Dustin arrived after a phone call to notify me of a short delay, removed his shoes and was professional. He was direct and polite without a lot of song and dance that usually raises my suspicions. After determining that our leak was NOT coming from the work done by BE, he helped use target the source of the problem. While he was here, I was so impressed with him and the company I asked him to take measurements for possible future work. I also had a great CS experience with Kenvetta, who took my call. Particularly as a female, navigating the home repair market can be full of challenges. I wanted Moen but their price was much much higher than I could get from Home Depot. No solution from them except order Delta. Set up orders with them in July. When it came time for plumbing fixture delivery one Kohler item was not delivered. Ultimately had to get it elsewhere because they could not get it and wouldn't try any other option. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal.
