If I was living in DC suburbs then they'd charge us $50k for the deck. I got the PVC Aztek material with metal posts. The guys did the job in 2 days. I was worried when I saw scuffs on my new deck the day after install, but Luke came to buff them out. With Aztek, you have to be very careful about scratching the deck with furniture so I've yet to put anything on my deck! We rarely eat out there anyways. We're not outdoorsy people.

In both solidity of structure and also presentation. The workers were pleasant, tidy, cleaned up each day, and assisted working through some unknowns that cropped up. I used high quality lighting, and porch rail which included a flat top for drinks, and also LED lighted from underneath. I am not prone to writing reviews, generally, but where work is especially good it should be acknowledged so their business can expand. The design and quote phase introduced some new ideas to my intentions. Kevin, MIcah, and Jose did a great job on-site.
