This Bath & Body Works location is near H&M and the Food Court. There used to be 2 separate Bath & Body Works locations, and the other smaller one used to be the one for online order pick-up but I think that has since changed. This is quite a large Bath and Body Works location, and it was a bit of an interesting set-up. It took us a bit of time to find the items that we needed but we were able to find them in the end. There was only one cashier and so it took a bit of time to checkout. There was no issue to use a mail coupon that we received with our customer log-in. Like other locations, there are sinks located, along the wall, throughout the store so one can wash their hands and try their soaps. The only thing I wish was for their travel-sized lotions and items to be in one place instead of scattered throughout the store. Great location! They've moved to a bigger space in Ontario Mills right next to H&M by the food court. It's so open and bright inside, it looks like a happy store! (If that's even a thing) I've gone here twice in the past 6 months. Once during the holidays for a Christmas gift. I went for a curbside pick up today and the young lady on the phone said it would be 15-20 minutes before they would come out to bring my stuff.
