukewarm, at best. It took over 40 minutes to serve us their breakfast sampler and crepes. Quality of the food was horrible. Hotels offering breakfasts were made better than this IHOP location. Definitely will not visit again nor recommend this location. read more

Food was sub standard . The staff on the other hand acted like they really didn't want to be there. The service was HORRIBLE. This place is a literal atrocity. They mistreat their workers they are inconsiderate of the customers and workers as well. The food is subpar at best. They are filthy, the mens bathroom is out of service and they are allowing men into the women's bathroom while i was in there, there was literally a man outside of my stall i felt completely unsafe and bewildered that it was even allowed. This place all around needs to be investigated from management all the way down to their building. To the manager who runs this place. Get your sh*% together this is honestly disgraceful, disgusting, and absolutely outrageous. Could you be any less humane ? read more

The manager Amy Jo was literally on her phone while trying to talk to me and my wife about our food being terrible and all she had to say was you can contact corporate for any complaints and went straight away and back to her phone. She needs to be terminated immediately read more

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. We ordered on Uber eats and the milkshakes came in Burger King cups, with dirty food smeared at the bottom of them. The bacon was undercooked, and the chicken quesadilla had no cheese, peppers or jalapeños like it was described in the menu. It was just tortilla with huge chunks of chicken. And they don't even give you napkins, butter, or any kind of condiments to go with the cardboard tasting food. This is not only the worst ihop food I've ever had, but the worst food I've ever had in my life. read more

People of Binghamton have no idea how good they have their IHOP. If they came to the ones in any of the 5 boroughs, they'll be surrounded by ghetto and lazy servers. The food would look microwaved. The servers here memorize your orders no matter how complicated they are. (Jessica was it?). Kind, friendly and patient. The food was just how I remembered it. Great steak omelette with a side of blue berry pancakes. Everything was terrific. Especially after a night of hard drinking. read more

Let's start by saying that I do enjoy going to ihop from time to time, but not this time. It started out as usual, "what would you gentlemen like to drink?". We said 2 waters and 2 coffees. After a few minutes we received 1 water and 1 cup. Stopped the waitress and politely asked for another cup and another water. I got 1 cup and no water. And the cup she gave me had lipstick on it. She even asked if I wanted creamer. I said "yes". Never got it. Now on to breakfast. My friend ordered a waffle with scrambled eggs and bacon. He got 1 piece of bacon and sausage. He never ordered sausage. My order was half ready and after a while I got my other half. Now mind you the food was brought to us by the manager and the waitress. It was all cold. Just like the appearance that the manager gave us both. I can honestly say that I'm pretty disappointed at this ihop. We have been going to this one throughout the years and today had to be the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. Unless things are going to change, will most definitely won't be going back. read more

I went on 8/25 for a Saturday evening with a big group of friends maybe about 10 people. It was the second time I came here and it's always a good place to eat at any time of the day such as late in the night or mid day. It's nice and homey. Reminds me of the countryside/ or a local diner where everyone is extremely peaceful, nice and welcoming. It often times is quiet, but the waitresses are super accommodating, constantly checking in if we're doing alright. Sometimes if there's a lot of customers, it takes the staff time to get to everyone, but they'll do so politely, and makes sure the customer understands. The food is good, big portions. Get the special if they have! **I found a small piece of hair in my hash browns and immediately the manager gave me a brand new plate with all new food. The waitress apologized and checked in periodically. At the end she even mentioned that her manager would reduce the price of my meal, but they were so sweet and immediately caring of how I felt that I let it go. I was never greatly offended by the hair in my food, because from the beginning the service was pleasant!** I got the International pancake combo special that cost only $8.99 for the Ultimate plate which comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacons, 2 sausages, 2 hams and hash brown. In a edition it comes with a pancake on the side and I got the Belgian Dark Chocolate Mousse which was awesome reminded me of a melted chocolate chip cookie. it's so worth it for the price! read more

The staff is Great. Friendly service. Shout out to the Best employee there Levi JEAN!!!...

My expectations for IHop were set considerably low. However, even my low standards were not met by the service and food we received from the Vestal parkway IHop on October 11th, 2024. To begin with, our waitress was inattentive and unavailable. Lacking any show of pride in her work. Our coffee went cold(and had poor taste) and our classes remained consistently empty. However, what transpired surpassed anything within her control. One of our group members began by ordering eggs Benedict. The eggs came out not once but two times dry to the bone, as if hard boiled. Finally the third set of eggs arrived and although better, they were in fact under done. As she was still beginning to enjoy her somewhat improved upon eggs Benedict the waitress felt it would be a good time to provide us with our steep checks. Each of us still had large amounts of food remaining on our plates and no boxes were offered. Instead, we had no choice but to get up from our seats and seek them out on our own. No reparations were offered for the sub par eggs Benedict. To conclude we left hungry, disappointed and penniless. No group member received a bill of under 25 dollars, despite the poor service and bland food. Do better IHop . Will not return, and I suggest you steal clear. Other more reasonable recommendations include Denny's, and piccolos. read more

I will never understand, with the oodles and oodles of mom and pop diners out there, why people choose to come to IHOP?? There is nothing wrong with IHOP's food per se, but just why?? I unfortunately was forced to go to breakfast with an individual who doesn't know what good food is and was adamant on going to IHOP. The food was fine, but service was not. Our waitress wasn't attentive and could not be bothered for water... or coffee refill... or utensils... or togo boxes. For a breakfast spot which was fairly dead, service was unacceptable. All in all an experience I could do without. I don't have the room for extra calories which are not tasty. Plus, if I had a choice to chose between Mom and Pop shop vs mega chains.. mom and pop shops all the way. To top it off, you are not paying less for IHOP, they are all similarly priced. I just don't get it. read more
