I went in for my cake order that I paid for online no problem everything was good. I then bought ice cream from this store and I charged for double the ice cream and paid almost $40 for a kids ice cream and a regular double scoop. I went into the store with the receipt and they didn't want to give me a refund and offered me a dozen donuts I did want donuts I wanted my money and they couldn't give me a refund even when I had the receipt in hand. Absolutely horrible experience this afternoon!!! First of all, I ordered a scoop of peanut butter chocolate ice cream, which is a very well-known favorite flavor of Baskin-Robbins. The server had no idea what ice cream I was talking about and served me two different (very small) scoops of different ice creams before another guy came and said he knew what I was talking about and brought me the right ice cream. However, the scoop he gave me was for the size of a small child, if not an infant. And when I asked him where the rest of my scoop was, he said that they had a new manager and they were re-trained on scoops, and this was the new size of a one scoop ice cream. Are you fucking kidding me? This was not even a half of a regular scoop of ice cream. The picture below shows a regular scoop versus the scoop that I got. I visited this location early wed. morning on my way to an appointment. It was the best customer service experience I've had at a DD in a loooooong time. The second I pulled up to the speaker to place my order the young girl was ready, the 2 cars in front of me moved along and when I got up to the window to pay, my order was waiting for me and the staff member took my card gave me my donut and coffee and I was on my way. I come here from time to time on Friday mornings to buy donuts for the employees where I work. Everyone knows what a Dunkin' Donuts donut is like, my review is because of the service. Every time I come here to order four dozen donuts they ask me why did not call ahead. So twice I have tried this. The first time they were not ready and they lost my call-in order from the previous night. The second time I called ahead the previous night they still did not prepare them until I got there, with an attitude they had, I have to say also. Today this location gets 1 star and if I could assign negative stars I would. Walked in as a couple was leaving and one customer just placed an order. One car in the drive thru. 6 employees. One giving her coworker a neck massage. One talking incessantly about her shift ending in 15 min. She walked past right past me at the counter and didn't even acknowledge me. One making a drink for the customer. One popped out if the back saw me and turned away. One fetched a bagel for the drive thru. I stood and waited but no one could be bothered to serve me. So rather than subject them to a tirade of harsh words regarding their lazy slack ass rude behavior I left. Sadly his must be the delinquent worthless Saturday crew at 12pm. This location was terrible as usual. No pints in the freezer up front . No lid for kids cup. Our order of 3 cups took a long time to scoop. Several tubs were missing from the scooping freezer. It was July 31. There was a sign saying scoops were $1.70 each every 31st. They didn't ring up that price. Cashier said they weren't honoring that because of covid. What does that even mean? We stop at this BR pretty regularly to reward our kids(and ourselves.) Ice cream is always good and the service we received was pleasant. The biggest problem with this location is that it is filthy. While we were there it was only our family of four and what seemed like 6 or 7 employees. The floor in the seating area was just filthy and covered in crumbs and used napkins. This location is AWFUL simply due to the worst customer service you will ever encounter. It doesn't matter what time of day we go in, or who the employee is, they never fail at making us feel like we are inconveniencing them by walking in. Yesterday we witnessed an employee becoming outright pissed off, shaking his head and looking at his watch, when a family walked in. I guess it was nearing the end of his shift. It was embarrassing for the family, who just wanted ice cream for their kids. I have a specialty cup that I get filled for .$99 which is why I frequent this place. But after yesterday's disgusting treatment by yet another rude employee, we are done coming here. I will spend a little extra money at WaWa across the street. During my last visit, there was an inappropriate amount horseplay amongst the employees present (including cussing, yelling, hocking, and singing -- just give me my ice cream, I don't want the show...). I've stopped there now 3 different occasions during the week before work. They are incredibly slow for the morning rush and I always end up being late to work because they take 5+ minutes to give me a donut. The first time I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal that said "includes hashbrowns." When I got to work, there were no hashbrowns. I called the store, letting them know I didn't get my hashbrowns and could I get them another time? Well the store said if I wanted hashbrowns I had to say I wanted hashbrowns. I asked, "But the meal includes hashbrowns... so if I order that meal why do I have to say I want hashbrowns too? Isn't that like ordering a Big Mac meal and then having to say you want the fries too?" That's just how they do it I guess. So I went another morning before work, ordered the same breakfast sandwich meal and made sure that I said I wanted hashbrowns included with that. Got my food, pulled up about 5 feet past the window, thought to double check the order and still no hashbrowns. I had to get out of my car, go back to the window and then wait a couple more minutes to get my hashbrowns. Today was the last straw. I went inside to order, the girl still got my order wrong (donuts) and were so. slow. Plus they were out of almost every donut. I absolutely will not be going back here during the week before work.
