I booked my appointment (brow tint/wax/etc) the day before, so I know she's expecting me. Plus, I did a walk-in, and it was her day off, so it's best you book an appointment online. Anyhow, I went in and told her what I was looking for regarding my eyebrows, and she came through for my brows and much more. I'm definitely coming back for a touch-up before I leave. Don't sleep on this girl while you have her at ULTA. She's one of the best I've had so far!

Booked a curly haircut with a "curly hair specialist" and I left with a frizzy rats nests. The…read morestylist didn't use curly hair products, used a diffuser incorrectly (like literally wrong for curls not just a different method), and raked her hands through and brushed my hair while drying it. Never thought I would start to cry about hair but I was holding back tears during the session. I had to ask multiple times to get my hair cut where I wanted and had to pay $60 to top it off. Other stylists didn't look bad, would not recommend a curly haircut here.

She immediately told us that we needed to leave and that we were too young to be in there, not stopping to listen to anything we had to say. As two (admittedly relatively short) college dudes in our twenties we were confused but didn't really feel like trying to argue with her just to purchase something we could get with no hostility next door. Maybe it was because we were two younger males, maybe it was because we were picking up stuff, but as someone who also works retail there were better ways she could have approached us without immediately assuming and shooing us out. But to cut her some slack it looked like she was the only person watching the store and maybe she was getting harassed by some kids previously. Pretty embarrassing experience haha we won't be going back

I HATE Bath and Body Works! I cannot stand over priced lotions and body crap. There products are…read moreso potent when it comes to smell that all their scents just become so nasty to me. I really don't see spending $10 for 8 ounces or so of lotion that just sucks. I have weird skin too, so it the lotions don't really moisturize that well either! I feel like you have to keep re-applying every hour just to maintain that moisture feeling in your skin! EWWW
