At both our tasting and the wedding itself, David and his team cooked some of the best food I have ever tasted. We have heard from so many guests at the wedding how much they enjoyed the food. They were kind, fun, and adaptable. When it took twice as long as expected to flip our space from ceremony to reception, the staff brought appetizers to the porch for cocktail hour, much to the delight of our guests. The food was delivered cold, things like coffee cups and dessert plates were not present, they didn't clear plates when meals were done, and the time from the back of the room to the front of the room being served was a full 35 minutes. Folks gave up and we're leaving, and volunteers from the event stepped in to clear tables and help service tables. This place may have delicious food, but they are NOT equipped to handle a. I went through several other food tests and none were as responsive or had as fantastic of a product. And this is coming from a very picky eater who has been incredibly spoiled due to living in Italy and being raised by fantastic cooks.
