The mix of pistachio cream, chocolate, chopped pistachios and with toasted kataifi. Each layer was so delicious and creamy. It really was just the right treat to start off the new month. It is limited time for November only. So I definitely recommend going to your local Baskin Robins and ordering this tasty treat. The service was pretty good. This Baskin Robbins is located in the same plaza as Dollar Tree with plenty of parking. My husband and I decided to visit this location last night, around 8:15 am. Although no one was ahead of us when we walked in, there soon formed a pretty long line afterwards (we just came at the right time I guess). When we walked in, we were greeted by the employee by the counter. Based on the reviews, I was expecting poor service but it ended up being the opposite. The employee serving us was patient in waiting as we tried 2 flavors and trying to make the decision on what single scoop we wanted to share. We ended up getting: Single Scoop of PB n' J, $4.19 after tax- This was the flavor of the month during April, which features a smooth peanut butter with swirls of grape jelly and brown butter. The combination is strong on the peanut butter but also what I would describe, taste like toffee. You can't really taste the grape jelly but you see the swirls of it in the ice cream. We both liked the flavor but I'm not sure if I would order it again. Although there is seating right outside in the mall (we did not see any outdoor seating but it did sprinkle on our visit), we decided to eat in our car. There were 2 girls working and despite the long line and people complaining, one was taking her time washing blenders and the other was only making mobile orders. You would think using common sense, if you had a line out the door that you'd be getting the in house orders made first and get your line down before moving on to online orders. All ice cream shops in the world let's you have different flavors in your container (cup, cone, bowl, etc) except this Baskin Robbins at the Lakewood Mall in Lodi. My kid wanted the LABUBU ice cream and we were passing through Lodi town and decided to make a quick stop at Thai BR location. As we walked in the girl didn't even acknowledge us as I went up to counter to ask her if they had the LABUBU ice cream she just turned away and said "no" under her breath. She didn't even crack a smile or anything my kid still wanted ice cream so we had couple of scoops of ice cream in a cup and paid and left. I ordered an ice cream cake for my mom's birthday on the Baskin-Robbins website. I ordered a peanut butter and chocolate ice cream base, with an almond caramel decoration. I asked if the almonds could be changed out for peanuts in the comments section, and I submitted my order. They called me a few minutes later and asked if pecans would be okay instead (as they didn't have peanuts for topping)--I really liked the quick communication and the offer! I told them the almonds would be fine, since they didn't have peanuts. My sons backpack got stolen at the beginning of the month at the front of this store because they are not allowed to have backpacks in the stores. That same day, he went into the baskin robbins asking if somebody had turned it in. He was told no. The following day, he asked again, gave a description of the backpack and was told no. Monday, my husband received a call stating baskin robins had the backpack for nearly 2-3 weeks and that we needed to pick it up. My husband and I took our son on Monday when we got off work to get the backpack. My son went in & was told the backpack was not there. My husband then went it & confirmed that the phone number that called him was their number & that he was told the backpack was there. The young man that was at the front told my husband that the owner decided to take the backpack with him home. UMM WHY?! The man then told my husband to try back the following day. Tuesday( the next day) my son went in & asked for his backpack. He AGAIN was told that it wasn't there. I called the store once I got off work. A young lady answered & I asked to speak with the manager. I was passed to a young girl & asked if she was the manager she replied "yeah, why" I said excuse me, yeah, why?! She said "no that's not what I said, I said yeah what's wrong" then told me she couldn't hear me. So I drove to the store. I asked again to speak with the manager & was given a young man, apparently the same one who had talked with my husband. I was given the run around. I was being pleasant with them until now. Then I got upset WHERE IS MY SONS BACKPACK. I was then told that the owner took it to the Lodi adult school... my son does not go to the Lodi adult school, he goes to Lodi high, right across the street. & why has the backpack sat there for a couple weeks without contact or acknowledgment, & the day we are informed it's there, it goes missing?! I demanded to speak with the owner. He explained to me that nobody from his store called (which we confirmed the phone number with the young man) and that he took the backpack because he was "tired of seeing it in his store" THEN WHY DIDNT THEY GIVE IT TO MY SON WHEN HE ASKED TWO DAYS IN A ROW WENT IT FORST WENT MISSING?! It's been a number of years since I've been to a Baskin-Robbins, but Oh My Yogurt closed an hour early before their posted close time (9 instead of 10), so we booked it over to Baskin-Robbins for our late night sugar fix. The parking lot is spacious, and the Baskin-Robbins is located in a modern looking complex next to a Dollar Tree. There were two employees on shift when we arrived, but unfortunately our group and another group arrived, adding to the two customers previously inside. The employees handled the influx of new customers well enough, though. After browsing through the number of different ice cream selections, of which the calories were helpfully listed below the names, I decided to sample the jamoca and icing on the cake. While both were delicious, I couldn't completely obliterate my calorie count for the day, so I just ended up ordering one scoop of the icing on the cake flavor, which is described as "Cake flavored ice cream with cake pieces, frosting bits, and candy confetti ribbon". Or, in one word, delicious! The store is clean and there is plenty of seating, including the seats in the mall area outside the shop. Prices are decent, but this is pretty much as generic chain as you can get for ice cream -- which isn't a bad thing by any means. read more

We started going to this Baskin-Robbins during the winter solstice holidays because they had Eggnog and Peppermint ice cream. The crew working the counter are wonderfully helpful. The young lady helping us the first time took the time to explain our options and a couple of months later remembered my favorite combination. NEVER in my almost 30 years have I EVER experienced any type of issue at this location. The staff is always SO attentive and ready to serve. The prices are obviously up from when I was 2 but that's called inflation ya'll! Everything is higher in price now! If you're looking for $1 ice cream head to McDonalds and get some mediocre boring crap. You get what you pay for! I'm so tired of seeing people in Lodi whining about how terrible restaurants/shops are when they're really not! I'm not disregarding or brushing off someone's experience, but some of these reviews are like "are you serious?"
