So my boyfriend and myself go to this Baskin Robins probably 3 times a week and some of the employees know our order and do it to perfection..Well tonight wasn't the case I go in and place my order explaining just how we like it and she tells me that she knows what she is doing and I think she then purposely maid our shakes like water!!! Then when I got home my boyfriend said it was the worst one he has every had!! So he called and talked to the manager and she then told him that we could go to a different one and that they don't need our business..Have no idea how this women had become a manager but the way she conducts business that store is going to really start suffering with her running it..Hopefully this review gets to the owner and reconsiders his employees. read more

Went here today, Saturday, March 16th, after work around 9pm, it was a little busy. Steven helped us and you can tell he's been working hard all day. I go to this place at all the time today I had the worst service ever. There was a customer who ordered a good amount of different sizes of ice cream and the employee was alone, to make it even worse she didn't stop making a Bunche of ice creams for the other guest a least to dispatch me and continue with him I waited in line for a good 40 minutes and the ice cream that she prepared for me was not the right amount ! read more

This place is awesome they went above and beyond with making a cake for my work. The detail on it was awesome, I let them know it was for a worker in the shipping department they went and added a mini forklift, caramel boxes which made this cake a big hit in the office. This is the first time in my the whole cake was eaten up. Definitely getting my next cake here. read more

I got to say it's is my go to spot for ice cream cakes, and they also have the best ice cream flavors to get a scoop of. I'm very unhappy with my order. I ordered a cake for my boyfriends 25th birthday. We were looking forward to it since with everything going on right now we don't get much excitement. He picked out which style he wanted and flavors and placed our order. When i picked up the cake it looked nothing like the picture. It didn't even have the right candy on it. If I'm ever in the mood to pay too much for ice cream, I stop by here only because it's so close to my house. The location sucks. The parking sucks. The prices suck. The people that work there are always friendly. They're kind enough to put my stuff in the freezer until the other people in the group get their orders, so that my order doesn't melt right away. The last time I went, the guy gave me coupons for a cake. The people being nice to me in the only reason they're getting 3 stars instead of 2. One time I really wanted a milkshake. I was so disappointed. The milk to ice cream ratio was terrible. It was the milkiest milkshake ever. It definitely needed more ice cream. I think all Baskin Robins are overpriced. One scoop should not cost as much as a 1/2 gallon of Dreyer's ice cream. Anyway, I like the people that work there. I hate everything else. read more

Very poor service from the manager herself with the biggest attitude and likes ordering her cashier around and as a manager should be able to trouble shoot it pacify a customer instead decided not to service me and I'm handicapped obviously walking with a limp and a cane. I live few houses near the school and have been going to BR for 20+ years and only this time that I had a run in with anyone in my neighborhood or others. There used to be an Asian man in this BR before and he is so nice. This girl needs a lesson in good manners and right conduct. Hope this business thrives with someone working for it.
