It was a…read moreslow night there and I was immediately greeted by the three awesome sales associates when I walked in. The store was extremely clean and everything was assorted by color. All three of them were extremely happy to help and started recommending things to try on. All of the clothes that they had me try on were super cute. I found some awesome vacation clothes to take with me. Everyone commented on how cute the three dresses were that I took with me on vacation. I will totally be back to get more things for summer here. The experience was awesome and the associates were extremely friendly and attentive. They also had a few good finds on the sale rack. I look forward to shopping there again and get lots of pictures next time I'm there.

I purchased a sweater from a different Francesca's location (Southdale Mall, Edina) and it ripped…read morewithin a week. I had worn it a few times but had yet to wash it. I brought it to the Hermantown Mall Francesca's location and asked if it I could exchange it for a new one that wasn't ripped. I had my receipt and was completely upfront about having worn it already but they would not exchange it because it had been worn, even though it was clearly a rip resulting from poor manufacturing. It was a $40 sweater that ripped within a week and the customer service was extremely bad.

I booked my appointment (brow tint/wax/etc) the day before, so I know she's expecting me. Plus, I did a walk-in, and it was her day off, so it's best you book an appointment online. Anyhow, I went in and told her what I was looking for regarding my eyebrows, and she came through for my brows and much more. I'm definitely coming back for a touch-up before I leave. Don't sleep on this girl while you have her at ULTA. She's one of the best I've had so far!

Booked a curly haircut with a "curly hair specialist" and I left with a frizzy rats nests. The…read morestylist didn't use curly hair products, used a diffuser incorrectly (like literally wrong for curls not just a different method), and raked her hands through and brushed my hair while drying it. Never thought I would start to cry about hair but I was holding back tears during the session. I had to ask multiple times to get my hair cut where I wanted and had to pay $60 to top it off. Other stylists didn't look bad, would not recommend a curly haircut here.

When I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest manager, who gave us a personalized tour of this sexy wonderland. She showed us some of her personal favorite toys which made me feel so connected with her. She helped my step niece pick out the cutest fuzzy rainbow handcuffs and a really fun set of bunny ears!
