Wild that this location has multiple 1 and 2 star reviews from years ago and they are still a terrible sonic. I usually get a sausage egg and cheese breakfast burrito at other locations. A common problem is that the cheese is very lazily shoved to one side of the burrito making over half of it dry. It's not really a big deal and I typically let it go. Today i asked them politely if they could evenly spread the cheese and said please. The ladys response was "we'll try our best". I chuckled and said okay. They then proceeded to give me a burrito with old crusty eggs and sausage. Im pretty confident they scraped it off the bottom of the fryer to spite me. It was so gross I couldnt finish it. You pay way too much at sonic for this lack of effort making food. Oh and the cheese was all shoved to one side. How hard is it to make someone fresh food? read more

If you're of native/Hispanic decent, you will receive räcism from the African American employees that work here. I placed an order thru the app so there's no human contact & the employees don't have to take my order - no need for me to tip. They brought me my food 7 mins after they knocked it out of their system. When I called in to see what was going on, they brought it to me at the same time & the carhop with fine Afro curls caught an attitude. This makes the second time in a row that I've placed an mobile order at this location & they treat me horribly - unprofessional/rude. Ordered a Red Bull slush and got a cup of water with a small amount of congealed red stuff, three lemons, and a bit of ice. It's like they didn't know what Red Bull was or had run out and were afraid to admit it. The cheeseburger was tiny and greasy, but this might be normal. It was cheap, so that's a plus. read more

Went there on lunch. Over 1/2 the stalls didn't work. So I was forced to pull in stall furthest away. After waiting 10 minuets I drove to drive up window where I was ignored for another few minutes. Absolutely the worse customer service. The little girl that calls herself Tony the assistant manager is the rudest person I have ever met. I don't know why anyone would hire her. I was ordering and I said "that's it" then she lashed out at me yelling "excuse me!? Did you say that's it!!!?" I was all confused and felt scared and told her "yes." She came out and I didn't speak to her because I was thrown off by her attitude. I have never experienced this kind of horrible disturbing experience. We arrived at stall 19 and pressed red button at 2:50p. We waited and waited and waited. Finally at 3:15p, we pressed the button again. The guy who took our order put stall 17 on our ticket. We said fine. They bring our order. I got the chicken dinner with white gravy. Out comes the carhop with chicken dinner, no gravy. He goes back in and brings out gravy. Then we tell him we ordered 2 drinks with the combo meals. He sighs heavily and goes back in to get the drinks. Finally he asked for our money. 3rd trip back to get change. He brings it to the car. He was polite! We were polite but boy, what a waste of time with all the trips back and forth. Husband got fries with his burger... they were cold and the container was half full. Maybe they were snacking on it since they didnt know who the order belonged to. All around sketchy feeling. Won't be back to that location. read more

Giving this location 2 stars solely because I was given a coupon for free item for my wait. Ordered a hamburger, popcorn chicken, 2 tots and 2 drinks and was waiting at the drive thru window for 11 minutes. I am a big Sonic fan and I was excited when I moved here and saw a sonic so close to my house. But this is hands down the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I've been there a total of 4 times and every time I leave disappointed. This last trip I ordered a cheeseburger meal and two kids meals. They couldn't sell me onion rings because "they burn every time they try to cook them". Wow! Just wow! When I got to the window they said the computer crashed and don't know what I ordered. I get the food home, 2min down the street and both cheeseburgers are cold, you could peel the cheese right off. The kids chicken strips looked burnt and tasted like they where made 6 hours ago. No more! Will I ever eat at this Sonic again, probably will take a long time before I go back to any Sonic. Is it that hard to make fresh food? I wish I could rate this lower. read more

I ordered 2 tots and burger and 30 mins later I had to open the drive through window and ask to get my drink, after another 10 mins asked for a refund and the manager Katrina F did not say sorry or try to keep our business she was short and rude with us. Ran through the drive thru to grab a vanilla shake for my fiance'. There were only two cars in front of me, but the line moved really slow. I asked for no whipped cream on the shake, but when she handed it to me, it had whipped cream. I informed her of the error and she said she would "fix it". Fixing it was using a spoon to scoop off the whipped cream, leaving a red streak from the cherry behind. I love sonic, but I wasn't impressed. read more

This place is honestly, the worst sonic drive in i've ever been to. I leased a house near this location for the last year and EVERY TIME I've gone there, they have messed up my order in one way or the other. I ordered a medium blast with reeses AND Oreo, a medium blast with JUST reeses, and a small cone. Takes 10 minutes to get to the window with one car infront of me. Then the guy who answered the window looks COMPLETELY stoned out of his mind. His eyes are completely bloodshot, eyes barely open. He then tells me my total is over 16 bucks. I tell him that's not mine. He asks me if I ordered chIcken. I told him no. He then looks up to see my receipt. What he gave me was an Oreo blast, a Reese and Oreo blast and a small cone. He was the only one working in there, there were two other employees literally bs'ing and talking so loudly I could hear their entire conversation. Like seriously, even the receipt was jacked up. Their ice cream machine was down for months. Then their mixer was broken. I'm actually excited that I'm moving soon JUST SO I CAN BE NEAR A DIFFERENT SONIC. I downloaded yelp just for this review. This is the worst Sonic anywhere. The drive thru never has change. Gave him a $20 for a $2.16 order. He literally could not make change without waiting for his boss to get in the safe. This was after he searched all of his pockets. The workers here are notorious for keeping any coins over your total. Literally say thank you and shut the window. They also were out of cups tonight. Tonight we went to this Sonic (which sadly, is the best one around and also one of the closest at about 3 min away from our front door) even though almost every time we've come they've messed up our order, it's just so convenient and we work late. Around 9:30 we pulled up and no one spoke to us for about a minute. When we finally were acknowledged, we ordered a number 2 which is a double cheeseburger that my husband ordered plain with large tater tots, a large sprite with no ice, and a small order of mozzarella sticks. They told us our total and we pulled up to the window to pay, and my husband saw them fill up a medium sprite and when he noticed he told them that it was supposed to be a large but not to worry about it. We then waited about 10-15 minutes for our food to come out upon which I quickly ran through the bag and saw tots, mozzarella sticks (hard cheese covered) and a burger underneath so we went home and started eating. My mozzarella sticks had next to no cheese in them or even on them and the one stick that did, was the only one covered in the hard cheese which I proceeded to spit out immediately after the second chew because I could barely stand the cheese. My husband unwrapped his burger and it had mayo, tomato and lettuce on it after he asked for it plain. He switched the top bun out for a piece of bread and took a bite into a cold, pink sandwich with a wet, soggy bun. He trashed the whole burger and hasn't eaten because eating pink meat makes him sick. Guy at the window was nice, food was less than inedible. More than disappointed this time out of all the times that I had to sign up for yelp to write this review. Not coming back here. Or any Sonic near my house. All bad food. read more

Literally the worst sonic I've ever been to. They always take forever, like so long that my Ice cream is melted every time I get it.

Usually I'm pretty satisfied.. Or content with sonic. But the one by my house seems to NEVER get my order correct. Keep in mind I just went and spent ALMOST $30.00 for my family to eat lunch. So, spending that much I would like for my order to be right. Not only did it take forever for our food. BUT, it was cold.. The fries were half empty in all of our meals. We order two large popcorn meals. The first time the lady came out she had only the two kids meals we ordered but brought out two different orders for mine and my husbands meals. She came out again to bring us the correct order. The drinks are now medium drinks, not large. Already pissed off, I just let it slide because I was already getting frustrated with her. I then gave her two 20 dollar bills so she went in and got change I asked her to bring my ketchup. When she got back, she had already forgotten the ketchup because she was too worried about giving me back my change all in ONES, while she handed me one by one. I'm guessing that was her hint to tip her, which didn't happen. Not only was the entire order and visit a disaster we are also eating COLD food for lunch. I wouldn't rate sonic one star. read more
