I heart Baskin Robbins! There is something that magnetizes me towards this Baskin Robbins ice cream it is so so good! I'm sad to say I remember the days I qualify for the kids cone! But that's ok, i love their chocolate mint and chocolate chip! They always come up with awesome flavors. I also love their ice cream cakes but the prices keep going up and up on those things. I have been going to this Baskin Robins since I was a kid. I pretty much grew up here and was lucky enough to see the store grow as well. The ice cream is always great, the staff is very friendly and they know how to make a mean hot fudge sundae with extra sprinkles and extra cherries. I get all my work event cakes from here because they are so creative and easy to deal with. I have never been disappointed with anything I have gotten here. I hope one day if I have kids I will be fortunate to bring them into this same store with the same happy vibes! read more

It's been a while since I came to Baskin Robbins, especially when it's a bit far away from where I live. The ice cream was pretty good here. I got just a single scoop of strawberry cheesecake and it absolutely tasted like what it was supposed to be, with bits of the graham cracker crust chunks. I'm so sad though because I didn't realize just one scoop was about $3, which is pretty pricey. I'd rather just buy a whole tub at the store for cheaper, but this is good quality ice cream we are talking about. This past week was a scorcher and we came to get pint of Jamoca Almond Fudge. We don't usually come to Baskin Robbins and if we do, we go to the Westlake location. We did come here for a banana split over a year ago and it was ok. Nothing fantastic. My favorite Baskin Robbins flavor is "Baseball Nut" but it's not always available. Gold Medal Ribbon, 100%, always. Hadn't been to Baskin Robbins for about 15 years, and was thrilled to find out they still had my favorite flavor! We went at 8:00pm, and arrived right before a pretty big rush of people. I was thoroughly impressed with the young teenage staff's polite customer service, and attentiveness to greet all of those customers. When I get the mocha cappuccino here, I am so tempted to try all 31 flavors! However, I restrain myself. This particular Baskin Robbins is a narrow retreat of refrigerated ice cream. I find myself staring at sprinkles and toppings and ice cakes. On Dollar Tuesdays, there's a line spilling out the door-and who would say "no" to ice cream at a dollar a scoop! This place will forever be a #1 in my eyes for delicious frozen treats. I love the DIY froyo and all the other dessert places, but when I just want good ol' fashion ice cream, the 31 is the way to go. My go-tos are mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream, but during the Autumn months, I will hunt down the pumpkin cheesecake flavor. The 3 girls that were working here were very rude. They had a attitude. A customer came in and asked if they had a bathroom and they said next door. The customer said whats the name of the place and they said the pizza place next door. As the customer walked outside the 3 girls started talking about the customer infront of other customers. That is not professional. I feel like the management here needs to hire people that is respectable and nice not people that are rude and disrespectful. It's 8:36pm on Thursday night. Me and my kids came to get ice cream and the gentlemen with curly long hair was so rude! The lady in which he was working with had nothing to say as he yelled at me with my kid "anything else" with a sigh every time asked for something. I can see they were under staffed and had many orders but I was the only customer in there with my kid no customer service or a little decency to a women standing there trying to order with a baby in her arms. What's even worse I had to ask him to please not be rude to me and he continues! The lady he was working with just pretended she didn't see or hear anything as she just walked around. I asked if there was a manger he said he was and when I asked his name he said his name is Meeshoo! This is my favorite Baskin Robbins location in this area. The employees are friendly and attentive. This location seems a bit small but they make it work. They get busy but are still able to help customers efficiently and accurately. I appreciate that even though there isn't a formal line, the employees try their best to help customers in the order they came in. Two of my favorites are Lexi and Laura. They are both great workers and always make my milkshake perfect! I appreciate their attentiveness and attention to detail. read more

Appreciate that they are open during the pandemic, Ice cream is legit and yummy per the usual but my only complaint is that they probably need to have some customer service training with some of their workers. It was 7:59 pm when the kids and I came there's was a group of young men 4 and the long blonde headed girl comes out to ask them if they wanted whip cream and turns to us and the lady in front of us behind the boys and say "umm just so you know we close at 8 and these guys are out last customers"!! Very Rude! We did just walk up but the women ahead of us says "she had been standing there waiting" and the rude blonde employee says "well I didn't see you we're closed"!! O.K. I don't usually crave ice cream but one night I was. So... I headed over to this B/R 31 Flavors and had mint chocolate chip on my mind the whole time (that is the green ice cream with little specks of brown in it). So I waited patiently behind a soccer team and finally it was my turn to order. So I asked the young kid for one scoop of mint chocolate chip in a cup and he brings me rocky road in a sugar cone. I not wanting to cause a ruckus so I decided to just get the rocky road since I happen to like that too. I think they must hire stoners at this place because it isn't the first time they have jacked up my order, I don't think they give a *uck. My friend and I came here after grabbing lunch together. The store was a little busy, even though it was around 1pm on a Tuesday. My go to flavor is World Class Chocolate, which is white chocolate mousse ice cream mixed with milk chocolate mousse ice cream. It is DELICIOUS. When I got my scoop, the ice cream was a bit melted (not fully cold) probably because it was one of the last scoops in the ice cream container and it wasn't in the freezer portion, rather it was on top of the other ice cream barrels so it didn't stay fully cold. When we walked in, there were three attendants working behind the counter, and no customers in line. The table where we had to sit was dirty, with ice cream toppings strewn across the top. No excuse for this; if you're behind the counter with no work to do, you need to make sure the place is tidy. The hot fudge was not hot, and the whipped cream gave me a tummy ache. So we decided to get some ice cream since it was in the high 80's today. We went to Baskin Robbins and the girl friend got a kids scoop of Maui Brownie Chocolate with whip cream. I got a large Pralines n' Cream milkshake. There were a lot of people in line but that's understandable since it was hot today. The service was fast and the ice cream is never bad. The music playing in the back round was 106 kmel and live 105. The only thing that I thought that was bad, was when I asked for the large they had to get some more from the back. I guess when they opened the package some plastic fell into the cup. I didn't find it until I was almost done with my milkshake. I called them and they were apologetic but I just didn't want a kid to get it in there cup. read more

The following review is my personal opinion and is based on my own experience: The usual disappointment with this location. The tiny store has been here for years, but for the past few years each time I decide to give it another try I have been left disappointed. Why? Primarily because in my view the serving sizes are noticeably tiny and overprized for the tiny amounts. The servers are friendly and I've never had any problems there, but I find that the scoop sizes are so small that the ice cream doesn't even reach the rim of the single scoop cup. Just recently while in the neighborhood a couple friends with me wanted to stop for ice cream. Against my better judgment we did. My friends each got a single scoop in a cup and both were stunned by the tiny scoop size considering the price for a single scoop of ice cream. I decided this time I would get the two-scoop sundae. It would cost a lot more but I figured at least I would remember eating it. Stunningly, the two scoop sundae came in the same single cup my friends got their single scoops in, and the two-scoop ice cream amount didn't look much different than their single scoop. It just had the topping added. Even with two scoops the ice cream didn't reach the rim of the single scoop cup. I thought the server might have mistakenly used the wrong cup so when I asked, the server informed me that the sundaes are scooped with a "Kid's size scoop" instead of the regular size scoop which is already tiny. Really BR? So it looks to me like two scoops of ice cream for a sundae made with the "Kid's size scoop" is pretty close to being a single regular scoop only you pay a lot more because you get a topping and a squirt of whipped cream and can call it a "Sundae." One might think at first that the scoop size might just come from the individual server, but it has been this way each and every time with different servers. So I'm officially done with this BR. I would go to a different BR, Cold Stone in Tanforan, or buy a pint at a local grocery for a better deal. read more

We went for ice cream after a dinner out with kids. I ordered a shake for my daughter - they didn't have mini, so had to buy the next size up (couldn't they have charged me for a mini and put less into the bigger cup?). Okay, fine. Paid for hers. Then I noticed the young, blond girl (big boned girl) flipping her hair everywhere, constantly wiping her runny nose, and then I noticed whenever she scooped ice cream or sprayed whipped cream, she'd rinse her fingers...the ones she wiped her nose with and flipped her hair with...in the same water that the ice cream scoops are kept in! OMG! Talk about unsanitary!! I could not order any ice cream after I saw that. Absolutely foul. read more
