I also have friends in the roofing business, who assured me, you need a new roof; which i knew, but they are retired, and they too recommended Tom Snyder. So I hired him for both a new Roof and new Windows.....and he had a great value price, plus his work crews were exceptional; highly experienced.....Fast and diligent. Plus very nice people. The reason, or one of them, that you get such a great value is that TS Siding (and Roofing and Windows), does not have a lot of overhead. It is all word of mouth, so you get great value for your money. I know many people who own businesses in the Construction, small business community. Many. I am a lawyer, so I represented most of them. + Both of his polite crews, the roofers and the window guys, left my yard in immaculate condition, better than when they began, in terms o clean up. He is a 6 on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest. You won't regret it. You won't regret it. Promise. - Kevin ONeill, 6/27/24

They said the process would take four weeks. It took four weeks exactly to finish. Here is the exception to all other renovation contractors. SCOTT STARTS THE JOB AND IS ON SITE WITH HIS CREW EVERY DAY OF THE JOB AND WORKS ON "NO" OTHER JOBS EACH MON.-FRI. EXCEPT YOURS!! That rarely is the case. And you talk about "quality" work. The man is an artisan. Scott and his crew basically do all the work and sub out only a few minor items: glass and countertops the exceptions. I got four quotes for this work. Custom Creations was second lowest but only by a few thousand dollars. The lowest bidder wasn't interested in doing some of the "minor details" I wanted done. Get several quotes but hire Custom Creations. You won't be disappointed. Mike F.

Ed Varnes Hardwood Floors is the only company you will ever need for your hardwood floor needs. Ed…read moreVarnes is extremely professional, prompt, efficient, and kind. His prices are competitive and fair. I was surprised how reasonable the job cost. I had been putting off refinishing my dining room, stairs and spare room but I now ask myself why I waited. I had gotten several estimates, but Mr. Varnes was equal to or less than others. He came out to measure very quickly and had my estimate to me in less than 24 hours. Other companies took days to come out and actually showed very little interest in doing the job. The men working for Mr. Varnes were wonderful. Courtesy, on time, friendly. When you look up professional in the dictionary or on google there should be a picture of Ed Varnes Hardwood Floors. This company is definitely old school and, in this day, and age that is a true gift.

Ed Varnes Hardwood Floors were recommended to us by neighbors in Beech Hill. They simply said, 'Oh…read moreyeah, Varnes has been around forever, and they are the go-to flooring people around here.' And yes, they really ARE the go-to people. We found them to be thoughtful about what made sense for our home and circumstances, meticulous about details, and careful with our furniture (which they cheerfully hauled back and forth). They also took great care to mitigate the dust from their work, putting up plastic sheeting on adjacent doors, and covering the contents of closets. Other small--but telling--things: the crew was always on time, was invariably friendly and polite, and they worked around us and our unhappy little dog with grace, consideration and good nature. We installed new hardwood the living room, refinished the abutting floor to match the living room, and installed pre-finished hardwood upstairs. We are thrilled with the finished product, and would use Varnes again in the future. Great job!

Absolutely shady!…read more Wants to charge me $800 to remove leaves but never actually removes leaves. This company just attempts to blow the leaves onto grass and tries to cut grass (instead of picking up and bagging the leaves). The problem is there is still tons of leaves left in the shrubbery and also many parts of the leaves blown onto the grass aren't fully cut, so they blow back onto the patio and other parts of the house. After talking with Alfredo (owner) on the phone, he tried to say that is how he does it. But this is OBVIOUSLY the lazy way to try and remove leaves from a property. The house doesn't look good, and he is attempting to charge for services that still don't remove the leaves from the property. Look elsewhere for a landscaping company
