This Sephora is inside the Ontario Mills mall. Super convenient to stop by if you're already shopping around. It's a bit small compared to other locations that I have been to. RJ was super helpful and took the time to find each product that I was looking for. read more

Went to pay using a gift card I was given. Cashier says it's coming up invalid and that usually means there's no money on it. She said call this number, I call that number, then am given another number (gift card customer service) just for this lady to tell me that it has money and just to try paying at another Sephora. I'm sorry, what? Why couldn't I just have been properly helped from the beginning? I don't have time to be playing these back and forth games. This Sephora needs to do better at taking care of their guests. Cashier didn't even try calling a manager, or try to figure it out. read more

5-Star Review for Thais I come to this location all the time and always have a great experience, but Thais truly stood out! She was so kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel instantly comfortable like I just wanted to keep her with me the whole time Even though she was clearly being pulled in a bunch of directions, she still made the time to check on me and make sure I was taken care of. That little extra effort didn't go unnoticed. She helped me find my perfect shade match in Make Up For Ever (which can be so stressful on your own!) and even recommended an amazing concealer to go with it. I really appreciated her warmth, her patience, and her genuine vibe. Thais, if you see this thank you for making me feel seen, glowy, and supported! You're a gem and I hope your kindness comes back to you tenfold read more

Review is for Jada - the beauty bar. Jada did my makeup and it was stunning. She was so personable, no mean girl energy and was genuinely interested in learning my skin type, my shades, my go to brands and just so sweet. Go see her if you need makeup done! read more

Jojo helped my daughter in the fragrance department. It was amazing to see my 11 year old being treated like a real customer vs. like a child. She had a lot of good suggestions! Would definitely go back to this location. read more

This Sephora and otorio males receive 4 stars because of the service. This employee happened to help us pass a line by purchasing online. It could have been five, but because the line was super long i gave it a four. They need more people on the floor to help with the Cologne and perfume section. And people to help with the facial cleanser and serum section. Was a bit unorganized, but overall a good experience because they had many things. On the same token could come off as overwhelming. read more

Came by specifically to purchase Versace's travel cologne Eros Flame. I was surprised that all the Versace colognes weren't in stock including the one that I wanted to purchase. I asked one of the employees to call if Redlands Sephora store had what I wanted. She replied that no one had it in stock and we had to order it online because the company brand was coming out with more merchandise. When I went online, I found it at Redlands and I could buy it online to be picked up. Why you would mislead your customers with wrong information? Poor customer service on her part. Giving 2 stars because I don't know if she's a new employee, but I don't know. read more

My husband went to this location sadly he went to buy me my Valentine's Day gift last min. He mention how he wish he was able to wrap my gift bag with some tissue paper that usually comes with your Sephora bag, but the lady in the front desk who was wearing about 10 pounds of make up was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that she could not give him any tissue paper because he didn't buy a perfume . My husband purchased about $300 of YSL make up. She had a lot of attitude and was very unkind for no reason maybe because she didn't have a Valentine's Day and had to work. Who knows I just don't recommend the store if they are willing to hire people who lack customer service skills. Please learn to treat your customers better. Get rid of the attitude girl it's outdated like your makeup. Go to the Sephora at Kohl's down the street. They're very nice girls that work there and actually know how to apply makeup properly. Came to this Sephora with my sister & honestly it was such a horrible experience. The minute we entered the store we were targeted by the staff. Every single aisle we turned to we were getting bombarded with staff. I get it, theft is very high right now but we genuinely just wanted to shop. It made us so uncomfortable & when I was in line to purchase my items, one of the cashiers was talking about us on her mic. Just makes the shopping experience very bad. read more

The service was awful with the exception of Jade, the only bright spot. I'm assuming the manager, had keys on her wrist, helped one customer and then walked away. No "someone will be right with you" or anything. Walked around the store for awhile, then someone came over to help. So disappointed read more

I walked in there today looking for eye makeup I literally walked all around the store and no one offer to help me try to get one of the girls attention and was ignore. really bad customer service. read more

I love Sephora so much. This place makes me happy. Sign up so you can get rewards with them. Each online order comes with two samples, used to be three before. In store was not giving out samples, like they had before, but it may have been updated. I used to subscribe to their beauty box and found so many good products due to that. I love stopping by and also shopping online. read more

FINALLY the Mills has a Sephora and it's way better than the one at Victoria Gardens or the one in Montclair. Love the layout of the store and the products they carry. In particular they have Pat McGrath makeup and this Miu Miu perfume that I would always check for at Victoria Gardens but they would never restock it over there. The night I visited it wasn't a madhouse in there and the line was not long at all. The Sephora staff were all super nice and greeted us at every corner asking if we needed help with anything. This Sephora is definitely my favorite in the (909)! read more

I went with my 12 year old daughter first they're wouldn't let me in with her because only 64 people were allowed in the store at a time. Then when they let me in I was looking for a moisturizer I was only shown Dior brand I've tried numerous brands I informed the girl I just returned a 200 dollar face moisturizer as I broke out bad could I have a sample to try I was told no they only give foundation's samples that's a lie I'm a regular at Sephora and at times I get offered samples of all kinds of products from shampoos to face creams I knew what was going on I was being profiled I didn't purchase anything on purpose because of the way they treated me read more

If I was able to give a 0 star I would. This is by far the most unprofessional and rude Sephora I have been to in my life. None of the workers offer any help and when you ask them a question they all have an attitude. Don't work in a store if you don't like people?? read more

There's a brand new Sephora at the Ontario Mills Mall and this one is great!!! It's larger than the Victoria Gardens and Montclair Place locations. It's a great size and the employees are very friendly. I just hope they continue the friendliness long after the grand opening. I've been to numerous locations throughout the years and this one is quite nice! I'll be shopping here the most. read more

Was followed/stalked throughout the store. While in the checkout line, I started browsing through the items displayed in the checkout line and noticed there was a sales associate extremely close to me (behind me) trying to see what I was looking at I guess, very uncomfortable. I feel as though the workers were trying to peak inside my $300 Large Telfar tote bag. Lol but all jokes aside, terrible experience, 0/10 don't recommend. read more

I walked into this Sephora and was taken care of by Hailey. She went above and beyond trying to color match me finding alternatives for me. She assisted me with so much patience. I was looking for Makeup Forever HD, my shade was not in stock so she provided a sample for me and provided other locations with the product. Thank you for the positive experience! read more

I was greeted when I walked in by Chris or Christopher, he told me if I needed any help to let him know. I went to shop for some makeup for a vacation I was going on. Chris kept coming around and asking if I needed help, he kept following me around as if I was going to steal something and I told him " if I need your help I will let you know". I felt very uncomfortable and the fact that he was making it so obvious that he was trying to see if I would steal. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the guy who rang me up was super nice. read more

Most importantly: it's an artistry level store so they carry some brands that VGs doesn't!! So happy there's a Sephora in this mall now. The staff is nice and helpful as they can be given that most of them are new. Went in here knowing what to pick up- Coco Cabana cream by Sol de Janeiro and the body wash-and was rung up by my girl Julie. She was cute, friendly and helpful. Dani was absolutely amazing. She was patient and gave me so many suggestions. She took her time to color match me and didn't pressure me into buying a certain product. Came back an hour later and purchased just because the foundation was actually GOOD! Shoutout to Dani read more

Warning this site beauty advisors don't clean their brushes. My mother and myself got an infection and mine is for life so beware.

went into the store today there was barely any costumers at the store and the stupid lady insisted i wait in line to get in and let like 5 people just walk in without having them wait in line she had a nasty attitude won't be returning back. read more

Let me begin by saying that I love Sephora especially at the Montclair Mall. This one not so much. I walked in and there were employees at the front but not one greeted me. As I continued on, shopping for what I was looking for, not once did anyone ask me if I needed assistance. It was not because they were busy but they all seemed to huddle into corners talking amongst themselves. Further, the store was not stocked appropriately (for samples) plus there was trash (tissues, etc) littering the floor and the shopping baskets. Not sanitary at all. I hope management looks into this and takes care of these issues ASAP. read more

Super simple review- maybe updated based on returning the item later/service. Went to buy foundation, wanted to get color matched. Super busy and understaffed. No biggie. Instead of waiting, I thought I'd just buy KVD contour kit. I've previously purchased it and loved it. So fast forward, i open the kit up for the first time and its obviously USED. I was disgusted. The clear sheet that normal comes in the kit wasn't there, and I can tell someone heavy swatched or used a couple of the shades!!! Didn't used it, put it back in the box. Going to return later today. BEWARE OF USED PRODUCTS!!!!! Absolutely disgusting, putting returned products back on shelves read more

Yaaassss. Sephora is always my safe haven and this location is my santuary. Love that this location sells brands that the VG and Montclair place do not, especially Pat McGrath. Friendly staff, clean, and I love the layout. read more

Note to Sephora employees at this location: when your supervisor tells you to check the back for something the customer is looking for, stay back there a little longer and PRETEND you were actually looking for it. Useless employee came back to me so fast, I'm sure she didn't look! It was not even busy in there and you all were just standing around. You carry brands that VG doesn't have, but I rather drive further to Brea to give them my business. First and last time at this store location, thanks for nothing - ROUGE member. read more

If I could give 0 starts, trust me I would!! The manager had a very nasty attitude that I ended up not buying what I had picked out!!

I went to Sephora today to check out their new products, like the new Pat McGrath foundation, and was pleasantly welcomed! An employee there, Lucky, helped me find my perfect foundation shade and even gave me a sample! She enthusiastically helped me find the few products I wanted to try out and gave me samples for that too! Quick and easy! So happy! read more

I used to have to go to the Sephora in Victoria Gardens to get products I ran out of and I always hated going because I know finding someone was always difficult and majority of the staff were really rude on multiple occasions. I'm glad this location opened up because when I first went (I think her name was Abi) was really really nice and helped me out. She made me a recommendation on a new foundation, shade matched me, and offered me a sample of the foundation to try before I even asked. And surprisingly, she got my shade right the first time. Tried it at home and came back a few days later to buy the foundation. She was so nice and the biggest reason I will keep coming to this Sephora. Thank you so much! read more

Extremely rude and lazy staff. I know Sephora hands out free samples of makeup and I wanted to get one of Dior lipstick to try out on myself. The lady staff that helped me was extremely rude and said that they don't give out samples in store. I never had this issue before, it seems the staff are just unhappy with their job and takes it out on the customers. Also, I had to wait 10 minutes for a staff to help me because the staff were running around the store. One staff said "One minute and I'll be back". She never returned and I had to find someone else. In the end, I left without any purchases. How can I buy a lipstick if I can't get a sample to try out? Very dismissive staff who did not want to help customers. I would not recommend this Sephora to anyone. read more

I must say the girls in here are so helpful, not like Victoria Gardens. I wish I had asked there names, one was a redhead that is so helpful and kind and the other girl had longer brunette hair that answered all of my questions and took her time with me. Thanks you guys for such wonderful customer service!!! I will come back soon . Seems like the stores in Ontario mills have so much better service than the stores in Victoria Gardens. read more
