Came here for the second time, so I will base this review off of that. Huuuuge fan of froyo! Originally from Cali where that is all we eat, so I am pretty sensitive to crap yogurt (not trying to be insulting). This yogurt place is clean, very spacious, and has a pretty good amount of options. I love the birthday cake froyo from most establishments, so from here I got the Cupcake yogurt and added toppings. At first, I got vanilla, but it had a weird after taste (sugar-free) Yuck! So the woman working there explained to me why it had a weird after taste and told me I could just get a new one since I just could not bear the chemical taste of that one. Excellent customer service, excellent options of froyo, lots of toppings, and the store is very fun and bright! Would I recommend to a friend? Yes! Will I be back? Absolutely. This place has gone downhill in the area of quality for sure. Some of the yogurts have an edgy, slightly sour taste which means they're going bad. The toppings are stale and pathetic. They've taken the nut toppings and crushed them into a powder. It looks as though it's the crumbs from the bottom of a bag of nuts. Cereal toppings are stale and old. Well this place has gone downhill rapidly since new ownership. I'm unsure what practices have changed but the whole shop looks unclean and the toppings look like they sit. Nothing seems fresh or clean. I also witness an exchange between the customer in front of me and someone on the phone, who I assume was the owner or manager. The terminal was having trouble processing her card and so she was put on the phone with him for help. I distinctly heard the customer asking whoever was on the phone "there is no need to be taking that attitude with me, Joe. I am letting you know there is a problem with the register..." While there are lots of places hopping on the serve yourself frozen yogurt bar trend, peachwave truly stands out for their cleanliness, freshness, and delicious (and unusual) soft serve flavors. When I say clean I mean clean--the staff are constantly wiping everything down, freshening up toppings, even using small paintbrushes to remove toppings that have spilled over between bins. My favorite flavor is their peanut butter, or possibly the chocolate peanut butter swirl. Add a little hot fudge and peanut butter sauce and you've got your own Reese's ice cream--yum! read more

This is my favorite chain of frozen yogurt places! Really popular throughout the year and it gets really busy once it gets later in the afternoon, but I love how lively it is. Colorful decor and dance music makes it a fun place to hang out with friends. The yogurt is excellent. Not too creamy and it doesn't have that "Italian ice" consistency. Started the night off going to Go Greenly in Trumbull and ended up walking out of there as they had 8 flavors of yogurt and barely any toppings. SO we ventured over to Peachwave as a Facebook Friend owns it so wanted to give her the business. The place was PACKED!!! Totally hopping for a Saturday night at 9pm. I'd say there are about 16 flavors, mostly fruit flavors and just a few others which may bother those of you who prefer non-fruit concoctions. I went with all fruit flavors and just topped it with some struessel and waffle cone and toasted coconut which satisfied my sweet tooth. KIds aren't big into the fruit flavors so went with cake batter and cookies and cream and the Tiramasu. Toppings were unbelievable! So many to choose from AND they have hot fudge which is a huge plus if I hadn't gotten all fruit flavors. Love hot fudge on the peanut butter!!! When we think of frozen yogurt, Peacheave is always at top of mind. Our family loves that they are very kid friendly. My kids are able to participate in pulling the yogurt lever to fill their cups. They have a nice selection of toppings that can stimulate many different taste bud. Seating is abundant in the winter time (yes, frozen yogurt is still a favorite in the winter time), however seating can be quite limited in the summer time, as you may expect. We normally take it to go and enjoy the yogurt in the comforts of our deck. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Would recommend to all. Peachwave has a great selection of yogurt and fresh toppings. I've been to quite a few fro-yo establishments and peachwave is by far my favorite. There are plenty of fruits, candies, and syrup choices. Also, they generally have over 10 yogurt flavors. They are always changing so there is often something new to try! The new Perka system where you buy ten then get one free does not work. Had nine on the Perka bought two more. Was to get a free yogurt but did not register. The girl on the register could not comprehend what happened. Said that the next time it would be free. My card on the Perka system wiped away the ten now it only shows one. It does not work get rid of it! Bad system! Patron half the time it does not work and the clerk has to give you a signed paper receipt. Great yogurt very clean. Go twice a week. read more

Horrible service! The card machine was not working and they had no signs posted that they could only accept cash. The line continue to grow and the workers had no clue how to control the situation or the crowd. The workers were very young with what seemed like very little to NO customer experience and there was no management on duty.
