We sourced our own wood for the decking itself and Bruce patiently and gracefully worked with us, even going so far as driving a trailer up to NJ to pick it up (twice) for a reasonable price. Bruce also very patiently worked with my wife and I as we flip-flopped on railing designs for weeks. The deck itself looks terrific and I'm sure will be stable for decades to come. Whenever I had any issues with quality control on any bit of the deck from Bruce's team, a short phone call with Bruce (who was either available or quickly returned my calls) either assured me it would be fixed or explained to me why things were as they were. Bruce also did a terrific job wrapping a number of exposed painted ceiling beams outside our house (which were rotting due to weather exposure) with a synthetic material that looks identical to the painted wood and will preserve our house for years to come. His price was also very reasonable on this front. I will call (and have already called) Bruce with many future needs in years to come.

We've since used WIT Services to replace all 42 or 3 windows in an 80 year old home we moved into (now 104yrs old). And the same quality and care went into the project as when we 1st worked with Bill 30 yrs ago.
