We wanted to share…read more.. We needed to have a door sweep on our shower door replaced due to normal wear. Its always a pleasure having Mike Furhman show up when we need a fix. Actually he did our shower install years ago. Mike arrives cheerful and on time, He's respectful and very nice to talk to. Same, same for everyone at Garrety Glass. Thank you to Garrety and especially to Mike, we appreciate you! Sincerely, Terry & Vicki

We had a sunroom built by Garrety Home Pros and everything was great, we were very happy. The…read moresunroom roof then began to leak and we called them 3 times to report the issue. We never got a response, then I happened to run into the salesman from Garrety that sold us the sunroom and I expressed our disappointment. He was helpful and the next day we received a call from Garrety to schedule a time to come out and repair the leak. The repair man came out twice as it continued to leak after his first visit. Well, it's still leaking and we are concerned about the structural integrity of the roof and ceiling if the room continues to leak. For a project that cost almost $100,000, we really believe Garrety should do a better job standing behind their work.

I live in a very well to do neighborhood and unfortunately, these guys will look up house values and charge accordingly so while some neighborhoods will get $10k decks, not mine. If I was living in DC suburbs then they'd charge us $50k for the deck. I got the PVC Aztek material with metal posts. The guys did the job in 2 days. I was worried when I saw scuffs on my new deck the day after install, but Luke came to buff them out. With Aztek, you have to be very careful about scratching the deck with furniture so I've yet to put anything on my deck! We rarely eat out there anyways. We're not outdoorsy people.

My original thought was that they would provide reasonable service at a reasonable cost. This was not the case. The man that came for the the initial evaluation suggested a cost of about $700 to replace two panels. The final cost came in at $1500+. And the the door was not completely repaired. I had to repair it myself. Not to mention that this gentleman should not be on the job. I had to help him up from kneeling twice. After talking to another builder I found the price should have been half what I was charged. Never again.

We were not disappointed. Dorothy was a great salesperson and answered all of our questions.
