They came out to give an estimate and I thought they were very thorough and I agreed with the estimate. We proceeded with the project. I wasn't impressed with the initial crew that handled the painting, dry wall, and flooring. Touch ups and redos were required. The busted pipe was from a second floor shower above a laundry room that is adjacent to the garage. The area gets cold. The plumber recommended a vent in the ceiling to allow heat from the laundry room to flow into the area. They installed said vent, but then covered it with insulation resulting in no flow. I requested the insulation be cut twice. Apparently, it was never cut. I was supposed to be given a new broom since mine disappeared from the garage. Never received. An old light fixture taken out of the ceiling was requested to be kept. They took it. They kept unplugging a freezer in the garage to plug up their equipment. Another gentleman finished the job by installing the cabinets in the laundry room and and bar area. He did custom shelves and dryer vent cut outs in the bar. His work was great. He fixed some areas that the first crew missed. Less than six months after completion of the project, I'm dealing with water damage from frozen pipes in the same area. I can't help but to wonder if this could've been prevented if the insulation didn't cover the vent. I also wonder if enough insulation was used in the area considering the history. Very frustrating.

The quality of the main products sold here were good. That's why they initially had a higher…read morerating from me. But the installers, including the plumbers and the affiliated products were not that good. We had several attempts by the installers of the countertops to get them level without leaving damage to our existing walls and back splash. They kept sending the same guys to fix what they couldn't figure out the first time. Very frustrating though we love the way it looks now. About a month later, the new garbage disposal (underpowered) started leaking and fortunately my wife had a plastic tub that caught most of the draining water or our cabinets would have been ruined. We ended calling our preferred plumber to fix the problem which cost us additional fees. The housing of the subpar disposal leaked and let the water from the sink down into the area where the motor and power supply were and it then drained into the cabinet. Good thing the power doesn't stay on except for when in use. We hardly put anything down the disposal with the exception of some vegetable trimmings. No silverware or items known to be bad for disposals. My wife is trying to get a refund for the defective disposal. I think the store could use some re-evaluation of its subcontractors to improve their overall customer experience. Rev. #58

Sydney helped us with choosing our countertop and later with choosing a backsplash. She was great about touching base with us periodically as we waited for our kitchen to get finished and was always friendly and punctual. The guys who installed the countertop worked quickly and it looked amazing. They were also friendly and helpful with a few hiccups on our end of things. Finally, James came over every day for about a week and installed our backsplash and it is beautiful. He was really kind and didn't mind our toddler constantly talking to him and saying hi which really meant a lot to me. It was nice having someone so pleasant in our home and not feeling awkward about it. We were so happy with Kitchen Master and I absolutely recommend them for anything you might need!

We got estimates from others & just tub replacement by covering up with fiberglass was just as much. We went w/them. They tore out everything and started from scratch which was great to know that 'all' was new instead of just a cover up. The demo was done quickly and I was really surprised at how neat they were. They covered my carpet from the entry to the bathroom and it was done in a day. Their tile guy came next to do concrete work, dry wall, and all new tile. He was very polite, neat and thorough. The plumbers came next & also installed our sink faucet & toilet which we had purchased. There was a slight problem with some plumbing but they immediately came back and fixed right. Any work like this is an arm & a leg, but picking the right company is important. It took a full week but was worth it to have a beautiful big walk-in shower w/great tile work!
