The absolute worst Vitamin Shoppe we have even been to period!! Load music and when they were asked where a specific product was he answered "I don't know you have to look for your self!" I ended up calling our home store In Nashville TN for help and I got it. The Duluth store should close the doors as is doing a HUGH DISSERVICE to the the Brand and it is clear the workers do not won't to work. Will never recommend anyone to ever go to that store EVER! read more

After a terrible experience at GNC at the Duluth, MN Miller Hill Mall, I proceeded to the Vitamin Shoppe. Told the associate exactly what I was looking for. She was prompt and courteous. I told her what I was looking for (alternative plant based proteins). She Answered my questions, made suggestions and recommendations and explained her own experience with the products (if she had them or knew of others). She went out of her way to assist us. Best experience!! So I will never walk foot in GNC again. Vitamin Shoppe is a winner. Found my new go-to place!! read more

Never thought I would start to cry about hair but I was holding back tears during the session. I had to ask multiple times to get my hair cut where I wanted and had to pay $60 to top it off. Other stylists didn't look bad, would not recommend a curly haircut here.

Maybe it was because we were two younger males, maybe it was because we were picking up stuff, but as someone who also works retail there were better ways she could have approached us without immediately assuming and shooing us out. But to cut her some slack it looked like she was the only person watching the store and maybe she was getting harassed by some kids previously. Pretty embarrassing experience haha we won't be going back
