I'll spare you the long, drawn‑out saga, but after the fiascos I endured at both Home Depot and Lowe's, I genuinely started to wonder if I was being Punk'd. By the time I reached Keystone, my trust was completely shot (as Helen can definitely confirm). But Helen in sales -- along with John and Mike on the installation team -- turned everything around. Thank you all for restoring not just my kitchen, but my faith in humanity.

I absolutely loved working with Meredith, our designer. She was personable, totally helped me make…read moretough decisions, and was someone I felt like I could trust with this big spend for a kitchen, half bath, and downstairs flooring renovation that involved some incredible improvements in our layout. The only reason they missed me with the fifth star is honestly the project manager. He wasn't just a little bad. Like, ok you left a stack of grout bags in front of our backdoor. Annoying. But when he turned on our gas line when he was asked to turn on our water line, I think that did it. Poor Meredith had to be the communication channel for some frustrations we had along the way. She did a really good job of managing that. I wish there had been more accountability to Ferris when they finally removed him from our renovation basically at the end. I would use Meredith and so many of the people that work for Ferris again with nothing but confidence again if I could guarantee a few things would be different that would change the whole of the experience.

The prices I needed were cut for me in good time and made available for pickup. I am very happy with the finished product and will return to Troy's in the future. Recently I tried contacting Troy's thru their online link to inquire about new granite pieces for the bathroom. I haven't heard a word back from them yet and it's been a week.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!…read more Troy was recommended to me by a cabinet company, so I made the trip to Newark to check it out. The $1499 special has very little to choose from, but I managed to find two pieces (read remnants) that would work for me. Template and install time quoted were very quick (should have been a red flag). Then they broke one of the pieces, so I had to go back and pick another. When it came time to install, the guys were very rude, and couldn't install one of the pieces because it needed to be cut and pieced in order to get it in the space. Told me they would be back tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is here, and no installers. They never notified the scheduler that they needed to come back, so I'm pushed back another day. Also, they made a mess in my bathroom, and didn't clean up after themselves. Also, the counter has sand marks in it, so it will now have to be polished where it was glued. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your needs, because this place is terrible. Salesperson won't call me back, manager won't call me back. Also, they charge you the credit card fees. Bad business in my opinion, and I've been self employed for almost 40 years.

I had my roof replaced by Kirkin Exteriors and they are very professional and did a great job…read more Kirkin Exteriors helped me with my insurance claim and also helped me after the job was completed to get reimbursed for depreciation from my insurance company. I recommended Kirkin Exterior to my neighbor and she was very satisfied with their roofing services as well. I highly recommend Kirkin Exteriors to anyone interested in replacing their roof. The first time it rained after they allegedly fixed it water came in in multiple places. Spoke with the GM Andrew Minear and he had the audacity to say they would come back out and charge me more to fix what they already charged me to fix the same problem. I will NEVER use them again. I do not trust them to do a good job and honor their work. See BBB and google reviews on this company. The worked requested and contracted for was the exact same area that continued to leak. It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship. Of course it is convenient but not accurate to send a self interested party (its an employee)out to say what you want them to say, but the reality is the work was shoddy and did not solve the existing problem. I will never use your company again. Buyer BEWARE.
