SoCo has so many unusual flavors like Butter Cake, lemon poppy, and blueberry honey lavender, and my favorite flavor is Silver Bells which contains goat cheese, pistachios, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate chips. The ice cream ingredients are mostly locally sourced and are all carefully chosen. You can tell the care that is put into SoCo's flavors as they are all so creamy and delicious. The only thing that would make this place better would be homemade waffle cones, but the ice cream is so amazing that I'm still giving them 5 stars.
