Born and raised on the Peninsula and I had never went to the Factory shop until today! We came by to grab all the different flavors, but unfortunately their power was out!!! Thankfully, they were nice enough to give out free It's-Its in their office. And luckily, we got the flavor we really wanted to try. We will definitely have to return.
Saw that they had a Groupon deal where you could get 12 ice cream sandwiches for $10 so we had to stop by! Unfortunately the power was out for the entire block, BUT they were giving away free ice cream sandwiches instead! The staff are so friendly and I will be back soon :)!

PROS: - Not that hard to find and parking was not bad. - Friendly staff. - Staff said they'd honor Groupon pricing without getting it through Groupon. CONS: - hours are very limited during the weekdays and they are closed on weekends.
I love this retail space with their variety of its it n their other ice cream goodies you don't find in the grocery stores. Theres never a line to get your sweets. The best deal is to get on their email list n they will send you emails for their special pricing through out the year, what a deal !!! We usually buy several cases. I love the seasonal items they have such as the pumpkin ones. It's kinda fun to look over their non ice cream items for sale too. Service is always friendly n efficient. Looking forward to purchasing another case soon.

Stopped by the Burlingame location for the first time and it's basically the ultimate spot to stock up on the iconic ice cream sandwich. For anyone who doesn't know, the classic It's-It is ice cream sandwiched between two oatmeal cookies and coated in chocolate. It's so simple but SO so good. The factory shop has way more flavors than what you usually see in stores, like mint, cappuccino, strawberry, and green tea. Everything tasted super fresh and the prices are great if you're buying a box to take home. Pricing: $2 each single. 24-pack assorted is $26 and the It's-it mini ice cream sandwiches is $6. The shop itself is small and more of a grab-and-go spot (not really a sit-down place), but the staff were friendly and it was quick and easy to pick up a bunch of treats. Perfect if you're craving a classic Bay Area dessert or want to bring a box to share with friends. Pro tip: check the hours before going since the factory store is only open weekdays. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the area!

I recently saw that they have a Groupon deal, which was $10 for a dozen ice creams from It's It. My boyfriend mentioned how he wants to visit there so I bought the Groupon. We stopped by there after I picked him up from the airport one week day last month. The lady there was very friendly and nice. We ended up getting one of each ice cream that they have. From the ones that I had, my favorite was the strawberry and pumpkin! Creamy and very tasty! The place is small and cute. There's a few designated parking for customers. I would definitely return again! :)

I redeemed my voucher and picked out 12 sandwiches. Everyone there was friendly and efficient. All my sandwiches were put in a box and I was on my way. The inside has merch and a glass display of what sandwiches they have. I was able to get seasonal pumpkin but matcha was sold out! Plenty of parking. People came and went and got their goodies. I brought a cooler with ice so my sandwiches would make it back without melting. Definitely will return again!

Of course we've got the 2 dozens of It's It =) My favorites were the pumpkin and strawberry It's It's, as these had deep flavors infused in the creamy icecream, 5/5 stars! The cappuccino, mint, and green tea were also good but had subtle flavors for a 4/5 stars rating. The super sundae is a nice treat with the peanuts that added a satisfying crunchy texture and nutty flavor, 3.5/5 stars. The big daddy was plain but still decent. Essentially this is an It's It that is not engulfed in chocolate, 3.5/5 stars The service was friendly and made for a memorable experience.

Small and simple factory store! They sell merch and ice cream products here. Came by to check out the store and get an ice cream sandwich. Employees were really friendly! For the ice cream sandwiches, they had the classic vanilla, mint, chocolate, cappuccino, pumpkin, chips-it, and a few other options. I went with the classic vanilla ice cream sandwich and it was delicious! It was only $2 flat so it was super affordable. Overall fun experience with yummy and cheap ice cream sandwiches - would come back!
Love Its -It's the price is super affordable $2 dollars per ice cream or save and buy 24 for $26. Of course I got the 24 pack. My favorite are the cappuccino and mint flavor but honestly I like all the flavors except for the pumpkin I haven't tried that yet but I will next time. The store is nice and clean the workers are nice and friendly. It's in a hidden spot seems like but I'm happy to come by and will be coming back again.
I stopped by on a Monday afternoon. The place is in a cul de sac. Parking was a breeze. The place was empty. I got a Groupon which was for 12 sandwiches. I got 6 varieties. Anything they have can be included in the dozen, including the popsicle. Pumpkin and green tea were not there when I went. That was a big dissapointment. Seriously their oatmeal cookie sandwiches were the best. Cappuccino sandwich was my favorite, followed by strawberry and chocolate. Then came the 2 popsicle versions - cone and nut ones. Big daddy was my least favorite sandwich.

Being a South Bay resident, I always thought this was too far to come. But I finally gave in and made the trek up the peninsula and yes, I have to say that it was worth it! Got to finally try It's It from the mothership at its factory store, right off 101 in Burlingame. I had a Groupon deal for a discount, and got to choose 12 It's It of any flavor, mix-and-match! It's great to be able to try different flavors from what you can buy in the store. Today they had regular vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint, and pumpkin! And oh you can really taste the difference! The oatmeal cookies are crispy (not soggy)! Service was friendly and helpful, especially for this first-timer! Warning - they'll advise you to get them into a freezer within 15 min of purchasing or they'll become "melty". I live in the South Bay so around 30 min away, but I had brought a cooler and it did the trick. Note: They also sell ice and styrofoam coolers for $10. There are other types of It's It novelties for sale as well, like the nut-covered bars (Super Sundae) and Big Daddy traditional ice cream sandwiches. There's even merch/clothing for sale! read more

I didn't know they had a shop by the factory! I saw that there's a Groupon for a dozen sandwiches and so we got it! It's an amazing deal and I'd highly recommend getting it! Service was super friendly and quick too. We wanted to get the merch but the clothes were so expensive :( Either way, I'll be back for the sandwiches cause they're a great deal here and they have more flavors!! read more
Big Daddy Ice Cream Sandwich, Von's Grocery Store: 2025 Aug 3 (5 of 5) Woah! I've had many ice cream sandwiches, but this one takes the cake. Its vanilla ice cream is creamy, rich and smooth. In contrast, the chocolate wafer gives a subtle bitterness. The flavour combination is well-balanced, with the sweetness of the vanilla ice cream and the slightly bitter and chewy texture of the wafer. This melt-in-your-mouth dessert is delicious with a capital 'D'. I bought these at Von's Grocery Store and I'm going back for more. read more
Stopped in while nearby and was happy to check it out. I've had Its It before but never been to the store. It wasn't busy and the guy helping us was really helpful and friendly. There were items that you wouldn't normally find in stores and I hadn't seen before. They had a small section of merch you could buy as well. We tried 4 items. The cappuccino, pumpkin, the new cone bar and the supreme. All were delicious and was surprised and happy with how light the ice cream seemed in all items in such a good way. I was also baffled by the low prices. Each was $2! All the flavors were well balanced and such a nice treat. read more

My hubby and I were talking about how we have been passing by this It's It Ice Cream factory ever since we were kids - on the freeway. Initially we were looking for factory tours but found out they do not have any but I found they have a retail store! We finally stopped in yesterday to check it out. The store is very small inside. They have It's It T-shirts, hoodies, hats and stickers for sale. Their Ice cream are sold as $2 each or 24 for $26. We bought a variety box of 24 (strawberry, chocolate, cappuccino, pumpkin, etc). The best part was the excellent customer service from the lady there (did not get her name but she was wearing a cream colored It's It hoodie). She was able to pack in some dry ice for our ice cream sandwiches good for "3 hours" enough for our 2.5 hour drive back up to Santa Rosa. However, it lasted much longer than that, the dry ice did not melt til the next morning. She said she can package any ice cream up to 24 hours FYI. We appreciated the customer service and how convenient it was to carry our ice cream home. Unfortunately, the matcha flavor all sold out but if it's back, I would make the trip down to Burlingame again! read more

Incredible (wholesale) prices and some hard-to-find flavors of one of my all-time favorite treats, Its-Its. I was able to get a full-sized cappuccino treat, a box of mini mint ones, and a couple of stickers for less than $10. (None of those are available at my local stores in Los Angeles.) I carried them onto my flight at SFO a short while later. It can be a little tricky to find this spot based on the address. Go to the end of the block and look for the big sign. They have a few parking spots right out front. read more

The store front did not have all the flavors when we visited yesterday, would be nice to be able to know all products are represented, after all it's the store front. The server/ cashier was tentatively nice and accommodating. I bought a shirt , some stickers and the cappuccino /reg size ice cream sandwich. Highly suggest that the variety of flavors be made available in mini sizes for store front. Sometimes the smaller bites sold as individual will make visitors want to try the variety without having to be obligated to buy a box of specific flavors. I would have given the full 5 stars if it weren't for the lacking of expectations for such a novel place. read more
A SF Bay Area classic! My family and I grew up eating It's It ice-cream sandwiches and nothing much has changed. We still love the cappuccino flavor the best and recently discovered the Chips It, vanilla ice-cream sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies. If you can find a Groupon or Living Social deal, you can get a dozen of the different sandwiches (buyer's choice) for about $10. There are a few parking spaces right out front and service is quick, in and out. The sandwiches don't last long in our house so freezer space is never an issue! read more

A hidden gem! If you're nostalgic about ice cream, this is a great place to visit. They have hard to find flavors like cappuccino (my personal favorite) and strawberry. Delicious ice cream, but open hours are limited. Still worth a visit! read more

I purchased your box of Super Sundae at the North Hollywood Smart n Final grocery store and I was very disappointed. The ice cream inside the covered chocolate was minimized and it's causing it to break off and fall apart with one bite. Please see attached pictures, you can see the hallow area. read more

The perfect ice cream sandwich exists and it's only $2! You may have seen the It's-It ice cream brand in select grocery stores but if you're ever near the Burlingame area, this place has more flavors! It's-It ice cream sandwiches have ice cream between two delicious oatmeal cookies and the coated in a yummy chocolate shell - loved this so much! Flavors available at this store: * Vanilla * mint * chocolate * cappuccino * Strawberry * green tea * pumpkin * chocolate chip If you really want to take some home, they even have styrofoam coolers with dry ice available for purchase. I only wish that their open hours were longer, it's kind of a short window, like 11-4. read more
By far the best ice cream in town!! So glad I was able to finally stop by since they are only opened until 4pm Mon-Fri. I've passed by more than a dozen times whenever I'm on the freeway. I noticed a lot of parked cars but surprising there wasn't a line. I assume it's because nothing needs to be made and everything is already packaged. The factory is similar to an ice cream shop where they have individual packaged It's-It and 3 non-It's It. I decided to get all 10 flavors since it was my first time here, and I knew I was going to be back again since I love their ice cream. Each one costs $2. So far I have only tried the cappuccino and it was delicious! I can't wait to come back again to order more of the flavors that I enjoy once I have tried everything!! read more

Only open during the day, between 11 am - 4 pm, so take a quick walk from your hotel room and grab dessert. It is their main production facility and they have a little store so you can buy merchandise and ice cream sandwiches for a fair price of $2. They are prepackaged. No seating available inside so enjoy on your walk back to your hotel. I discovered them originally at my local grocery store in Southern CA. read more

I believe they are open My friends mom bought some yesterday and she says that the we're having a sale but don't know about that I'm going to go see it for myself.
