    macapuno-black raspberry-toasted almond - every bite is delicious -
    Geri S.

Walk through the door to make all your dreams come true; chocolate candies to your left; ice creams to the right! You are in the pin ball machine of delights! We selected the generous triple of macapuno-black raspberry-toasted almond and every bite is a perfect favorite!

Thank you Prestons for making our lives sweeter! I went yesterday with my 2 young kids and Javier greeted us with his wonderful smile as always and we stocked up on Valentine candy (and their Grandpa bought them ice cream!). My kids always love a trip to Preston's- it's our special tradition to mark first and last day of school...and many days in between! We also love to bring a bag of Preston's chocolate to anyone who loves into our neighborhood to welcome them Thank you Preston's I don't know what we would do without you!!

Very cute ice cream spot located in downtown Burlingame. Went in and was allowed to try out some flavors before purchasing. They had gelato and ice cream, as well as other candies and chocolates to purchase and take home.

Was very happy to stumble upon this cute gem in downtown Burlingame! Service was great and so welcoming, offering us as many samples as went wanted. Everything we tried was delicious and even though we were super full from dinner right before, we all had to get ice cream for dessert. I loved how classic the shop looked and it's old school feel. They also sell candy and chocolates in the other display cases and it all looked really good. I know I'll be back again!

Was a nice mom and pop ice cream shop, the owner and his daughter was there working the counter and the ice cream samples are a must. I hot the almond toffee crunch on a wafle cone and dipped in chocolate, delicious and nostalgic, will bring you back to your childhood. They also had a lot of hand made chocolates and fudge. The store is a little outdated, but it adds to the nostalgia.

A cute spot! We visited on a quiet Thursday night and had the place practically to ourselves. It has that dated, old-school candy store feel that makes you nostalgic. Service was very kind! I was impressed by the wide array of ice cream flavors and the selection of chocolates and sweets. I went with a sundae, which was fun but not particularly memorable. The ice cream itself was solid, but the whole thing was a bit overwhelmed by sauce- I would've loved a better balance and a few more nuts for some crunch! Still, it's a fun stop if you're in the mood for a treat. I would probably come back to try a few more flavors or pick up some of the candy next time.

We were making our way back from SF on a super hot day and I wanted a quick ice cream fix before heading home. I found this on the map and decided to give it a try and we loved it!! It's a cute little shop in an adorable complex, all good vibes. We sampled a few and went with the strawberry cheesecake gelato and chocolate marble. They were soo sweet and yummy and satisfied my craving. Service was great too and all the staff were so sweet!

Pretty cool old-timey ice cream shop in old Burlingame. Overall, really wanted to like this place but it's right on the line of feeling dated versus cool/retro. Lots of ice cream options. A ton of prepared candies as well, but it seems like our ice cream may have been in the freezer for too long (stale-tasting) and they were out of the basics like chocolate. Pretty attentive guy working there, but ultimately nothing special.

I was walking by and found this nice candy and ice cream shop. Got a scoop of rocky road . Very good ice cream and nice people.

Local business & makes their own candy. It is quality candy, but kind of expensive. Display of the candy & ice cream appears antiquated.

We came on a Saturday around 7pm and there was no line but the place was lively, we got lucky and didn't have to wait, probably because most people were still at dinner. Fork ordered: Tiramisu and a latte The latte was good. Nothing to get excited over, but well made. The tiramisu is a standout. It has this nice crunchy chocolate shell on the outside with a smooth, creamy center and just the right hint of coffee. As a tiramisu fiend, this is one I'd absolutely come back for. Spoon ordered: French flan I don't usually go for flan, but this one is different!!! I do absolutely love the custard layer in a fruit tart, so imagine that with a firmer texture and a richer vanilla flavor. It sits in this perfectly thin, almost hidden pie-like crust. It's honestly divine and highly recommended. Before we leave, we typically get a treat for the next morning to have with our chai. I love the banana bread and Fork goes for the croissant. Overall, such a charming spot for dessert and coffee, especially if you can grab a table outside.

If you're unsure of which flavor to get, there is no limit to how many flavors you can try. My personal favorite is the Strawberry Coconut Water Sherbet. In store they also use a new scoop, wash their hands and even get a fresh scoop from a new pint to avoid cross contamination. It does get busy at times, but it's worth the wait. Trying new flavors is an experience in itself. If you don't feel like waiting in line, you can always go in and just get a pint from the available flavors in the freezer by the door. The texture is incredibly creamy, which balances out the bold, unique flavors perfectly. I tried the Pot of Gold and the Freckled Mint. Both were delicious and well-crafted. The Highlights: * Staff: Incredibly patient and friendly (crucial when you're trying to decide between wild flavors!). * Dietary Friendly: Great vegan options that don't sacrifice creaminess. * Value: Very decent pricing for the quality and creativity you get. There was other drinks that I was interested in trying like some of the matcha drinks, but I rarely see an osmanthus-inspired drink at coffee shops. It is made already with oat milk, so I didn't have to ask for any milk substitutions. I thought it was pretty good in terms of a latte, however, I wish the osmanthus flavor was a little stronger. The barista mentioned that the latte would have more of a floral taste, but it felt pretty faint. Cost was pretty similar to other coffee shops in the area, since it was $8-9 for my drink with oat milk already included. Other than that, would come back if I'm ever back in the area. Order via worker standing behind the counter. Cookies: The 66% chocolate chip had big chunks of chocolate which the bitterness helped balance the cookie. The cookies n cream was a little sweet for me but had again pieces of Oreos inside with a nice texture. The chocolate peanut butter again had both chocolate and creamy peanut butter which didn't leave the mouth dry. The honey comb was a unique and different taste with the honeycomb providing a less common sweetness but can be overpowering. The toffee cookie had bits of toffee which again provided texture without being overly sweet. The oatmeal chocolate walnut cookie was my second favorite after the 66% dark cocoa due to the oatmeal again balancing the sweetness of the chocolate with the saltiness of the walnuts. Overall would recommend for a solid cookie with a fair price and the day olds were also extremely cheap for a better quality than you could get at other places.
