After tirelessly searching for the perfect one, I went to Kitchen & BathWorks located in at 1641 Route 70 Cherry Hill New Jersey. There I met Bill Loyd who was able to assist me in finding the perfect vanity. His customer service was great and he was able to do a price match without hesitation. Overall I had an amazing experience with this place and I would recommend it to everyone! Bill thank you again very much! Wifey is very happy‼ Mr. T Home Remodeling and Construction LLC

Issues are damaged cabinets that need repair, poor installation for cabinets and counters and wrong sizing and initial measurements so things are just off in places. At this point, I have no other recourse but poor reviews or small claims court. 30K for my scratch and dent kitchen makes me so sad every time I'm in it.

The prices I needed were cut for me in good time and made available for pickup. I am very happy with the finished product and will return to Troy's in the future. BUYER BEWARE!!!!…read more Troy was recommended to me by a cabinet company, so I made the trip to Newark to check it out. The $1499 special has very little to choose from, but I managed to find two pieces (read remnants) that would work for me. Template and install time quoted were very quick (should have been a red flag). Then they broke one of the pieces, so I had to go back and pick another. When it came time to install, the guys were very rude, and couldn't install one of the pieces because it needed to be cut and pieced in order to get it in the space. Told me they would be back tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is here, and no installers. They never notified the scheduler that they needed to come back, so I'm pushed back another day. Also, they made a mess in my bathroom, and didn't clean up after themselves. Also, the counter has sand marks in it, so it will now have to be polished where it was glued. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your needs, because this place is terrible. Salesperson won't call me back, manager won't call me back. Also, they charge you the credit card fees. Bad business in my opinion, and I've been self employed for almost 40 years.

Review for Urban Coast Tile, a subsidiary of Tile Market of Delaware at this address…read more Inaccurate product measurements on page resulted in a shortage of tile - customer service will not take responsibility, resulting in a shocking $400 in total shipping fees on $882 worth of tile. Drove the cost per square foot way up, delayed the project. Would have been happy with some sort of compromise for the error, but no effort at customer satisfaction attempted. Do not recommend shopping here at all.

Interior shelves are NOT soft close. I spoke with the sales woman and after looking into it she discovered that those items do not come with that feature with that line of Merillat cabinets. Evidently, she doesn't understand what the word EVERYTHING means. I would have been more that willing to purchase a different line, even if it meant more money, but now we're stuck with subpar equipment. She offered to give me partial credit if I purchased a new countertop through them, but I refuse to do any more business with them. Why give them another chance to screw things up. I will not name the sales woman. She's a representative of Reico so it's a direct reflection upon their company by hiring her in the first place. UPDATE - I received a personal phone call from Jim Grace, VP of marketing for Reico Kitchen and Bath. I have to admit that I was stunned that someone in his position would take the time to contact me to let me know that everything was going to be corrected. More companies should take a lesson from him. When the problems are fixed, I will happily change the rating to 5 stars as it would be deserved. Thanks again Jim.

Could not be happier with our open, ultra-modern kitchen thanks to Concept Kitchen and Bath. We…read moreshopped around a good bit before picking a place but went with Concept Kitchen because they were a "one-stop shop" for everything we needed (from design to knocking down a wall, replacing floor/cabinets/tile/electric...they do it all!) plus their great reviews. They didn't disappoint. Working with them was easy as we didn't have to deal with the headache of multiple vendors, and their quality is excellent. Delays and snags (due to supply chain issues/issues found later in our house - not their fault) came up as they always do in construction projects, and they worked with us gracefully to problem-solve and adjust the vision along the way. If a cabinet part arrived slightly damaged they replaced it without us even asking. Their commitment to quality shows and their team were great to work with. The kitchen is the heart of the home and we're so glad we made this investment in it and chose CK&B for the job. Definitely recommend!
