I was In there today around 2:35, 8/10/23, 3 people working there--girl in a pink shirt who was very sweet and 2 other guys in the back, 1 in a gray t shirt and another in a maroon sweatshirt. **managers--check the camera for proof if you don't believe me** Dude in the gray t shirt was a big guy... as I am sitting there enjoying my ice cream, big dude in the gray t shirt is leaning against the wall by their sink in the back and bro is literally sticking his hands in the back of his pants--I mean, we can see his asscrack as he's doing it...not even kidding lol...and we're watching him for a good 4 minutes scratch whatever itch in his pants and each time we look, his ass crack is chillin' there...what makes this worse is that customers walked in around 240 and HE IS GONNA SERVE THEM...oh but thank goodness he put gloves on, but, he did touch the gloves with his ass crack hands so...what's the point of the gloves lol...I'm just saying, it's a risk you take going out to eat but bro, you got caught, literally with your pants down. When it comes to ice cream shops, I always like to buy the take home quarts because you get way more ice cream for your buck instead of buying just several scoops for a few dollars cheaper. It's interesting to note that 32 oz of ice cream here costs $8 whereas Cold Stone Creamery will charge you $20 for 40 oz. The main difference is that in Cold Stone you can choose what ice cream you want whereas in Baskin Robbins the ice cream is already prepackaged. Even so, this is a major deal compared to Cold Stone. However, the selection for quarts isn't as extensive so I ended up getting chocolate. I expected it to be better than grocery store ice cream and unfortunately, it tasted just like grocery store ice cream. Love Baskin Robin's cappuccino blast, it's all I ever order. It's like an 8$drink. The girl didn't make enough to fool the cup then gave me attitude about it when I asked her to fill it up. She said it's at the fill line.... Ummm that little ridge about a cm from the top... OK well it's not even filled to there. I politely asked her to fill it up being I would like to get what I paid for. Didn't start to see her attitude until this point. However have never ever had such poor customer service, these two girls were more focused on closing to go home versus customer satisfaction. I went in to the store on 2-21-22 at evening time. I ordered 2 scoops in a cup and a banana split. The banana split scoops were so small, they did not go above the bottom part of the container. The scoops were much smaller than the ones in the cup. I asked a heavier set girl why the big discrepancy. She actually told me that they only use child size scoops for banana splits. I told her it was for me and I'm an adult. Nothing on the menu indicates "children's size scoops." The scoops were much smaller than those in the cup. I couldn't believe I paid $7.99 for that!!! The other server with huge eyelashes who had more seniority only supported the other server. I asked them to put more ice cream in the split and they refused. All our favorites were there, even the cherry flavor from back in our dating days back in the 70's!! Thankfully, the great service and fun sample or two still exists! Jonny, our friendly, smiling server, hooked us up with samples of a couple new flavors to our pallet. I settled on chocolate/cherry/cordial kiss (yes, there really are mini kisses in there) and Joe savored his generous scoop of winter white cherry (kind of like a vanilla chocolate ice cream bar flavor with cherries, ribbons of milk chocolate and sweet white vanilla chocolate all blended in one)! The girl offered to make me another one but I didn't want them to remake a cup of milk for me if it was "supposed to be like that" according to the guy. Always good! Friendly help, a fun atmosphere and priced reasonable. Lots of flavors, cakes, shakes etc. Usually busy on the weekends but not a long line and typically we get our ice cream to go. Only suggestion is to sweep, mop and wipe the tables a little more often. I know it's busy and it gets messy, but seems like there's always a dirty table or two where no one is sitting and it looks sticky :) Love you Baskin Robins, it's a great kid experience and brings back great memories for me when I was young and coming with my dad! read more

She was so sweet to my father (87 year old with Alzheimer's) who loves chocolate ice cream. She went out of her way to make me and my father feel special.
