Mark has developed a beautiful and sophisticated menu and every single one of my guests were blown away. I went through several other food tests and none were as responsive or had as fantastic of a product. And this is coming from a very picky eater who has been incredibly spoiled due to living in Italy and being raised by fantastic cooks. Kari is incredibly helpful and put up with my husband and my constant indecision and was super responsive, which took a HUGE load off my plate in a very stressful period.
