Some didn't even come out just asked for photos and gave me a number back. I was starting to get worried until I got in contact with Divine Concrete. They came out the same day to look at the job. Gave me multiple options and a clear plan for the project. The cost was appropriate and they explained the reasoning behind it. Overall, they made the buying experience easy and I felt confident moving forward. Once work began, the staff and crew were very nice and respectful. They kept the worksite clean you wouldn't have thought a construction job was even happening. The steps were poured and completed on schedule. He asked if I had any other little jobs he could help with so I thought of my patio stairs. The foundation under my patio stairs was falling away with time so Joe put new foundation under the patio blocks and made them even across. They look like new now. I had one person on Nextdoor app recommend Ray and we figured we could at least get a quote. We had been searching high and low for someone to put stone on our pillars. We had companies tell us they couldnt use our existing stone material, that we would have to redo our existing steps completely, or had quotes for over $20k. We didnt trust anyone anymore because of our experience with a past contractor (who bought the supplies but never did the work) and took us 6 months to find the right person. Ray did much more than just the stone on the pillars, he redid our walkway using the stone that was already there (but made it look SO nice) and gave us tips on how to save on expense but get a finished look. He has done several projects for us some large some small. And everything is done to perfection. If you look at the photo of the brick path that is a path he did for us. The other photos are from other jobs but he's on thumbtack and he's not on Yelp, so I wanted to add him to Yelp. He is not just an exterior mason. He is a craftsman so he can do interior masonry work as well.
