Here's the thing, it's a Bath & Body Works - same set up and selection as any other location. EXCEPT that this location is literally never busy at all. Which probably isn't great for its future longevity, if the gradual closing of every other mall-staple store is any indication, but it's great for the customer's experience. Here, you can really take your time and smell everything you want without being in someone's way or someone being in yours.
BBW will always be nostalgic for me, even as I grow out of the sickly-sweet, factory-produced, unsustainable, heavily dyed, glitter-filled, unnatural product line and prefer locally made soy candles and natural, plastic-free body care instead. (I reallyyyy wish BBW would switch to soy but I know that's obviously not up to this location.) Now I just pop in a couple times a year for the ambiance, car air fresheners, and hand sanitizer but I definitely prefer this location over the Castleton mall. read more
