Completely amazing service. They did EVERYTHING in my home…read more They were able to find me quality furniture (I got two sofas, some end tables, a bed, and a new dining set), bedding, window coverings (draperies, blinds, and cornice boards for me), floor coverings, and they even accessorized it all for me! And I hate accessorizing myself, because it never works out right. These people have vision, and can help even the most clueless person when it comes to decorating. The cost of custom is well worth me not wracking my brain and worrying. With Decorating Den at the helm, I can let them do all the work for me!

Bruce and his team did a great job. The (very reasonable) quote they gave us was to demolish our…read more60-year old deck and completely replace it. We sourced our own wood for the decking itself and Bruce patiently and gracefully worked with us, even going so far as driving a trailer up to NJ to pick it up (twice) for a reasonable price. Bruce also very patiently worked with my wife and I as we flip-flopped on railing designs for weeks. The deck itself looks terrific and I'm sure will be stable for decades to come. Whenever I had any issues with quality control on any bit of the deck from Bruce's team, a short phone call with Bruce (who was either available or quickly returned my calls) either assured me it would be fixed or explained to me why things were as they were. Bruce also did a terrific job wrapping a number of exposed painted ceiling beams outside our house (which were rotting due to weather exposure) with a synthetic material that looks identical to the painted wood and will preserve our house for years to come. His price was also very reasonable on this front. I will call (and have already called) Bruce with many future needs in years to come.

New Hope Tile dud a remodel of our guest bathroom a number of years ago. I'll keep it brief:…read more- contractor replaced a cast iron tub with a cheap fiberglass tub without proper support allowing the tub to flex and crack. This is a latent, major defect, the tub will have to be replaced at great expense. See picture below - contractor assembled tub drain poorly, with a leak. Rather than properly assemble, contractor left a cafeteria tray under the tub with a towel to absorb the leak. See picture below - contractor had to be called back to install kick boards under cabinets. - contractor glued mirrors to the wall (no screws?) and when a gap between mirror and wall was pointed out contractor accused houseguests of making the gap. It was from a crumb of drywall not cleared before glue was applied. - wrong screws used to attach drawer pulls, creating a sloppy fit. The right screws were found loose in the drawers and Avoid New Hope Tile.
