I'm in Sellersville, mowed with Simplicity lawn tractors since mid-1980's, do my own basic service…read more After my local dealer (Perkasie) closed-up shop and retired some years ago, I went to Moyer's in Harleysville for a "heavy" service, drive-belt change. I know that can be a real bear and I wasn't up to the frustration and busted knuckles. The service scheduling, pick-up & delivery went smoothly, simple phone communications. The repair and P&D fee was more than fair, service quality was top notch. In 2017 I decided to go "high tech" efficiency, and join the Zero-Turn bandwagon....but on a tight budget. I consulted with Randy Moyer, he introduced me to the "new" Bad Boy Mowers - they had just taken on the line. I purchased a new Bad Boy MZ 42" with Kohler V-Twin, he took my Simplicity in on trade. It's 8 years later now, no regrets. For cost vs. quality, you can't beat Bad Boy in the residential line. I recently decided to upgrade a little, took delivery of a 2026 Bad Boy MZ Magnum 48" from Moyers. Again, Randy took my (very well maintained) Bad Boy MZ on trade. It's a great place, the "big box" stores might be a little cheaper sometimes, but as most of us have come to know there's a lot more to value and satisfaction than just price.

Nevertheless, Didn't show up on the time that was committed, and wanted to reschedule at his convenient time instead of what worked with me. Ended up canceling the order because of his nasty attitude and lack of willingness to work with me. In response, he simply sent me a letter to take me to court if I didn't make time for installation or paid him some % pre-installation charges that were due, which were never mention to me. Although Tyler jumped into action and resolved the situation, the owner is totally unprofessional with zero communication skills. The product was decent, but had nothing that blows your mind. Installation was average, the installer was more so in a rush to go to a party then anything else. Broke one of my cabinets in process of taking out old countertops. I need cabinet replacement next, wouldn't even think about this guys.
