If you are disabled or have difficulty walking up steps you may need assistance or possibly pass on shopping here. There are steps as soon as you enter the store. I did not see a handicap accessible entrance but that doesn't mean they don't have one (I just may not have seen it). So call before you go! What brought me in was a sauce I purchased in another state while on vacation and locally this was the only store that sold it for me to refill instead of buying online.

He was very kind, offering great cooking suggestions and conversation. He really knew his stuff, not only about his offerings but the local food scene in Philly. We were not in the market for some of his industrial cooking equipment such as deep fryers, meat slicers, ovens and wood fire pizza gear and such, but my daughter who is obsessed with cooking BEGGED to stop in. We were pleasantly surprised to find some fun cooking gadgets, utensils and food prep equipment in the back...at a steal, too! We bought a 6 pack of plastic squeeze bottles for oils and icings cheaper than buying them one at a time any where else! We bought ladles in a few sizes...some small enough for pancake mix dropping and others for hot pots at home. A really nice variety! We bought heavy duty spatulas and large brushes for marinating. The goods were excellent quality you won't see at big box stores and I'm still so impressed with the prices! It's definitely worth checking them out if you're even the slightest bit into cooking. We felt like kids in a candy store. There's a few 30 minutes loading zones in the area and one directly out front. They do take cards, even for the smaller purchase and the cashier was also very welcoming and kind. A fun stop I can see making again! We love, and are having fun cooking with everything we bought!

Told me to come pick my lawn mower up that they were not going to fix it. I got a call from the store the next day Teresa told me it was fixed I signed the paper took my lawn mower came home tried to cut the grass and it was the same as it was when I took it down there now I have to take it to another location because I don't trust them or that store any longer. Especially when she's got to have her husband policing everything.

We were looking at gas inserts, she spent about 2 hours with us and seemed knowledgeable! She told us that she would get some prices for us and to give her a week to do so! We gave her a week and a half and reached out to her. She apologized and said things were crazy busy around there and that she would send it out by the end of the week! I once again reached out after receiving nothing from her and stated that it felt that she didn't want our business and was told again she'd send it out! We never received anything from her and I then stopped reaching out! I wouldn't use this business even if she was the cheapest, not a way to run a business! Very disappointed
