ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! I just had the worst experience ever at this Baskin Robbins location. I have been a loyal customer since childhood, and never have I encountered such poor customer service--both from an employee (Victoria) and the supervisor, Cynthia. I ordered two hand-packed quarts of Love Potion 31 (my ultimate favorite ), but instead of receiving what I paid for, I got less than a quart along with attitude for simply preferring hand-packed over pre-packed ice cream. This was the second time I received this kind of treatment from Victoria. I called the store, provided photos, and was told to call back the next day when the supervisor was available. Wanting to ensure my concern was heard, I reached out to corporate, and they informed me that I would hear back from the store manager, Cynthia, within 1-2 days. To my surprise, Cynthia called me within 15 minutes. At first, I was relieved--until I realized she wasn't interested in resolving my concern, but rather, blaming me for not asking to see the scale. Despite me explaining that I physically couldn't see over the counter, she dismissed my concern, insisting that Victoria wouldn't have under-packed the ice cream and that I should bring it in to be weighed. When I agreed, Cynthia completely backtracked, saying it wouldn't be accurate because I could have removed ice cream--essentially accusing me of lying and stealing. That was beyond disappointing. I take great offense to being treated with such disrespect over something as simple as ice cream. At this point, it's not about being shorted on ice cream--it's about the way Cynthia chose to handle the situation. A true manager would know how to deescalate a concern, not escalate it. What started as a simple complaint resulted in a complete refund, another complaint to corporate, and this poor review. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this location. Cynthia, with 10+ years in management, you should be ashamed of how you handle customer concerns. Victoria still has time to learn, but if this is the example being set--this store is in trouble. I have only been here to get ice cream cake. Twice. The first time I bought one straight outta the display case (Spongebob). While I was paying for that one, I asked about customizing a cake and was informed that they do that for $7 or something, and I could order online. So the second time I went was to pick up my custom cake. Cynthia called me to discuss the image for the cake and was conscientious of what I needed. She was responsive via email as well, which I truly appreciated. When I picked up the cake, the place was packed. I think I would have stood there a long time before anyone greeted me, so I asked if someone from the back could please assist me with picking up the cake. I got a kind of snotty reply but I'm sure I was like that, too, when I was 22 at work. Another young lady brought my cake out with a smile and when I saw it, I said, "THIS IS ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Came here today with the family got 4- 2scoop sundaes. The scoops were so tiny about a half of scoop each which totaled about one scoop. So disappointed! What a waste of time and money highly recommend not coming to this one. Also they put it in the single scoop sundae cup. The staff needs training in customer service. At least acknowledge when someone is in the shop. I had to pickup 2 cakes and one worker was outside talking to their friends and the other was helping the only other customer in there, but didn't even acknowledge me or say a greeting for the first 5 minutes. I took my 11 year old sister to try Baskin Robbins for the first time. She was so excited but once we got there the staff (specifically the young lady with lake green and half pink hair) was super rude. Her tone was awful and she rushed my little sister. My sister was so sad and teared up when we left. I felt so bad... all I wanted was to treat my sister with ice cream (expensive ice cream). My little heart broke for her. So we went in to get the Stranger Things promotional icecream. The customer service sucked because the workers were rude as hell! There was only one nice worker there who you could tell was new and didn't want to talk back to the rude ones who were being difficult. If I could give zero stars I would. Every single time I have gone to this location the staff is extremely rude. Customer service is super important to me and something that lacks in our society today. It's really not hard to be friendly to customers. I understand it's a hard time right now but that is no excuse to be rude. The hot fudge lid is always off their hot fudge, GOD know what gets in there. The girl who made my ice creams (I had a big order) left my ice creams out, usually when other ice creams are being made in the same order, they put the made ice creams in the freezer to stay cold. She didn't do that, I had to ask her too. She lost one of my ice creams while making everything else. It was in the corner melted. These girls need to get it together. Scooping ice cream doesn't require much. I would advise the owners and management to step in before this location becomes a one star on yelp. read more

Came by here 3 days ago after my wife got off work. She had a bad shift at the hospital and wanted some ice cream. I saw baskin Robbins closes at 10. I got there at 943 pm and the 2 girls working there gave me the death stare as I walked in. I had a smile on my face but they were extremely rude. In a rude tone said "do you know what you want?" I said yes the banana royale. And she said well what topping. I stated oh I didn't know I get a topping what do you have. All I got was it's there on the board. I stated hot chocolate is fine. She said " well the hot chocolate isn't hot now so what do you want ". So I said strawberry is fine. I even tipped her and got no thank you. I worked at rite aid scooping ice cream for 2 years and never was rude. Especially to nice happy guests. I love the ice cream. But will look elsewhere ... or will travel to a diff baskin Robbins.
