In the area and wanted to stop and shop.. Super cute storefront.. with lots of goodies.. Today, I am so impressed with presentation and the appeal of items.. I like how the items are nicely displayed and packaged. Picked up two vegan cupcakes (for the vegan son), brown rice rice krispy treat, a peanut butter gf cookie and mocha and pineapple cupcakes. So moist and the sweetness of the frosting was perfect.. I also like variety of items.. if one wasn't in the mood for a cupcake you have different options to chose from.. If coffee was an added option, id stay for the day! Glad I stopped in.. also got a punch card! Service was great and helpful!

The service was great with Kinsey behind the counter being so kind and patient with me. The place is nicely decorated with many different delicious desserts available besides cupcakes. The strawberry and the chocolate cupcakes were beautiful and delicious. I will visit again to try different flavors.

A cute little pastry shop in the Foothills shopping center. It's decor is lovely, but I do wish they had more option to choose from in terms of pastries. They have several specialty pastries geared towards vegans and Paleo eaters which is great to see. At first glance I didn't see anything that stood out to me and I needed to have. I settled on a chocolate chip cookie. It was good but nothing spectacular. The staff working the day I went it was so friendly and answered any questions we had about the pastries. Worth checking out for the pretty photo opportunities!

I was really happy that a Batch location opened up in South Reno. I really appreciate that they have vegan options here. Not just cupcakes - cookies, whoopie pies, you name it! They have multiple vegan flavors as well, we're not just stuck with one or two. I've been very happy with all the vegan products I've tried and would definitely recommend stopping in.

    I love their drink selections.

Batch Cupcakery is undoubtedly one of the best spots in Reno to get delicious cupcakes, made only with wholesome ingredients. They're mainly known for their cupcakes, but offer plenty other baked goods such as bars, cookies, cake pops. With advance notice, they do custom orders for special dietary needs and custom cakes for special events. This location is one of two and is located in South Creek Plaza in South Reno and while it doesn't have a kitchen, their cupcakes and baked goods are delivered fresh daily from their main location in Midtown. What sets this shop apart from other shops is that they also cater to other dietary needs, offering gluten free, keto, paleo, and vegan options. When you eat these options, you'll never know because they're just as delicious as cupcakes made with regular flour and dairy, if not better. My absolute favorite cupcake in the shop is their gluten free pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese frosting. It's moist with supreme pumpkin flavor and is nicely balanced with the perfect amount of cream cheese and sweetness. Other favorites include frostbite (mint chocolate), apple streusel (vanilla cake, apple filling, cream cheese frosting topped with graham crackers and caramel), and pucker up (lemon). As with every other shop, I like to try a variety of flavors to find my favorites. Batch Cupcakery's cupcakes shine with simplicity and freshness. If you're looking for over the top cupcakes in outrageous flavors with flossy toppings, you should look elsewhere. The owner started this bake shop long after Reno started booming, realizing the need to supply great tasting goods made with the best ingredients. She's also the owner of The Arch Society bar in Midtown. If you're an alcohol and dessert enthusiast, it's the only dessert bar in town. Batch in South Reno has a cute dining area and a nice gift display against the wall that has a lot of cute baking and pantry items for sale. Lily is my favorite worker that can be found at this location. She's always kind and welcoming and even entertains my kids when they ask her questions. Because this location doesn't have its own kitchen, you may find that some cupcakes will sell out. I like to call ahead of time to double check that the flavors I seek are available. I always use Batch for special occasions like birthdays and get togethers. Their cupcakes also make great gifts for people with sweet tooths. With what few cupcake spots we have in town, I'm glad that Batch is super tasty and legit. There's nothing like visiting the shop for a nice treat when the cravings kick in. *Plenty of parking at the South Reno location. Limited parking in Midtown. *Make sure to ask for their punch card to earn free cupcakes. *Batch does special cookie decorating kits during the holidays. You can also place special orders for bigger batches of cookies. *Make sure to follow them in Instagram for the latest updates

This bakery is so adorable! They had so many flavors of cupcakes and cookies to choose from and they also have a gift section. The seating area is also super cute and service was great. Such a darling business!

We ordered the BBQ Pork Buns, Minced Pork Dumplings, and Sui Mai. We took everything home and steamed it ourselves. I also picked up a Napoleon pastry from the bakery case. The BBQ Pork Bun was good with nice flavor. I would order it again, especially since I don't know of many other places in Reno where I can get one of my favorite dim sum items. The Minced Pork Dumplings, however, were not for us. I believe the flavor of the Chinese leek may have been what turned us off. As for the Napoleon, it wasn't very sweet or particularly flavorful, and it made quite a mess to eat. Not something I'd reorder. The Sui Mai was delicious, and I would definitely order it again. This was the winner of our take home feast. While not everything was a hit for us, we'd return for the Sui Mai and BBQ Pork Buns and other explore some other items that we have yet to try.

As a longtime Reno customer I've watched them grow from a single location into a multi-state restaurant group with six locations across Nevada and Tennessee -- and that growth is well deserved. That said I do want to share one honest observation. On top of premium pricing -- which I'm happy to pay for quality -- Perenn also charges subscribers for their Substack newsletter. For an independent bakery scraping by, that makes complete sense. For a thriving six-location restaurant group with real momentum and expansion capital, it feels like a bridge too far. The brand story and the people behind it are genuinely compelling -- that content should be how you invite customers deeper into your world, not an additional revenue line. The food earns five stars. The Substack paywall earns a raised eyebrow. Share your story freely -- you've clearly earned the audience.

She is gluten free and was impressed at how good all the gluten free items were, and how they were able to keep an extremely similar menu even. You can really tell that they work hard to ensure the gluten free menu is as amazing as the non gluten free one. Everything was absolutely delicious, including the bottomless tea. I think the peach cardamom scone was my favorite today! I was happy that they could make my tea iced as it was a really hot summer day. The server was amazing, she was attentive and friendly. The place settings were super cute and I felt transported to England. I am definitely going to come back a third time with some friends! We did the Jasmine Glow tea and the Strawberry Chocolate Pu'erh. The teas were amazingly delicious! They were so good that we bought some to bring home. The bites were flavorful, just the right size, and complemented each other beautifully. You could taste the love and care that went into each one of the items. They also offer 2 speciality adult beverages each month. The Prosecco float was my favorite! This was a wonderful and delicious experience. We can't wait for next month's tea!

I had the grinder sandwich and ate every single bite because it was so delicious. The crack and crumble of the bread was like a banh mi sandwich but filled with Italian ingredients. The only downside is their space is a bit tight for the amount of business they bring in and timing is essential to enjoy your experience here if you can grab a seat at the right time. We definitely added them back to our regular list of places to visit for our bakery needs on the mornings and weekend brunch.

They had all the wonderful pastries you can imagine and although they were good size, they had a lighter texture to them, which I really appreciated and you could tell they were made with care and quality ingredients. They had a berry Brulé pastry that I think was one of the favorites, although I always tend to lean towards the bear claws and almond croissant. The almond croissant was a yummy buttery almond flavor but was just a bit over browned on the edges for my taste. The bear claw was soft and tasty. It also had apples in it, which made it sort of a mix of a bear claw apple fritter, but was tasty all the same. We also got one of the blueberry cheese danishes that was very good as well and the morning bun -- this was a good size cinnamon roll sugared treat that was so soft and amazing!
