I like my coworkers, as they are all friendly, conscientious, and hard working. It is nice to work in a team that have clear goals, and the desire to produce good work. This company cares about working safe, meeting schedules, and putting out good work. They have had a large turnover of workers. They seem to be having difficulty finding good workers that can produce quality work. The company does give training and many chances to improve as an employee. They also dismiss workers who don't want to be better, or who show up late, call out frequently, and miss work without notification.
