Anyhow, I went in and told her what I was looking for regarding my eyebrows, and she came through for my brows and much more. I'm definitely coming back for a touch-up before I leave. The…read morestylist didn't use curly hair products, used a diffuser incorrectly (like literally wrong for curls not just a different method), and raked her hands through and brushed my hair while drying it. Never thought I would start to cry about hair but I was holding back tears during the session. I had to ask multiple times to get my hair cut where I wanted and had to pay $60 to top it off. Other stylists didn't look bad, would not recommend a curly haircut here.

She immediately told us that we needed to leave and that we were too young to be in there, not stopping to listen to anything we had to say. As two (admittedly relatively short) college dudes in our twenties we were confused but didn't really feel like trying to argue with her just to purchase something we could get with no hostility next door. Maybe it was because we were two younger males, maybe it was because we were picking up stuff, but as someone who also works retail there were better ways she could have approached us without immediately assuming and shooing us out. But to cut her some slack it looked like she was the only person watching the store and maybe she was getting harassed by some kids previously.
