It was a dream come true! Delicious food! Great itinerary! You do get better service if you speak French- but that's ok! We had a great time and I'd do it again! Beautiful sights and worth every penny

This tour in the Seine was very relaxing and interesting. They had the audio available on your phone connecting to a website. They have WiFi in the boat, we didn't try any snacks, but the tour was both historical and informative about the history of the places around the tour.

I had to do lunch cruise. We booked the premium one to sit in front. The service was excellent (I believe our server was Sebastian, a really nice guy) Our meal was good. Champagne, white wine and red wine. It was relaxing. I remember having the chicken pate starter, a stew beef type entree and a delicious chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake. The only thing I wish was if they had some audio telling us which famous sites we were passing.

High recommend having this boat ride especially for first time visitor in Paris! It's a one hour ride that takes you round-trip. We bought the ticket same day online. Unlimited some other companies, it did not require a specific time which gave us more flexibility. We went in November and it was cold. We sat on the upper deck to take many beautiful photos of the monuments along the ride. Lower deck certainly was warmer with good heating system. There were toilets on the lower deck. One hour flew by and we had a great time!

Reserved the best seat on the dinner cruise!

Loved this experience!! Food is basic which I was told before hand but I love boats so I knew this cruise was a fun idea todo while visiting! I would definitely recommend paying extra for the better seats so you have a nice view and nothing blocking your view while enjoying your drinks and food. Reason for 5 stars is waitress was so sweet views were amazing ride was super smooth and just a different experience and something nice todo for and hour and a half! I would pay for this experience again just todo it even though there are a million other places with better food sometimes I just want to relax and watch a beautiful view in a boat!

Nous sommes célébrons notre anniversaire de mariage en Paris cette semaine. We began our celebration on the Bateaux Parisiens. This is one of the more expensive things we decided to do and all I have to say is it was WORTH IT!! We began with foie gras which was smooth and buttery melt in your mouth greatness. I had the beef filet and my husband had the veal which was better than the beef! It was so tender. For dessert my husband had the cheesecake and I had the chocolate popcorn thing which sounded odd but was an orgasm in the plate. There really is nothing like Parisian chocolate. I have literally never had anything like this in the U.S.!! Service could honestly have been better. We paid for the premier ticket and it seemed like we were served last and were left waiting a lot. The ambiance is perfect!! We took the last boat for the night tour to see Paris lit up from the Siene River. It was the perfect beginning to a perfect anniversary celebration.

I've taken the open air cruise on the Seine before. That's a good one during warmer months and even better with a glass of Champagne. This Lunch Cruise is definitely a few levels above. First, get here on time and early. They did leave on time at 12:45. Our Boarding was seamless as we paid extra (worth it) to board a 1/2 hour earlier-they have Servers waiting at the entrance that escort guests to their table. We had a window table which was perfect. Three course meal with a good variety of options. We started with a glass of Champagne-yes! I went with the Asparagus Soup for Starter. Not quite what I was expecting-more like Asparagus/Leeks surrounded by paste and it was chilled-it was ok. The Heirloom Tomatoes with Burrata was also ordered and that was a hit. We both went for the Gilthead Sea Bream Filet and it was tender and cooked perfectly. A bottle of Red and White wine were poured throughout the Courses. (Wine inclusive package is worth it) For dessert, it was Concerto Cake which was delicious-Chocolate Lover's delight. The Blueberry Pavlova-crisp crust and soft/light inside. A first tasting this one and it was delicious. Weather (mid April) was unseasonably cold and we got on/off rain and strong winds. So definitely nice that we could go in/out for the views and nice the Boat has glass all around-and you do get some of the best views from the Seine. Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame to name a few. Our server was friendly and attentive but somehow started to fade closer to the end of the Cruise. We had to ask for Coffee after watching other tables get served.-should have come with Dessert. They have a photographer that takes a few shots and we ended up buying one of them. Cruise took about 2 hours. A great way to kickoff our stay in Paris!

Bateaux Parisiens Seine Dinner Cruise was a great experience! I know, a very touristy thing to do, but I absolutely loved it. I did it with a group of girlfriends during my birthday trip to Paris and it was such a nice romantic evening filled with wine, views, food, and music. Boarding was pretty simple but you had to make sure you were at the right boat. Once we were in, we were seated and every seat seemed to have a great view since the tour takes you around the Seine. We had a coursed out meal that we were able to choose from a pre-fixe menu and what seemed to be unlimited wine. It just kept coming and we weren't complaining! The singer for the night was absolutely phenomenal and really added to the ambiance of the evening. This night was probably one of my most favorite memories from the whole trip and I'll never forget eating and drinking as we passed the Eiffel tower view.

I would give this tour 4.5 stars but it's not fair to give it 4 stars. The tour is worth it for the lovely sights. Definitely try to get a window seat. The pictures are worth it. However, every seat has a view. The pictures they take aren't that costly either. The reason I would give it 4.5 stars is that the entrees are generally overcooked. The steak was ordered medium rare and was well done to a point that it was just too chewy and inedible. I ordered the salmon and it was dry but the sauce made up for it. They mistakenly gave me the duck and it was way too tough. Order the salmon if you can eat it.

Booked the Seine River Cruise a week prior via GetYourGuide.com. They have free cancellation 24 hours prior to your sail date. The voucher recommends to arrive 15 minutes before the time you want since you can't book a specific time slot. We wanted to go after dark so we could see all the lights. Unfortunately, it doesn't get dark in Paris in August until after 9. So we arrived just before 9 to try to get in for the 9:30 in hopes of getting a good seat. The line looked so long that we were worried we wouldn't be able to get on until 10. They were still loading the 9 pm people at that time. Luckily, the boat is huge (capacity of 600) and we still had our pick of seats for 9:30. The cruise is an hour long and it cruises down the river and loops back around. The view isn't great from the boat because you don't get a full view of everything, just because of the angling. While I probably wouldn't pick this particular cruise again, it was still worth the one time experience, especially for the price.

This is a must-do for tourists visiting Paris! It contains all the things you could want out of a trip: great food, polite staff, and of course, amazing views as you travel Paris on a cruise filled with joy and entertainment. I reserved a spot with my date, and it was lovely from start to finish. I got a tad nervous at first when we were seated beside another couple, with our proximity a little too close for my liking, but I forgave it as the trip began and I was quickly consumed by the pleasant ambiance of the cruise. Before we ordered our food, a photographer greeted us and took our photos. The copies were given to us by the end of the dinner, and we didn't NEED to buy any, but that's where they get you! After feasting on delicious food and drinks, you're so hyped up on excitement (and romance- in my case) that you think, "How could you NOT bring these pictures home?" So, be prepared to spend a little more money on some photographs, because they really do encapsulate the pure joy one could have when visiting this popular attraction. The photo quality is also incredible; it's honestly one of the best photos of myself that I've seen in my life! Once our pictures were done being taken, that was when we gave the waiter our order. Make sure that you know what option you want for every course, because they will be requesting for each one to refrain from walking back and forth so often. I couldn't get enough of their dishes. Every single one I tried was delectable. There was not one that fell short, but if I had to pick a stand out, I'd say the french duck foie gras really took me by surprise with how creamy and tantalizing it was for what appeared to just be a piece of bread and some cream. The thin-crusted snail tart was also yummy, and for that being my first taste of snail, it had me hooked fast! While you're cruising, there is constant music playing that could be overbearing at times, but it didn't ruin the positive vibes I felt. There was a man serenading the guests with English songs too; sometimes I'd catch him singing directly to guests that were seated in the center. Guess that made up for them not being able to sit near the window. My favorite part of the trip, aside from the food, was when we went by a replica of the Statue of Liberty and they played Frank Sinatra's, "New York, New York." It had me a little teary eyed, knowing all the effort I put into making this night happen finally followed through perfectly. I can be pretty emotional from small things, so I don't expect anyone else to be overcome by this, but it does go to show how Bateaux Parisians invested all their time in ensuring their guests had the most magical night in Paris. I'm typically a solo traveller, but this is not a place to go by yourself. If you want to attend this cruise, I highly suggest bringing a loved one with you because it would prove to be a much more meaningful adventure. I relive this trip over and over again, it's one of the biggest highlights of my year, and I hope with my experience you'll be motivated to one day see the beauty that I witnessed that night on Bateaux Parisians.

Spectacular service and great ambiance. To come to conclusion like this, you have to experience Bateaux in New York as well. Both dinner cruises of course different scenery, great dinner choices. Bateaux New York, space is more tight, smaller tables, rushed service, but scene is just fantastic. Bateaux Paris, big round tables, lots of space, pleasant and prompt service, of course live music and history all around you. I want to say special thanks to the Manager Mohammed, made our dinner spectacular! He also made sure went every single table taken care of. Also, explained all of the landmarks of the city. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

We chose this river cruise (we went in late April ) to get a new introduction to Paris with a fresh perspective. We didn't want to try a bus tour because we had already seen many sites years ago. I'd like to say at the outset that we were most pleasantly surprised not so much by the tour, but by the exquisite multicourse meal that was served with great care. As the great sites of Paris were floating by, the déjeuner was the main attraction. There was no narration to point out the sites of Paris, but in retrospect that would've been an intrusion. Our server was very welcoming and eager to please. We were given a choice of wines, a cheese plate, and an intriguing choice of first and main courses. We will let our photos speak for themselves: every course was excellent and artfully presented. Unfortunately, we forgot to take pictures of the exquisite desserts!

I chose Vendettes du Point Neuf due to its proximity to the area where I was staying. It was easy to reach on the Metro as it's located on Point Neuf which is a tip of the Ile de la Cite island that Notre Dame is located on. In this case, I decided just to walk on. It was early May and I sensed that there would be plenty of room available and I was right. I arrived at 2:08 pm and immediately got on the 2:15 pm tour at a cost of 17€. I found out they have a tour boat that leaves every thirty minutes for the one hour tour. We left promptly on time sitting on top of the open air uncovered deck with great unobstructed views. The boat has a drink and snack bar on board in addition to water closets for the guests. The boat moves at about 10 miles an hour and circled the Ile de la Cite island with great views of Notre Dame and then proceed down the river passing the Orsay Museum and continuing all of the way down to the Eiffel Tower for more great views of it, There we turned around and proceeded back to the starting point arriving one hour after leaving. It was an enjoyable cruise. The weather was comfortably cool and the narrator on board did a good job of describing everything that we passed by. At the end he does stand at the exit hoping for a tip. I felt the cruise was well worth the cost and would recommend it depending on the weather.

A short part this trip is on the Seine (the beginning or end depending on which direction you are riding) which is, of course, lovely, however, most of the trip took us through areas we hadn't visited before. The boat was clean and pleasant. The crew were wonderful, Arnaud pointed out historical sites of interest along the way. I was also really surprised at all there was to do up at Port la Villette. Highly recommended if you want to see Paris from a different perspective. Consider bringing a snack or a picnic as there is no food for sale other than a vending machine on the boat. There are also many dining options at Porte de la Villette. Two Metro lines serve the area for the return to central Paris.

If you plan to take a canal/seine river tour, use this group. The boats are cleaner and better and…read morethe guides are great talking in French and English. We did the StMartin canals to the Seine and were glad we did. We had a sunny beautiful day too.The neighborhood you start the tour in is a little sketchy and we were glad when we were done we were down by Notre Dame. After a while the locks become a little tedious but it was a great way to see areas of Paris you may have missed.
