I have been coming…read moreto this sketches over the past few years and while it has been a hit and miss at times to find the shoes i like, today was uniquely different. Not only did I find some great shoes I was treated to the care and compassion people are capable of. Valerie and Jonathan not only assisted my girlfriend and me with great customer service but was also able to help a customer who did not have the means to purchase shoes to replace their tattered ones. I believed it was going to be just be another dismissal or security involvement when the individual came in, but that did not occur. Both Valerie and Jonathan treated this man with dignity and listened to his situation. They then treated this man with kindness to help him afford his shoes. These two are incredibly high value not only in customer service but also in the the kindness humanity needs. I am very grateful that I stopped in today and it is employees like these that I am more than happy spending money at the places they work at to support. Whoever hired these two just gained a fan and I will be recommending this place to friends and family.
