Small boutique with one part coverage most of the time, which isn't the issue; the lack of customer service when I walk into the location and one other guest may be in the store, that's the issue. Not a "hello" or even a look up and glance - very petite boutique where you can see anyone coming in and out. Recommend scheduling more attentive associates when it's one part coverage to avoid missed sales opportunities

I didn't expect to hear that it was a chain. Come to find out that they have locations in almost every state. I guess I am behind the times! They sell cute funky pattered shirts and dresses, super cute jewelry, little gift items, and accessories. It's a little expensive, but at least you won't have the same dress as everyone else. It reminds me of the store Anthropologie but less expensive.

When my wife explained what she was looking for, the woman said that the seasonal item was about a week to ten days from being shipped to the store. It was nice having someone working who was aware of the inventory and ordering time frames. I'm sure we will be back in the area before the end of the month, so we will be back to check out their line. I like when businesses take the initiative to help their customers! Review #2046

The sales associate at Keystone at the Crossing helped me package my item and even provided me with a bag to ship an item back to Chicos. I shipped it and received my credit back to my Paypal within one week. Next time when I shop online, I'd pay with my credit card.

While the selection is not the same as in larger cities, you still get quality clothes, shoes, and accessories, and decent service. Plus, you can always order online and pick up in store (or get delivery to your door). Special shoutout to Cory who is an ambassador for Boss men's - always attentive, friendly, and professional. This is some of the finest shopping experiences in Indianapolis, and even for someone like me who doesn't like shopping for clothes - I enjoy coming here!

They have men's and women's clothing. What sold me was how well the staff helps you find what your looking for. I love the coolmax stretch jeans. My latest trip was to exchange a pair of jeans. The young lady helping me made sure she still greeted everyone as they came into the store. I think she was on her own at the time; her customer focus on everyone was truly impressive.

She listened to what I wanted, helped me find several selections and directed me to a dressing booth so that I could try the clothes on before making a purchase. What I like about Lucky Brand is that they carry several lines of jeans designed to fit different body types. Since I am not a bottomless Millennial, I can't buy jeans at places like Target or Kohl's that don't have anyone around to help find a good fit. When I talked with the staff here I found that the 300 series is designed for men who actually have backsides. Where I struggled finding jeans smaller than a 36 waist at the other stores, I comfortably fit into a size 32 waist 363 Straight leg. And even though I've gone through different styles and colors, I know that anything in the 300 series will fit. This means I can stay in style without looking like I am trying too hard to keep my youth. In addition to the jeans, there are also a wide range of T's and button down shirts. They also have great hoodies too. There is a really good website for additional options for when the local store may be out or doesn't have the room for all the items available.  It also seems there are frequent sales on items, so I almost always wait to buy my jeans at a 33 to 50+% reduction. I may be old, but I still recognize a good deal! Although my jeans weren't on sale today, I bought them anyway. The fit was perfect. They also come in a wide variety of inseam lengths but since my legs are in the normal range, I didn't have any limitations on options. As long as they keep making good quality clothing and carry the 363 line, I will be a customer. Review #2186
