ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! I just had the worst experience ever at this Baskin Robbins location. I have been a loyal customer since childhood, and never have I encountered such poor customer service--both from an employee (Victoria) and the supervisor, Cynthia. I ordered two hand-packed quarts of Love Potion 31 (my ultimate favorite ), but instead of receiving what I paid for, I got less than a quart along with attitude for simply preferring hand-packed over pre-packed ice cream. This was the second time I received this kind of treatment from Victoria. I called the store, provided photos, and was told to call back the next day when the supervisor was available. Wanting to ensure my concern was heard, I reached out to corporate, and they informed me that I would hear back from the store manager, Cynthia, within 1-2 days. To my surprise, Cynthia called me within 15 minutes. At first, I was relieved--until I realized she wasn't interested in resolving my concern, but rather, blaming me for not asking to see the scale. Despite me explaining that I physically couldn't see over the counter, she dismissed my concern, insisting that Victoria wouldn't have under-packed the ice cream and that I should bring it in to be weighed. When I agreed, Cynthia completely backtracked, saying it wouldn't be accurate because I could have removed ice cream--essentially accusing me of lying and stealing. That was beyond disappointing. I take great offense to being treated with such disrespect over something as simple as ice cream. At this point, it's not about being shorted on ice cream--it's about the way Cynthia chose to handle the situation. A true manager would know how to deescalate a concern, not escalate it. What started as a simple complaint resulted in a complete refund, another complaint to corporate, and this poor review. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this location. Cynthia, with 10+ years in management, you should be ashamed of how you handle customer concerns. Victoria still has time to learn, but if this is the example being set--this store is in trouble. Shame on you, Cynthia. read more

I have only been here to get ice cream cake. Twice. The first time I bought one straight outta the display case (Spongebob). While I was paying for that one, I asked about customizing a cake and was informed that they do that for $7 or something, and I could order online. So the second time I went was to pick up my custom cake. Cynthia called me to discuss the image for the cake and was conscientious of what I needed. She was responsive via email as well, which I truly appreciated. When I picked up the cake, the place was packed. I think I would have stood there a long time before anyone greeted me, so I asked if someone from the back could please assist me with picking up the cake. I got a kind of snotty reply but I'm sure I was like that, too, when I was 22 at work. Another young lady brought my cake out with a smile and when I saw it, I said, "THIS IS ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Thank you!" and she told me to have a great day and I did. I will be ordering another custom cake next month! I was impressed! read more

These workers definitely need to work on their customer service. I understand how frustrating people can be but I was not rude whatsoever nor was it packed at all. I said thank you have a nice day even after the fact that they helped the person that came in after me and the girl rolled her eyes and walked away to the back. Must've been one of those days I guess. read more

Came here today with the family got 4- 2scoop sundaes. The scoops were so tiny about a half of scoop each which totaled about one scoop. So disappointed! What a waste of time and money highly recommend not coming to this one. Also they put it in the single scoop sundae cup. Went to riverside one last week and was a way better experience and made right go to riverside! read more

They're nice, two stars for that BUT they told me of a deal for their ice cream quarts and they denied packing a cherry jubilee for us. Why would they do that if they do it all the time at any time of the day when it's door dash. Because door dash charges double? Don't expect all the flavors to be available to take home unless you're ready to complain for it, which I wasn't. I'm not buying from them again for a while. We buy from them often on damn DoorDash till I realized it's double the price and it's better to go in store. They're losing a house of 9 customers. ‍ I'd rather buy what I like from food 4 less . Lazy employees read more

Baskin Robbins one of the last of the dinosaurs. Ice cream cakes are very good but also very pricey.

The staff needs training in customer service. At least acknowledge when someone is in the shop. I had to pickup 2 cakes and one worker was outside talking to their friends and the other was helping the only other customer in there, but didn't even acknowledge me or say a greeting for the first 5 minutes. Also, the penmanship was horrible with the text on the cakes. I guess it's not something out of the ordinary in the part of town where it's located. Very disappointing. read more

So much for customer service. Please try not to go in when they are trying to put away the ice cream. If your favorite flavor it's already in the back tough luck these ladies can careless. My best suggestion is run to yogurt-land or Starter Brothers Supermarket. It's a disgrace but it is what it is bad customer service as simple as that! Oh!, but did they stop to think word gets around? Or no business no jobs read more

It amazes me that after continuous bad reviews the customer service does not improve . It does not require much for what is required for the job . A smile can go a long way . Also, I would appreciate if the rolling of the eyes can stop . I would like to for the owner to reply to my post to get in contact with him or her . I would like to know if customer service really is important in this organization. read more

Horrible experience. The ladies that work there are beyond rude. I ordered two shakes and it was dripping out of my cup & the girl didn't even bother to clean my cup. She gave me a messy over filled shake. Completely unacceptable and a huge lack of professionalism. read more

I took my 11 year old sister to try Baskin Robbins for the first time. She was so excited but once we got there the staff (specifically the young lady with lake green and half pink hair) was super rude. Her tone was awful and she rushed my little sister. My sister was so sad and teared up when we left. I felt so bad... all I wanted was to treat my sister with ice cream (expensive ice cream). My little heart broke for her. Getting Ice cream is suppose to be fun and a special treat... it's not meant for women in their 20s to punk young children. read more

So we went in to get the Stranger Things promotional icecream. The customer service sucked because the workers were rude as hell! There was only one nice worker there who you could tell was new and didn't want to talk back to the rude ones who were being difficult. All the icecream was basically melted and if it weren't for my daughter ReallY wanting the promo icecream I would've just left. Never going back to THIS baskin Robbins again. To top it off this was my first time going into one since I was a kid. Thanks for the new Crappy memories. My 11yr old daughter was even confused why they were even being rude to HER. Today I went in and had the best customer service from the young lady with the curly hair I forgot her name. She greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure I got the polar pizza for my nieces bday. And she also gave me a coupon because the one I had wasn't the correct one. Thank you so much you are getting 4 s because the are made me a little scared. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Every single time I have gone to this location the staff is extremely rude. Customer service is super important to me and something that lacks in our society today. It's really not hard to be friendly to customers. I understand it's a hard time right now but that is no excuse to be rude. The hot fudge lid is always off their hot fudge, GOD know what gets in there. The girl who made my ice creams (I had a big order) left my ice creams out, usually when other ice creams are being made in the same order, they put the made ice creams in the freezer to stay cold. She didn't do that, I had to ask her too. She lost one of my ice creams while making everything else. It was in the corner melted. These girls need to get it together. Scooping ice cream doesn't require much. I would advise the owners and management to step in before this location becomes a one star on yelp. read more

Came by here 3 days ago after my wife got off work. She had a bad shift at the hospital and wanted some ice cream. I saw baskin Robbins closes at 10. I got there at 943 pm and the 2 girls working there gave me the death stare as I walked in. I had a smile on my face but they were extremely rude. In a rude tone said "do you know what you want?" I said yes the banana royale. And she said well what topping. I stated oh I didn't know I get a topping what do you have. All I got was it's there on the board. I stated hot chocolate is fine. She said " well the hot chocolate isn't hot now so what do you want ". So I said strawberry is fine. I even tipped her and got no thank you. I worked at rite aid scooping ice cream for 2 years and never was rude. Especially to nice happy guests. I love the ice cream. But will look elsewhere ... or will travel to a diff baskin Robbins. Don't come here if you want a shake past 9 PM, Apparently their blender doesn't work around that time.

We always come to this Baskin-Robbins because is the one closest to home, we ALWAYS get the cappuccino drink but instead of vanilla ice cream we order it with chocolate icecream, (so basically is a coffee and chocolate drink) we went today Sunday September 20 around 4pm and the girl who was there refused to put chocolate icecream instead of vanilla, we ended up getting the one with vanilla icecream but it's very disappointing because i couldn't enjoy the drink i like.. read more

i never tend to complain about service but my visit here was disappointing the cashiers aren't very helpful or knowledgeable about their coupons they advertise one thing and as they see me downloading the app for their deals they have a free scoop of ice cream i asked the cashier and she says yea download it and also mentions its one per customer as she hands me the scoop of ice creams then says the coupon has to wait 24 hours after waiting for 15 minutes spending over 60 dollars and having my son tried the scoop of ice cream and her telling me that she charges me for the scoop of ice cream how ridiculous is this.....LAST TIME HERE!!! read more
