Very laid-back after dinner treat. We can hang out talk to the people in your group. Great place to go when you want a little more time with family and friends after dinner. I like the mint with a Hershey chocolate topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce. You get your choice of two toppings.. lots and lots of many choices!!

I…read morestopped by around 6:30 a.m. on Monday--like many night shift workers, this is my "dinner time"--and was immediately met with disrespect. Instead of a simple greeting like "Welcome to Sonic," I was bluntly hit with "What do you want?" over the speaker. No courtesy, no professionalism--just attitude. I let it go and said I had a mobile order for Larry, only to be told "pull forward" in a rude, demanding tone. It didn't get better. When my food came out, the employee practically shoved the bags into my face--aggressive and completely unnecessary. At that point, it was clear this wasn't just a bad moment; it was a complete lack of basic customer service. I called the store to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve the issue. Instead, I got even more unprofessional behavior. The manager dismissed the situation with "I'm not the one who did that." That's not the point--you're the manager, and it's your responsibility to address how customers are treated. When I pressed the issue, she escalated things further by cussing at me over the phone. Completely unacceptable. I've already filed a formal complaint with corporate, but given that complaints appear to be outsourced and handled with little accountability, I'm not holding my breath. If this is the standard of service at this location, customers should seriously consider going elsewhere. Respect costs nothing--and this place seems unwilling to offer even that.

From the moment you walk in, the place feels welcoming and well kept. The service was friendly and efficient, and everything from the counters to the seating area was clean and inviting. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which always says a lot about a place. The menu is seriously tempting. Of course, their classic peach cobbler is the star, warm, buttery, and perfectly spiced. But they don't stop there. They offer a variety of cobblers like strawberry, apple, and blackberry, plus rich banana pudding, creamy cheesecake filled cones, brownies, and even cobbler flights if you want to sample a little of everything. It's the kind of place where you'll want to come back just to try more. One thing that really stood out was their support for the community. They offer great discounts for military members and teachers, which is such a thoughtful touch and definitely appreciated. Overall, between the delicious desserts, clean environment, and genuinely kind service, Peach Cobbler Factory in Tulsa is a sweet spot worth checking out again and again.

Our family ordered: the BootDaddy Concrete, Snowmonster Concrete, Butter Pecan Concrete, James Brownie Funky Jackhammer, Rico Suave Jackhammer, Tin Roof Sundae, and a kid's sundae with strawberry topping. It is rare that I will eat frozen custard, and I will usually order the smallest size because I try to watch my caloric intake. I ordered the Butter Pecan Concrete, and it was so delicious that I ate the entire thing. My family was amazed! It was thick, creamy, not too sweet, with the buttery, roasted pecans. I could eat those pecans all day long! Next time, I would like to try the root beer float.

For those of you wondering why there's so many businesses using the Michoacana name, it's because the state of Michoacán is credited as being the origin of paletas (popsicle) and their popularization. A core tenant is using fresh fruits and natural ingredients, so I feel better when I opt for this healthier snacks. I think this particular brand has two or three locations in Tulsa. Since they just opened, everything is shiny and new. The place looks super clean and there's seating available inside. I wish they had a printed menu to see all available snacks in one place, but they seem to have the regular offerings. Thankfully, I'm familiar with them but I can see it being harder to order for someone who is not. They have a rolling menu with pictures on a couple of screens, so you can always use that to make a decision. The lady working was nice and helpful too. Among their savory offerings: prepared chips like Tostilocos (including lots of toppings like peanuts and chamoy), elote (corn cup with mayo, cotija cheese, and chili), nachos, and chicharrones (crispy, deep-fried pork rinds seasoned with chili and lime). Among their sweet offerings: aguas frescas (including Jamaica, horchata, pecan, watermelon and cantaloupe), mangonadas, ice cream, fruit cups, and popsicles. The cherry on top is that they have Don Deli cookies, a Mexican bakery with a distributor in San Antonio. Their butter, cinnamon and wedding cookies are legit. If you get the elote and like it spicy, don't miss adding their salsa macha (thick fried dried chilies and garlic in olive oil and seasoning with salt). It's so good!
