This whole food truck I love: the menu is diverse, has some killer not killed vegetarian options and the chicken sammich was bomb. The sampler came with one soft taco, one hard taco, two taquitos, and one enchilada. The beef was dry and hard. The burrito was really dry and we had to ask for sauces. Our waitress gave us a red and green sauce. The red sauce was really spicy. The green sauce was mildly spicy and went well with the burrito. The Carne Asada Fries was good, but the ink from the liner transferred to the cheese. Overall, it's a good place to hang out. Food wasn't great, but service was fantastic. If we had to come back, we would probably get a wet burrito to try.

Sandwich was good... although it had way to much horseradish sauce on it... could barely taste the brisket. Maybe ask them to go light on the sauce next time, or skip it entirely. I did not order any sides, although the pictures I have seen look good. Today they had Apple Herb Coleslaw, Butter Beans, and Roasted Garlic Potato Salad. Definitely worth a visit.

The cashier immediately greeted us and was welcoming and kind. No complaints there. My husband and friend both ordered the catfish and I ordered the halibut. Friend picked fried pickles, husband picked fries, and I picked coleslaw for the sides. Fish was all fried perfectly. They know how to fry fish. Fries desperately needed some love. They were floppy and bland. Coleslaw was decent. Needed salt and acid, but it wasn't a dry coleslaw and I appreciated that. Pickles were good. My biggest complaint was everything was on the bland side. Fried foods need salt when they come out of the fryer. Technique is good, but seasoning needs serious help. Ambiance is a mall food court, so nothing to write home about, nor anything the restaurant itself can control. Would I return? Probably not. I'm not a big fish fan, and if I want fish I can rave about, I'll stick with Fisherman's market. There isn't anything rave-worthy to bring me back here. I hope with being in the mall that they get a lot of business though. There wasn't anything technically wrong with the food here, but if I'm spending the money to eat out, I want the attention to details to be on point.
