Summers here, June 2026 and wanted something cool and satisfying.. I stopped into Baskin Robbins, and unfortunately I was greeted with.. "Are you ready to order?" with the employee back facing me, and continued onto their task. The entire time the there was no eye contact given and not even a thank you after given my drink. I ordered a medium Cappy $7.99 plus tax. I don't mind paying the price for real ice cream, I think it's a fair price if it's made right. However, this Cappy had no taste and quality was not worth the price I had paid. I enjoy coming to Baskin Robbins occasionally. I hope on my next visit it will be a better and tastier experience! read more

Ordered a jamoca almond fudge white cake for my mom's bday party. When I picked up the cake I checked the box and that's what the box said so I thought it was all good. On the day of the party after we sang happy bday, we were ready to serve the cake and to our surprise it was a mint chocolate cake. My mom was still grateful for the cake, but it had to be the ice cream that she absolutely hates. I contacted the store to see if I could get a refund and basically the store manager was not understanding. After going back and forth, she offered a replacement cake but I explained to her that the party was a week ago. I wish management these days would put themselves in the customer shoes. I'm sure they wouldn't be happy with the situation especially since it was a celebratory cake and not just an ice cream cone. Franchise management are the worst! read more

If you receive an email for your free single scoop birthday treat, prepare by opening your app, signing in so your QR code appears as it is needed for your freebie at the register counter. I ordered the new galactic brownie- one scoop is enough as it is chocolatey, has candy crunchy bits in it plus a ribbon of fudge that will make you smile for a sugary overload in a good way. Chase it down with an original cappuccino blast with vanilla ice cream while their drink special continues until Halloween then poof, gone! With that combination of ice cream and drink, your brain, tastebuds and tummy will signal happiness has set in and try to convince you to go for a jog to burn it off or call for a siesta as the chill in the air alerts you that the upcoming holidays draw near and your hibernation mode kicks in. Love the ice cream but wow, the female worker with the glasses is miserable. There are kids in here and I can hear her from the back of the shop stating how "fucking irritated" she is because multiple people ordered the same thing and I guess she's tired of making it. Girl, you need to find a new job. Never work around kids if you get this mad over ice cream. The lady that helped me was really nice though! read more

Supported my local Baskin Robins on a number of occasions. Ice cream taste is pretty classic and flavors are standard. I like that it's creamy, but nothing special. I recently ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday at this location and was happy with how it turned out. It was $55 and was more than enough for 16 adults and 6 toddlers. Note, their website is not up to date and they actually can do more designs if you go in person and select from their cake book. I didn't like that you have to know that... there was no Sesame Street design option online! I'm giving 3 stars because of the ordering experience. The process was confusing, and the staff member who helped me wasn't confident that my cake would be ready in time -- even though I ordered more than 24 hours in advance, which is their guaranteed turnaround. It all worked out in the end, but the uncertainty made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. Taste wise, cake was yummy! I got the Cookie Monster ice cream flavor. read more

We've been getting ice cream cakes here the past few years, and they've always been very good. I usually make the family birthday cakes but one thing I don't bother trying myself is an ice cream cake - I'll outsource those! We have always had great results here. Ordering is easy online, there are several things to customize, from flavors to icing colors to messages, and they are always ready on time. They can be a little spendy, but the results are reliable and the flavor is good. read more

My mother had ordered a cake for my brothers birthday this past Thursday. When we tried to pick it up today, the cake wasn't made and the workers told us they forgot about it. They gave us a refund and we got dot cakes, but this is unacceptable especially for a kid who is trying to enjoy their birthday and for my mom to put her trust in them to make the cake that my brother had wanted. We never had any problems with baskin robbin's before so I don't know if they have a new staff or they don't care about their jobs read more

Just went to the mililani location. 2 workers helping one customer. We had to wait till they were done. WHY?!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was so excited to get ice cream because while I was walking in the store I saw a couple who had their ice cream and it was really big scoops. I got one scoop of cotton candy ice cream and it was almost $5.00. I was floored at how small this scoop was. I'm very disappointed because this was the second time that I had the smallest scoop of ice cream but that was at Ka Makana Ali'i. While I looked around at other customers I saw how big their scoops were and they all got one scoop. I actually received the keiki cup. I'm just really disappointed because I asked for one scoop of ice cream and he gave me a kids scoop. read more

tldr; lack of customer service and proffesionalism, ice cream seems "off" from this location Very disappointing service and even worse ice cream cake. I ordered online a week in advance a baseball cake for my Dad's 60th (major celebration!) from this location. On the day of pickup, there was a line and no one was willing to help us. There was a major miscommunication among the workers because they kept asking me what the name of the order was and what we wanted written on the cake (I wrote it in the order notes...). The cake itself was bad. The seams of the baseball (in red) were seeping onto the cake and the writing for the cake itself was horrible. Thank goodness my Dad is a good sport and our whole family laughed it off - still, how embarassing! The ice cream cake was supposed to be Jamoca but everyone said it tasted like a watered down version or even vanilla-flavored. A horrible expereince and I will not order from here again. read more

With 2.3 stars you'd think management would get the point and step in! I have come here a few times and there are two female workers (one normally has glasses on) that are extremely rude. That alone is enough to keep me away, But the size of the scoops was the clincher... There are a lot of other shops to visit with great service and better ice cream, like Lappert's for starters! Don't waste your time with this place. Such a let down. read more

My girlfriend ordered me a ice cream cake to celebrate my 30th birthday, however when it came to cut the cake we realized that the ice cream part was correct and the cake portion was the wrong cake flavor. Called the store and was told the manager would call me when available to talk about the problem. After a short talk I had to take pictures of the cake and the bottom cardboard of the cake where the instructions of the cake was. Shortly after we continued our conversation via text which was great for me. I'm they were able to remake the ice cream cake for me to pick up the next day. So for communities stand point 5/5 stars. But the fact that the order was messed up and I had to come back to pick up the cake I knocked a star off. So shout out to the manager Jackie for the communication and correcting the mistake order for me the day after. read more

The employees at this Mililani location lack customer service, we come here at least once a week and I've been noticing that it never gets any better no matter what time of the day you visit. There is usually the same girls working, and I did not catch their names. One girl is usually sitting down or talking to her friends on the side of the ice cream counter near the refrigerators, or texting on her phone. The other girl does not smile and looks like she's always having a bad day, and the third girl is their best employee and does all of the work. Tonight when we went in for ice cream, there was already a line formed inside and when I got to the front of the line I noticed that the employees had been leaving all of the ice cream freezers open (possibly to let the ice cream get softer so it's easier to scoop?) sure enough, our ice cream was soft and melted very quickly. read more

All I wanted was a sundae tonight. When I got there before 7pm wasn't too busy and there were 4 workers but only 2 were visibly working. I got my order in good time and then the rush started as movies just ended. From eye view all the tables hadn't been wiped and had ice cream stains. The floors were dirty and rubbish around and the trash can was full. First time ever that I came to this location with that many workers and it didn't look like the place was being upkept. I was craving a chocolate milkshake. We went in and ordered a chocolate milkshake with cookie dough. Needless to say I did not receive that upon drinking this milkshake. It tasted like vanilla with caramel, and I don't know what the little specs in it are you would think a place would have better customer service when asked to change the milkshake instead they told me that was the right one which I know it wasn't because the ice cream in the flavor choosing spot was brown. Strolling around Mililani Town Center with my guy after having my lashes filled in we headed inside Baskin-Robbins. I mean, it's been a minute since we've had an ice cream date. (I can't even recall WHEN we last did this... but I'm sure we did LoL) The good vibes were short lived. There were three older teens working and they looked at us when we entered but no one greeted us or spoke back when we greeted them. They kept talking amongst themselves until my husband said had a question. We were able to get our waffle cones, two scoops each, right at $20. The cones were good! WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!? What's up with customer service? Reading other Yelper reviews, I am glad I am one of the many experiencing problems with this location. These summer nights are the perfect time to get something delicious and refreshing. So why not Ice cream? It was strange not to be acknowledged or greeted upon entering this establishment. While waiting, I looked for flavors in the showcase while two guests were ahead. Before coming here, I looked at the website, and I must not get started on how difficult it is to navigate through the homepage via mobile (in short, it takes three clicks to view the flavors when they should appear on the main screen). In the meantime, I'm waiting for the guests before me to finish getting assisted. The worker behind the cashier (helping scoop ice cream) glanced at me twice, returned to work, and started speaking with one of her friends or significant other while helping other customers. The girl was quite sarcastic while talking to her friend near the showcase. From that point of glancing at me, you should acknowledge the customer and let them know you'll be with them shortly. Right? WRONG! Here, it seems like the customer is NEVER right. Finally, it was my turn. YAY! I stated what I wanted, but the cashier girl had to cut me off because the guy behind me got an ice cream cake from the fridge and wanted to pay. I hand gestured to the guy, go ahead. The cashier person didn't even state anything. It would have been nice if the cashier girl had told me if I was okay to ring this customer with the ice cream cake because time is of the essence, and she did not want the guest's cake to melt instead of being lost in the clouds. So, after that transaction, she proceeded to help me and had to ask me for my order again. I had a total of four items. I finished my commerce. Then she asked me if I wanted a bag. Do you ask the customer for a bag before the end of the transaction? Bag fee? Right? I reply yes, I do need a bag. Also, is it common sense that a bag is necessary if one has more than two items because I am not an octopus and can't carry multiple items while walking to my car? Overall, the employees needed standards or protocols to follow. In the future, they will need to reassess customer engagement with acknowledgment. The establishment received a one-star rating from me, which I am disappointed with. I love the flavors and the quality of the products, but the service to me could have been better. read more

Went here on Valentine's Day to get some ice cream. It was packed. I felt bad for the 2 high school students working. They weren't given receipts out to any of the customers in front of me. They accidentally messed up my order but I didn't realize until I got home. I've called multiple times and left voicemails to get this matter straightened out. Finally a store employee called me on behalf of the owner saying I could receive a complimentary 2-scoop sundae. I told them I don't live on that side of the island, I'd like a coupon mailed to me. Over a month and a half later, this matter hasn't been resolved and I never received a coupon in the mail. Honestly, I don't think the owners for this location care about customer service. Two banana splits took 20 minutes at slow hour. Two female were talking all the time.

Every time I go, the store is filled with people. This location is perfectly placed next to a movie theatre, so there's always a lot of foot traffic. The ice cream portions are fantastic, but this location doesn't have all the ice cream options, as other ones around the island. I used to visit this location a lot but there are quite a few reasons as to why I no longer do so. for starters the employees in the evening are less then pleasant in more ways than one, a few examples of this are audibly sighing before welcoming guests, the employees that aren't doing anything are either standing around, sitting on the side, visibly intoxicated, or flat out ignore the other guests until another coworker tells them to help. then there's the quality of the product they provide. in all the times i've been almost every order has been less than desirable. I've received milkshakes that are half blended and impossible to drink, sundaes that are sloppily made, even single scoops have been hollow and nowhere near the amount that other locations offer. now onto the cleanliness/atmosphere of the store. I'm not sure if this is a me thing or not but there's an interesting smell coming from the middle-left section of the displays (near the chocolate). the tables, floor and counters are almost always sticky or have some kind of mess that we (the customers) have to deal with ourselves. needless to say my experience at this location has been a lot less than desirable. read more
