Dr. Lutansky gives tests to pets that they don't need. Watch out. He's only concerned about money. He is also extremely unapproachable. He does not like it when you ask questions. Do not believe other people's reviews. They are vulnerable because they are worried about their pets so they don't ask him anything. I'm not the only one that thinks so. I've also had another person that took his dog to see Dr. Lutansky and had the same experience. He said that he assigned a lot of tests and procedures to his dog that ghd dog didn't need. My cat is from the streets. The 1st time she went to the vet was for TNR and we decided to keep her after feeding her for 3 years. This is our 1st time taking her to the vet and felt so nervous about it. It's been over half a year and we really want her to get checked out. We saw the doctor and mentioned she's could be "feral" (don't interaction with humans beside us) when my cat hissed at him for being aggressive towards her and jumped off the table. The doctor immediately backed up and said "no, no, no, we don't see feral cats, it's the state law". The lady assistant mentioned she's been to the doctor before. She was extremely patient with my cat and grabbed her gently onto the table as the doctor decided to take a look at her. I am very thankful for the superwoman in the office that did everything to make our visit a smooth one. I will give this clinic another try, but will try another doctor that shows more empathy. read more

This vet ripped my 14lb chihuahuas nail off when he was taken to the back to get blood taken. When brought back to the front, I was told that it was already like that and that the nail was clipped incorrectly by my other vet which was COMPLETELY not true. I did not see the severity of the nail until I got home where I saw that the nail was completely gone. My actual vet told me the nail may never grow back. Also, this vet does not like questions or to explain what is going on with your dog. His answer is constantly that he doesnt like to guess. Sorry but if you are the professional, you should be able to answer all of my questions with NO ATTITUDE. Especially with me paying you over $400. Having a vet that you trust and you can tell loves your dog is a necessity as a pet parent. I had to go to this vet in an emergency situation as my vet was closed due to COVID-19. Unfortunately for me and my beloved Yorkshire Terrier Lucky I heard about Dr. Eduard Lutansky late. My dog was under care with another clinic and ALL those years (12+) he was treated for a collapsed trachea , while the real problem was an enlarged heart and the trachea was normal . Can anyone blame me for trusting a vet who treated my dog? Although I feel extremely bitter I will not mention the clinic that sucked out tens of thousand out of my pocket and shortened the years of my BEST friend. I will testify in front of anyone that Dr. Lutansky not only an excellent doctor , but is also a very caring and nice human being. And when I read some negative or malicious feedback I can say , that only stupid , evil , or cheap person who wants something for nothing can write such nonsense . My cat was scheduled to be in at 10:00 today for his neutering. Due to traffic and an unreliable Uber driver we arrived at 10:15. We had called ahead to let them know we would be about 10 minutes late. They said no problem on the phone. When we got there the doctor talked for about 5 minutes and then decided he cannot do the surgery. His explanation had something to do with the timing of the anesthesia and premedication. When we asked what difference does 15 minutes make he ridiculed my wife saying she should know because she's in the medical field. He was very nasty, belittling her in front of the office and other customers. My cat had to go without food or water for 12 hours for this surgery. My poor Ozzy was irritated and hungry now, for nothing. If he cared about my animal he would have started the surgery a little later. The hours of business operation did not effect the timing. We were supposed to pick him up around 4. At the end of the surgery the animals take hours for recovery. My 15 minutes late was not the reason he couldn't do the surgery. I believe the office over booked and the doctor was too overwhelmed and in a bad mood. Another rude thing he said to me when I questioned how could 15 minutes affect the whole day was "if you know everything then why don't you do the surgery yourself." Thankfully I'm a smart man and I know he was not giving me his professional advice to perform this surgery on my own. He shouldn't say things like that to people it's rude and the wrong person might actually listen to him. If you love your animals as much as I do I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. read more

I used to live around the area and would come here for my dog's annual check ups/shots. However, after I moved I started going to a different vet out of convenience. I came back today because of my dog's skin condition and I am so glad that I did. Another vet has been advising me to continue undergoing these random exams and medications that were of no help to my dog and even worsening his condition. However, Dr.Lutanskiy was so honest and truthful without sugar coating any of the information. I came in and before his assistant even put my dog on the scale, he informed me that he could not help my dog. He recommended me to go to a dermatologist at the emergency room (for pets) right away. It was amazing to see a vet genuinely care for my pet instead of looking only at the money involved. The office didn't charge me for the visit, but I am so glad that I got a truthful and honest answer about my dog's health condition. Although this location is a bit far from my house, I will definitely return if another problem occurs with my pets. I've been coming here for a few years now. There have been times where I was convinced my cat was a goner but they have saved him every time. The vet always checks up after the appt to see how my Jinx is doing. How many places do that? And while yes they may ask for updated blood work, you can refuse and this is not much different from going to your doctor for checkups. He is also open on weekends, which is helpful. He will also work work you on pricing, letting you know what's urgent and what can wait. I would highly recommend this hospital for your pet's care. read more

Excellent, THOROUGH vet. Knows his stuff, is straightforward and focused on your pet. Tells you up front what you're looking at cost-wise, what can't wait and what can. Has a very friendly, experienced staff who is obviously well-versed in handling pets. The doctor explains things completely, asks a lot of questions, doesn't shrug off your concerns. Shows you everything in detail (maybe more than I wanted to know, lol) ... just really thorough and honest about what's going on. Clean and spacious waiting room, again, unlike a lot of other vets. It was not 'low-cost', but the low-cost vet would have killed my cat if I'd let him do his teeth, as this doctor found out he had asthma and wouldn't put him under until he was 100% sure that he'd be able to tolerate the surgery. So you might not save a lot of money, but you won't have a dead pet, which is worth infinitely more. This is now my cat's vet. Edited to add: He's called me twice at home to check on my pet's progress since my visit. That speaks for itself. Edited 5/15: Brought back my cat is he's so well cared for here and the doctor works with me for what tests he needs/what I can afford. My senior cat is healthier and happier than ever. read more

From setting up the appointment to the follow up after the visit, I can only give this vet clinic 5 stars. The appointment was super easy to schedule since there hours are as convenient as it gets. The staff is friendly and called a day before as a reminder. There was no wait, I was able to see Dr. Lutanskiy almost right away. He and his staff are very patient and took good care of my 50lbs dog. After the full check up we talked about preventative treatments (heartworm, ticks, etc.) and other potential issues. I liked that Dr. Lutanskiy preferred to give less medication in general, and only as much as was needed for specific treatment. He gave me plenty of freebies to try for the dog, since it was our first vet visit since I got her. The cost of the medication prescribed, as well as the visit itself was very reasonable. Dr. Lutanskiy also made sure I understood how to administer the medication and was available for any questions I had afterwards. He even called a week later to check on my dog. This place is at least worth a visit, I know that I will be making it my primary care for my dog. read more
