Patricia was an absolute doll, she took her time showing me and my fiance around the store and genuinely made mine and my fiance experience amazing. She even took time to find fragrances that my fiance could smell even though he can barely smell things, absolutely amazing lady!!! read more

I love this bigger location. It is very convenient. I can enter near the theatre entrance, get what I need and leave. They tend to get long lines during sales but also tend to have quite the collection. The scents we used to love are still there seasonally. They have very colorful displays. The scents can easily become overpowering. I have several family members who refuse to go in because of the strong mixed smells. There is always a deal but you have to have the app to know what it is. read more

This Bath & Body Works location is near H&M and the Food Court. There used to be 2 separate Bath & Body Works locations, and the other smaller one used to be the one for online order pick-up but I think that has since changed. This is quite a large Bath and Body Works location, and it was a bit of an interesting set-up. It took us a bit of time to find the items that we needed but we were able to find them in the end. There was only one cashier and so it took a bit of time to checkout. There was no issue to use a mail coupon that we received with our customer log-in. Like other locations, there are sinks located, along the wall, throughout the store so one can wash their hands and try their soaps. The only thing I wish was for their travel-sized lotions and items to be in one place instead of scattered throughout the store. Overall, the shelves were fully stocked, and is conveniently located. read more

Uncomfortably awkward... Walked into Bath & Body Works the other day, and instead of being warmly greeted, I was subjected to this: "When was the last time you were at Bath & Body Works?" "When was the last time you were at this location?" "I can show you what's different about our store." She asked a few other weird things. I can't remember now. It was just so strange... Instead of "Hi, welcome! Let me show you what's new." Ya, no thank you. I made a bee line out the door. read more

I had not been in a store like this in a long time. Not my comfort zone. Lol. I was able to go here while my daughter had to go to a couple other stores. I was directed to go to the back of the store where the registers were to make my purchase. I only needed two gift cards for two special peoples birthdays. The employees here on the floor and the register were both really nice, helpful, and quick. It was an easy in and out of this nice and clean store. I love getting cards and not items so my friends can pick what they want to get!!! read more

I tried to order items yesterday, they sold out within an hour. Got up 3am website wasn't working. Got back up at 4am ordered numerous items and waited for hours but never received an email stating my order was ready. When I called the manager told me that even though I was up at 4am ensuring my order would be fulfilled, they chose to prioritize the walk in customers! This infuriated me!!!!! Like everyone has the option to skip work to shop, is that the exp? I'm a loyal customer but I'm thinking about boycotting them until I feel valued as a customer! read more

I was shopping here last Sunday and found they had all kinds of sales way before Thanksgiving!!!! I came to stock up on hand sanitizer bottles because they came in super handy sizes. This is my favorite branch here in the IE area. I just recently bought hand lotion and other scented items, so I was just running low on portable hand sanitizers. Bath and Body Works offer a reward system so if you are keeping track of points, by all means, please visit This location. I don't care much for the Chino location....I recalled a negative shopping experience there but not here. Clerks were friendly and offered assistance throughout the floor....I'll be back again soon. I was here on a busy weekend, there was barely any wait time since cashiers were super efficient as well. read more

They essentially stole my gift card while shopping in-person at this store. Incompetent cashier ran my card 3 times, asked 2 other employees for help because she had no clue what to do with a $25 B&BW gift card. Then refused to give me the products because their system malfunctioned and my receipt didn't print. Walked out annoyed. And that number on the back of the gift card didn't result in anything since I reported it over a month ago. read more

Store: Ontario Mills, Ontario #1 Amazing customer service! My family and I were immediately greeted as soon as we entered the store and everyone was super friendly. Big thank you to Lorraine W, who came to help us out as we were looking around and let us know about their $13 three-wick candle deal. She went above and beyond by showing us their best scents and made shopping more fun for my little sister by showing her different soaps and lotions while we checked out the rest of their candles. Oh my goodness I think her name was Ariana? I really wanted to give her a tip. It wasn't anything huge, just some change that I had leftover from Five Below. I didn't wanna ask ANYONE ELSE for help, she was just so nice. I hope she remembers that she told me I could write a review here, I'd totally go back again just for her help :'( I've never bought so many items from B&BW before, because the staff seemed so unfriendly, I didn't really wanna waste any more time in the store. We purchased lotions and mists worth $700 as we have to gift to our clients . We requested 30 small carry bags but the manager refused to give us more than 15 bags . Had we told them to bag each item separately they would have no choice but Inspite of being a loyal customer the attitude of the store staff was not acceptable Very poor customer service We shop every year at this store but I guess this will be the last time as we are extremely disappointed read more

Great location! They've moved to a bigger space in Ontario Mills right next to H&M by the food court. It's so open and bright inside, it looks like a happy store! (If that's even a thing) I've gone here twice in the past 6 months. Once during the holidays for a Christmas gift. It was SUPER busy and cramped but of course everyone wanted to take advantage of their sales. The employees are always very helpful and will ask if you need help with anything. I didn't end up getting anything my first visit but my sister bought some hand lotion and a candle. The second visit was yesterday afternoon. I stopped by to look for a birthday present for my mom and was able to shop around without the huge crowds. Definitely come here on a weekday if you want to avoid everyone. Wasn't too sure on their current sales so I asked an employee who was glad to explain everything to me. She also mentioned that if I downloaded their app I could get a freebie with a $10 purchase! Super helpful. When I went to pay the cashier was super friendly. She even told me I could get a bigger item for free. I initially only thought it was equal items or less for the freebie but apparently I was able to get something valued up to $14! Definitely thankful that she was kind enough to tell me that. I really like this location and will continue to shop here if I need to shop for gifts or restock on items for myself. I purchased the peach 24 hour moisture body cream yesterday and it is AMAZING! Smells delicious and has kept my skin moisturized! 5 stars for this Bath and Body Works! Thanks again for all the help ladies! read more

It was my time to stock up for the year again! I usually purchase 5-8 bottles of lotion every year (yes it's plenty, but I do use lotion 2-3 times a day, everyday!) I've yet to have a negative or mediocre experience at this exact location. Every single employee has always been so incredibly helpful, as well as being super friendly! In my experiences, it's rare for an employee to come up to you and tell you to get their coupons online to utilize them at the store then and there. Each time I've visited, they'd stress the coupon on their app. This time around, the coupon gives you $10 off for $30 spent. I purchased 5 bottles of lotion this time (with their buy 3 get 2 free deal), and ended up paying $29 for all 5, while each bottle is priced at $12.50! Many of you may be thinking.. "well, you didn't save $35, you ended up spending $29." NOPE, that's not the case, because I am consistently purchasing their lotion and products annually. So I am saving $35. This time around was such a steal! They've also upgraded their product with 24 hours of continuous moisture that really does melt into your skin. Their fragrances are my ultimate favorite, and it's so difficult to find a place that has both a not too strong fragrance, while at the same time nourishing your skin. My favorite signature fragrances are Sweet Pea, Japanese Cherry Blossom, and my new favorite (their seasonal lotion): Boardwalk Marshmallow Clouds! read more

I want to begin by saying I am very understanding of the current situation with Covid restrictions and I know most businesses are doing the best they can. I went for a curbside pick up today and the young lady on the phone said it would be 15-20 minutes before they would come out to bring my stuff. As I parked 3 workers were returning back to the store. They had just dropped off packages. I patiently waited. After 25-30 minutes I called and it did seem like they forgot about me. She said they would be out in a few minutes. After waiting a total of 45 minutes, I left. If they do not have customers in the store, why would it take 45 minutes to get my stuff? The store called me 65 minutes after I got there to let me know they were looking for me. This is unacceptable. No apology, nothing. Very disappointed. read more

So I came in Tuesday Sept 10th, around 7PM and there was a lady names Rosa, she was the nicest and sweetest worker I have ever met and definitely helped me out when I needed it. She checked on some stuff for me, caked it in the back and I'm assuming no one answered so she actually went to go check on it herself. She truly had a positive and open vibe to her, I also loved how she would greet other customers in Spanish. I am completely fluent in Spanish and it really makes you feel comfortable and special when someone does something like that. Anyways I did NOT give this location 5 stars because of Alondra. She was my cashier and when Rosa approached me again when I was in line she tried to make sure I was getting the best for my buck reminding me if I had a awards with B&BW so I could get a coupon and things like that. I told her I did but Alondra made the most unprofessional and frankly rude comment. "Rosa go stay in your area! Why are you over here?!" Rosa calmly brushed off her comment and replied, "I'm trying to make sure my customers are well taken care of." Alondras comment was very rude and not only did I notice but other in line as well as close to the commotion were shocked at the rude comment Alondra made. I think you should regroup with your team that was working for that period of time and tell them how they need to be professional on the job 100% of the time. Later I went back to Rosa after my purchase and told her that Alondra did not need to say that to her and that she was such a great help. I don't know if they were friends but Rosa, if you're reading this, get a new friend cause homegirl seemed like a female dog. Cashier:3317930 Reg:003 Trans:9606 Store:82433 read more

Went in the other day and they did their normal spiel of if we were looking for anything in particular, we said no just looking and she let us know the deals. So we went around smelling some candles and about 5 minutes later I found a body care item I wanted to try. So I grabbed the try me lotion and put a small amount on. This different woman comes over and asks if we're looking for anything in particular, I said no just looking. Her response was "okayyyyyy" and walked away. First off, she saw us walk in and the first lady greet us. Secondly, just because I don't need help doesn't mean you need to be rude. read more

I will never buy from them ever again. And I'll make sure there #1 customer..My Mother in law never shops there again. I had applied for a job there this week and some of the women there were really rude when I would call to check up on my application especially one Stephanie she actually hung up on me and the other time left me on the phone waiting. They need to learn how to answer the phones not just say Hold on and get put on hold. I'm not writing this cause I didn't get a job with them but because, this women there need to relax and not think someone new is going to take there job.. 10 hours was what there giving a week ok..
