I use to stop her frequently because it's the only Dunkin' this park of town that is open late. They use to have people that they new What they were doing and I have watched it go downhill in the past year. It's a Dunkin'/baskin Robbins, I cannot Comment on the ice cream section because I never order although the Dunkin part is a sheer disaster. There's nothing but high school kids and college kids working here, And simply cannot follow paper how to make a cup of coffee. I have so much times ordered a new Guatemalan coffee that they advertise at all locations and every time I get it theirs coffee grounds in the coffee. I give up and at worst thing is sometimes I get them on the bottom of the cup and sometimes I get them mixed in the cup. Also many times I order with milk in my coffee and it comes black or a flavor and there's no flavor or sugar is it really that difficult to add a couple things in the whole point of service is to satisfy the customer and if you cannot make a simple cuppa coffee for the patrons why bother working at all. They all should be fired. Don't come here, beware you will leave unhappy and angry. read more

Have placed three ice cream cake orders there and they screwed up two of them. Today when I showed them my electronic receipt which was different than the order they had printed out, I asked for compensation. The manager came over (he was very nice, I'll give him that) and apologized, said he'd be happy to give us a discount. The discount consisted of a $5 gift card . I told him that literally 2/3 of our orders had been wrong so we would not be buying anything from them again. I guess we can use it to buy coffee.... read more

Went through the drive thru late, around midnight with four others. Half of us ordered brownie sundaes and 5 minutes into us waiting tells us we need to pick something else, where we chose cookie sundaes. The only factor that made me feel obligated to leave a review was the fact that the lady gave all of us peanut cookies, felt real bold for not asking if anyone had an allergy. Worst Dunkin Donuts in history. Never ever get orders correct and when they do it is awful. The other dunkin donuts up the street is superior. I don't know who these people are. I've never been to such a big dunkin/baskin robbins where the employees can't seem to figure out what they are doing. It was utter chaos every time I have been there. First time they managed to skip my order all together after waiting 20 min the first time and then another 20 min to actually get what I ordered.(to clarify, I did not order food) The second time, I couldn't even get them to take my order... Waited in front of the counter for 15min and left because it would be faster just to find another dunkin nearby. I would never ever recommend going to this location for any reason. What a mess! The staff seems so preoccupied by everything but the customers and their orders. We ordered a birthday cake over as week in advance in person. DUNKIN DONUTS REVIEW: The new over night staff is terrible. I've been coming here before my night shift for a year and recently I noticed a new staff has been trained. They are the worst!! I was at the drive thru window for 5 mins saying "hellooo" then had to drive on bc of my shift starting. In the last 10 visits maybe 4 of them had my order 100%. Either the size or make up is wrong. And tonight I literally was beeping the horn trying to get service. And as I drive by she's talking to a car at the window oblivious of me or ignoring me. I relied on the DnD for caffeine and will now look elsewhere. This place sucks now. read more

This Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts is operated rated terribly. I feel sorry for the young kids that management has working there. They don't higher enough people so service is SLOW. If you're in the morning, it will be fine because of all the people that run in there to grab their morning coffee. Any other time of day, sorry. The garbage is always filled. It's not like the people have the time to empty it since there aren't enough people working there. The soft serve machine is ALWAYS broken. Don't even bother asking for it because you'll be told it's broken. They don't even have all the ice cream tubs on display labeled so you don't even know what all of them are. I live in the area and frequent this store a lot. Always get a friendly answer in the drive-thtu. Not sure why the others did not. My order is always on point and I'm always a happy camper when I get my coffee! ;) I'd recomend this DD. Oh and the ice cream selection is great. Pralines and cream yummmmayyy! Highly recommend!
