I ordered an ice cream cone. The couple behind me looked like they ordered a Sunday and a concrete. Their orders came out before mine. A girl came up and she goes. Oh, what did you have? I repeated my order a medium cone and told her the ice cream the flavors. She brought me a plain vanilla. I simply responded with an annoyance. That's not what I ordered. Can I just get my money back? By now I've already waited 10 minutes for a freaking ice cream cone yet the drive-through is moving slow slowly and a couple that ordered complicated ice cream got their order very quick. The staff was annoyed with me, but it's not my fault that they tried to overcharge me and I pointed that out. And then it's like they made me wait to be served completely last because I called them out on their mistake. I won't be going to this Andy's or any Andy's anytime soon.

It was a good size serving and you get whatever topping you want for free (yay sprinkles!). The Taiyaki had the right amount of chewiness and crispiness. The Hokkaido Milk flavor was just sweet enough, with hints of coconut. You get a lot of soft serve and the Taiyaki is big enough so that I could eat it with most of my soft serve. Definitely would order this again. But there's the thing. If you take it outside, your soft serve is going to disintegrate. It just will, because the heat in Oklahoma is stronger. I ran back inside and they gave me a bigger cup, in which I placed my original cup, saving what was left of my dessert. I probably would request a larger cup for this purpose alone, knowing what I know now. The workers were helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated their willingness to answer questions about my order. There are places to sit, and I think it would be good for individuals, pairs, and very small groups (4 max). Usually, I don't use the restroom in public establishments. It was decent. All in all, if and when I come back, I will stay inside to avoid the heat attacking my dessert.
