This place is worth the effort and ride. Great people, nice facility and honest. What a refreshing concept these days. Our old door set up some unique challenges and they navigated it like pros. Chancy was great about including me along the way about any multiple choice decisions that could be made, as a homeowner I greatly appreciate that inclusion in the process while not having to watch over them. The whole team seemed to be enjoying each other and having fun, what sounded like me typical banter of co-workers and friends, while remaining respectful to my home. After the job was done, Chancy walked us through the project and asked if we wanted any changes on a few items. He also encouraged us to reach out if we had any other concerns moving forward. For the past 3 years running, they have provided regular lawn service, including mowing and weed whacking. They also helped adjust the mowing schedule to work around my lawn aeration and reseeding this past summer. Also they've done a couple of other specialized things for me, most recently including a tree removal. Fall of 2025, they offered snow removal in addition to the lawn service. Based on the weather so far this year, I've gotten lucky. They have been here multiple times, plowing my driveway in spite of some special needs. ( Curb stones, anyone?). I needed an emergency plow during one of the December snowstorms, when my mother was taking to the hospital. Joe literally was in my driveway less than 10 minutes after I called to make sure that I was able to get out and get to the hospital. Can't say enough good things. Is it the cheapest service in the area? No (with an asterisk*). It's a little bit more than what you pay a larger company, emphasis on the little, but in my opinion, I'm getting much more personalized service. For the fall / winter of 2025 2026, they've added plowing to their resume. It's the first year, so sometimes growing pains might be expected. With the heavier snowfall this year, more than once they've been to my residence multiple times in a single day to plow my driveway out. We just had our tub/shower converted to a walk in shower by Bath Fitters. We are just thrilled with the results. We met with Dave who came to our house to show us what was available. We found him to be very helpful in helping us make decisions based on our needs. When the day came for installation, Roman and Cody were at our door at 8:00 a.m. on the dot, literally, and out by 4:00 p.m. with the job completely done, including leaving the bathroom as clean as when they entered it. The shower is perfect with absolutely no problems and it is absolutely beautiful. When they were done, they explained how everything worked, all the new shower gadgets, and also told us how to care for the shower. They gave us a squeegee to use on the shower doors, a bottle of smudge cleaner and a tool to clean the area where the glass slides in the frame. They were so professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. Also impressive was they had a private contract plumber that came in and did the necessary plumbing work. Now I have read some reviews that the cost was high, but to be honest the price was right around what we expected to pay and what sealed the deal for us was the lifetime warranty they provide on ALL parts of the shower. EVERYTHING. No other company offers that. That tells me that this company stands behind all of the products they use. We are so glad that we chose Bath Fitters to do our walk in shower as our experience with everyone we encountered, including the staff at the show room, have been nothing but professional, informative and courteous and their work is beautiful. With proper care and cleaning this shower will look as good 20 years from now as it does today and NO MORE TILE GROUT CLEANING! Also if your calking should ever get moldy, they will come and repair it at no charge. Who else does that?! read more

We were very impressed with the work they did and how they asked us questions as they went along to assure we got what we wanted done. Roman and Drew arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. to remove a 40-year-old bathtub and replace it with a brand new walk-in shower. At exactly 4:00 p.m. they walked out the door with a completed bathroom! Ridiculously overpriced. They were 33% more expensive than their competitors, and I found a contractor who tiled my entire bathroom for less than half of what they quoted me to essentially glue three sheets of plastic wall to my shower wall. An absolute rip off. read more
