Recently had a wood privacy fence installed by Super Fence and couldn't be more thrilled with the project. Bill Super and his entire team were a pleasure doing business with from start to finish. Pricing was competitive, communication was impeccable and the crew was friendly, knowledgeable and the finished product looks beautiful! The foreman even helped take care of an issue in my yard that wasn't fence related while he was here. It's not often you do business with a company who pays such great attention to detail each step of the way. Highly recommend Super Fence! read more

The fence was exactly what I wanted and installed exactly where I wanted it. The cost was high because I elected Western Cedar. The cost would have been even higher from other companies. The installers did a first rate job. read more

My daughter bought a beautiful home on the Mainline. She has two - very energenic Boston Terriers who needed the back ysrd fenced in. I contacted my good friend friend Bill Super of Super Fence. He was able to come up with a plan to integrate a beautiful Black Aluminium fence with several gates. He has multiple customers in the neighborhood and the fence fits right in here! Great work Super Fence Company Inc. I highly recommend you give Bill Super a call for you fence needs here on the Mainline. Joe S. read more

Had a great experience. We got a quote/estimate quickly and they were competitive compared to other fence companies. The install went smoothly and they accommodated all of our requests. Very happy with our fence and would definitely recommend them! read more

Highly recommend. Our install date needed to be pushed back due to local rain storms over a few weeks but our fence was installed in one day. It has transformed our yard and we absolutely love it. read more

They installed many sections of a cedar with lattice fence. The sections they installed are all different heights! It looks awful and unprofessional! The hardware on the gates are not normal latches and don't open and close properly. There are big spaces between sections because they did nit measure or cut things to fit. Tbe workers were loud and carrying on in another language. They went into a closed and sealed off room on my property that they were not authorized to go in and left it open! They left mud all over my driveway and there was a hose which they should have used to clean up the huge mess they created. What is even more unbelievable is that since they supposedly finished, they disappeared. I have contacted Bill the owner by email several times and he is so rude that neither he nor anyone else bothered to respond nor come back to fix the horrible job they did or clean up their mess or close the room they entered illegally and take whatever they left there- using it as a urinal? I am truly appalled at how awful the fence looks! Update: TODAY THIS CRIMINAL TOOK $4900.00 from my credit card that he snd his secretary Vanessa kept on file without my knowledge or permission !! So they broke into a secured structure on my property snd they stole $4900.00 from me! I have reported them to law enforcement among other things. Do yourself a favor- get a reputable fence company! read more

Superfence just finished installing a fence in our backyard and they were terrific throughout the entire process! The pandemic delayed our project a bit, but Vanessa was patient and helpful throughout the waiting period, and once the installation began, Angel and Fransisco were incredible! Overall, it was worth the wait and we're thrilled with how everything turned out! Thanks, Superfence! read more

We needed a fence to enclose our yard for our two active dogs. Bill Super came very highly recommended by many sources - friends, community FB groups, etc. He gave us a very fair estimate and sent his team to do the job, which they completed in under two days. Bill and his team are professional and friendly, consulted us to clarify what we wanted and simply went above and beyond! I would call them again if we ever move! read more

Bill and his crew were super responsive and efficient! They did a great job for our pvc fence and aluminum gate!

Super Fence installed our fence 1 year ago and Is already falling apart in some places . We have left multiple voicemails and no one has returned our call to do repair work. We signed a contract that had a 3 year warranty . They have not held up to their word to fix the portions of fence that are coming apart in just 1 year . Be cautious of this company . read more

Super Fence put up a 165 foot six feet tall chain link fence for me. The whole process was completely in one day. The workmanship was superior. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Again I thank you Fernando for a job well done at a very good price. read more

This Company is about as unprofessional as it gets. No call back after three attempts, stay clear of this outfit.

Our new vinyl fence was installed yesterday & it replaced our 27 yr old wooden fence. Owner & the installers were great & job was done within the estimated time frame. Hopefully we get many years with the new fence. Based on everything to date, we would recommend Super Fence. read more

We've been trying to get a response from Bill Super for 2 weeks. He came out for measurements and promptly emailed us with an estimate. When we replied with questions about the design and next steps, we did not get a response. Several emails later and no response. Called the office and were told he would get back to us the next day, still no response. Very unprofessional. read more

I had some sections of an existing fence repaired and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Friendly, timley, and resonably priced.

Recently had a fence installed by these guys. Completely satisfied with the price, the labor and the final product. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have any type of fence installed. read more

I'm sorry to write this message as my first interaction with the company was great. This time could not have been more different. Super Fence previously installed all of my backyard fencing and garbage can enclosure. The proposal was timely and accurate. The actual work was performed in a timely and professional manner, and looks wonderful. This past July l asked for a proposal to run the fencing across my driveway, with a gate latch and bollard. A site visit was performed where the project was discussed in detail (including the need for a bollard to keep my dogs from pushing open the fence) and I received the proposal in about a week. The proposal failed to include the bollard, so I called and asked them to revise the proposal as discussed at the site visit. A week went by and nothing. I called and spoke to the office and they were extremely apologetic and promised Bill Super would call me back and they would send the proposal. Nothing. I called and followed up numerous times over the past five months (as recently as Wednesday 12/6), received apologies - but the revised proposal never came. I now have to start the process over again. My friends told me not to wait for a response from this company, as they are clearly not professional, but I had such a good first experience and I didn't want to have to find a new fence company to try and match my current fencing. I spend over $9000 with this company and I am shocked that my second experience has been so poor. read more

Super Fence installed several hundred feet of shadowbox wood fence at my house. Bill came out to measure when he promised and the fence was installed within a few weeks, as promised. The workers were very courteous and the fence looks great. I solicited price bids from four companies and Super Fence was the lowest. Highly recommend! And it comes with a one year warranty, read more

Owner Bill Super called from an online request. He showed up promptly, took measurements, etc. and indicated that he would email me a quote. Several days passed and still not quote. Called Bill on his cell phone and left a message. No return call or quote. Business was given to competitor who did what they promised. I guess Super Fence has more than enough business, but not mine. read more

Would give these guys zero stars if I could. Here's the timeline. My husband called Super Fence on a Tuesday. Bill Super got back to him on Friday, saying that he'd be going out that day to look and would email an estimate. We heard nothing. My husband called again the following Monday and left a message. Still no call back. Still no email. It has been one week since our initial contact. If and when they call, it's too late. They've lost our business. read more

Bill and his team, led on-site by George, did a fantastic job! Not only did they start on-time, they started and finished the project a day early! They installed what I have to believe was a fairly challenging fence w three gates, various obstacles to overcome such as historic trees and odd angles, and did a truly wonderful job. The guys were courteous and professional throughout the project. If you want the job done right, I highly recommend Super Fence! read more
