Pathetic follow through. I went to Waterman Chiropractic last year,2025, and paid with my credit card because they would not bill Medicare for ongoing spinal manipulation. Quality of care was good and the doctor had good "bedside manners". My issue is that the staff swore up and down that they would submit a claim to Medicare so that I could receive a reimbursement. Two months later, nothing. I call them and they stated that they had an issue with the person submitting Medicare claims. They said they would fix whatever the issue was and resubmit my claim. Another few months have gone by and still NOTHING! It is now May 15th, 2026! I call Medicare to see if Waterman ever sent anything in and the Medicare agent stated NO. Where do I even begin? This will be a long review lol. My son was born on June 5th. He had gotten stuck during delivery due to his arm being crossed over his chest (and being 11 1/2 lbs!). He was in the NICU for 4 days due to low blood sugar, a heart murmur, and low oxygen/rapid breathing. He had fluid in his lungs. We did PT for his shoulder dystocia. Shortly after we brought him home (maybe two weeks) he started dealing with horrible silent reflux. If he was awake, he was crying. He would cry most of the night. He would unlatch while feeding and scream in pain. We tried gripe water which only made him constipated and gave him gas. I had heard somewhere that infant chiropractic care could help with reflux so I went on a search for one nearby. I finally found Waterman Chiropractic and saw a review from someone saying Dr. Devin helped their baby a lot. I made an appt and we took him in for the first time on July 16th, so he was a little over a month old. (Oh, also to note: he was very weak and floppy. He couldn't hold his head up at all during tummy time and we had to completely support his neck and body while holding him.) Dr. Devin saw him and told us he had extremely low muscle tone, which was causing a lot of the issues he was dealing with, including poor suction/latch while feeding which was also causing gas. He saw my son twice a week for the next couple weeks and then once a week these last couple weeks. After the first week (the first two initial appts), Dr. D was already seeing improvement. He told us later on that he didn't want to alarm us but at the first appt, my son's body was so out of wack and his muscles were so weak & low tone that he was worried about spinal damage. Thankfully that wasn't the case. At home, we started seeing tangible improvement in his symptoms and his mood after the first few appts. After 2ish weeks of appts with Dr. D, he was a completely different baby! Now, a month later, we are switching to every two weeks for appts. Dr. saw him today and said his body is feeling so much better, like a normal baby. Our son is now lifting his head and shoulders during tummy time, he started trying to roll over onto his back the other day (at only 2 months old!). He's so strong! His feeding issues are completely gone, he's eating great, his sleep is improving, hardly any crying at night (only if he gets a burp stuck or poopy gas sometimes), his latch is so much better, he's a happy baby. smiling all the time, only cries if he's tired or hungry or like I said, gas sometimes (which is normal given his age). We are completely blown away. I wish we would have brought him in when he was a week old instead of a month old. I am so happy we found Waterman and Dr. Devin. He is absolutely amazing. He's great with our baby boy and also is so sweet to our 6 year old daughter whenever we come (he was even playing Simon Says with her while adjusting our son today). I don't know where we would be and how our son would be doing had we not found this place. He's our little Waterman Chiro miracle baby. They have such a friendly and welcoming staff, they are very accommodating to babies and children, they even have a little corner with toys and stuffed animals to play with. Oh, we also saw Dr. Waterman a couple times when Dr. D was out of town and he was great as well! I cannot recommend them enough and I'm now telling anyone I know who is pregnant or has a baby to bring them in asap! read more

I don't know about you, but I seem to find myself in this position every three or four years where I have lost my way and I am not my healthiest best self. This review is long overdue. Dr. Devin (Dr. D.), his partners (including his dad) and entire staff are second to none. I have quite literally recommended him to my entire family and extended family (my babies, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, best friends, church family, etc.). I'd been looking for one of those "special" chiropractors in the Bay Area for years, and there are shockingly only a handful. I found Dr. D. in early 2022 during my fourth pregnancy as I needed someone to adjust the hiatal hernia I was suffering from (common in pregnancy AND anyone who suffers with acid reflux. Look it up. I can eat spicy food now!!!) One of the first shocking adjustments was in my then 7.5 year old daughter, formerly VERY "pigeon toed." For years, I knew it was her pelvis, not her feet. He took one look (during my first appointment) and said "it's her pelvis. I can fix that." I told him, "YOU'RE the doctor I've been looking for!" And the rest is history (including her now normal gait.) I do believe Dr. D. is the best of the best!!! From healing allergies, digestive issues (I once watched my son's distended abdomen shrink in front of my eyes after an adjustment... how?!), eczema, bladder issues, sleep, headaches, lower back pain (I've personally dealt with that for 20 years and just last week shocked myself pulling weeds for a couple of hours and had NO PAIN the next day!!!), neck pain, numb limbs/feet/compromised circulation, sore throats, cysts, concussions, detoxification, etc. (Did you know you can do adjustments for sore throats? My loving, ethical and brilliant chiropractor, Dr. Mahsa Khodabakhsh, suggested I meet Dr. Waterman so when she was out of town, I had a trusted option for an adjustment. She also suggested I meet with Gerald Roliz, the man who does Nutritional Response Testing in Dr. Waterman's office, because I have had long standing inflammation. So, I did. Having seen chiropractors and kinesiologists (NRT is an advanced testing which includes kinesiology) since 1975, I can easily say Dr. Waterman and Gerald are the most thorough practitioners I have ever experienced. Dr. Waterman showed me exactly what was/is going on the the structure of the body so I could think with what is possible as we move forward with my healing journey. Gerald showed me exactly what is going on with the functioning of the organs of the body that allowed me to understand what is at the origin of the inflammation and exhaustion. Everything came together. Here's the deal: I've had adjustments ongoingly my whole adult life and am very appreciative for all of the chiropractors I have worked with. However, I still had inflammation, a lack of vitality and could not put my finger on "why" I had this going on. One session with Gerald woke me up to intelligence I was lacking (what I didn't know I didn't know). Dr. Devin is nice and friendly, and he treats all his patients with respect. However, I gave two stars because I had severe shoulder and lower back pain, and after 14 sessions, there was no improvement. Initially, the root cause of my shoulder pain was diagnosed as my neck, and my lower back pain was due to limited mobility in my middle back. However, after 14 sessions, he mentioned that my degenerative disk might be causing the pain, and my neck was not the cause of my shoulder pain. Despite reporting increased pain in each session, the treatment plan remained the same, which was frustrating. I also expected the doctor, not the front desk, to set up the back extension machine for me. After all these sessions, there was still no improvement. If the original plan wasn't working, I believe it should have been changed much earlier not waiting 14 sessions.... Reply to your respond: I dont know what you mean by significant progress. My should pain increased and there has been no change in my back pain. My should pain was local initially, after the treatment, now I have pain in my arm, neck and whole left shoulder. read more
