Long story short - I was conned by a Family member claiming to be part of the business/represented they owned the business, however it was NOT Richard or his Father - who when I finally found out and got a hold of the real owners - they fixed the situation and made everything right. These guys are good people, made good on a word that they didn't even provide and in my eyes are a great example of doing right by the customer. Make sure you are talking with Richard or his Father directly who own the business when contracting.

Now, the asphalt will literally come apart every time I pull out of my garage in the winter, and my concrete apron is now cracked. This cycle will repeat every year until the area is properly fixed: which requires cutting, excavating, and replacing the soil with a deep, compressed crushed stone base. When confronted, the company resorted to 'double speak,' offering a 'free sealcoat' as a solution. Sealcoating is a cosmetic finish; it cannot fix a failed foundation or stop structural heaving. They are essentially trying to paint over a crumbling building. This company ignores professional paving standards and offers useless 'freebies' to avoid fixing their structural mistakes. When I say my expectations were exceeded, that is an understatement …read more First, Colin (our estimator/sales guy) met with us 3 different times. Our first impression was a great one. He was sincere, honest, and professional. We had other estimates lined up, but there was no comparison. We not only didn't experience the same professionalism, Montco was thousands less. It should also be mentioned that the fence quality is much better too. Some of the others we had quoted looked flimsy and cheap. MontCo's installers were amazing! They discussed the boundaries with me. They made adjustments to the timeline because my landscaper was also working onsite. My landscaper said he wished he could hire them. They made sure every post was level, were making adjustments to make sure it was right. Then wiped down the fence by hand when they were done--as if that wasnt enough, then they blow dried my grass where it was walked on. They definitely didn't have to do that--but their concern for my property meant a lot. They did an excellent job! So thankful--and will highly recommend. 10/10 recommend
