It is operated by Franklin whose lack of compassion and respect for others is only surpassed by his inability to manage even such a small facility. If you frequent this gym and have a lot of free time to waste visiting their tiny office to do in person scheduling and follow-up, this is your ideal facility. Otherwise, save yourself a lot of time, grief and frustration and schedule with one of the many other PT facilities that are well run and respect the time and well being of their patients.

I do not know who handles their scheduling for appointments, but he needs to be replaced immediately. I called on a Monday, and apparently, their system was down. He told me he'd call back in 30 minutes to an hour. By Thursday, I still hadn't received a call back, so I called again. Same man picked up the phone and (again) he was very difficult to hear and understand. When I asked him to repeat his question, he immediately became very condescending and began speaking to me in a very slow and rude tone. After I provided all of my insurance information, he refused to make me an appointment because of "a past due balance." We have never been to this office, we have no past-due balance with any provider, and our insurance is paid in full. He adamantly refused to make an the appointment until he "spoke with" his supervisor. He said he'd call me back in 15 minutes... Here we are HOURS later and no call. I called my insurance, and they saw no issue and were very confused about why we could not make an appointment. I went ahead and EASILY made an appointment with UCSF.

I'm glad I found him and would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with back pain.

Like most folks, I am still weary about going to the chiropractor so I do some major due diligence and find the providers with a history of consistent 5-star ratings which brought me here! Dr. Rena Adhut is an excellent provider! I'll be headed back for my third visit today, but that first visit brought such relief. Just the spine stretchy thing and the slight manipulations were heaven. I experienced the expected soarness, but slept significantly better that evening. I've already referred this provider to a few work colleagues already too because they too could use some relief from the neck and shoulder tightness, headaches, and back pain/stiffness. I kidd you not, this was long over due and I was legit shrinking bc of my spine, so now I'm back to my full height haha! and even my sunken clavicle is almost back in it's correct place.
