You can tell the ownership is 5 generations deep because they make anyone who walks through the door relaxed, and comfortable. What I most appreciate is when I walk into a Latin setting and they don't assume I don't speak Spanish because I'm African-American. They spoke Spanish to me just like with everyone else. My Spanish has gotten sloppy over the years, but I can hang out at Pancho Anaya and tighten it back up.
